Budget meal for a budget price. Ordered the number 1 meal and its a good size chicken and comes with a cookie, biscuit and a drink. Small but everybody keeps it clean.

Of course with anything of good quality you gonna have to pay a little bit more than what you usually pay at fast food restaurants. It took a bit longer than anticipated to get our food but regardless its worth the wait. It was delicious.

The location was clean, the food was hot and yummy. I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal, which came with the secret recipe fries. Very tasty.

It's KFC, what is there to say? Well at least this one didn't give me food poisoning. I hadn't had KFC in like 7 years due to a very bad experience at one but I felt like 21 herbs and spices one day and Pollo Loco wasn't going to cut it. I missed that oversweetened cole slaw and instant mashed potatoes! Yum! Well, I guess I'm back together with KFC. At least at this location, I can't promise I'll venture too far out though.

Today's experience left my belly happy, so I must write about it YEAH! I'm only rating the food. You can't rate a Fast food joint based on service or cleanness lets be realistic. I cannot argue how authentic this is because I'm from CA I didn't grow up in The South, but KFC is some good eats. After years of eating all the different styles of chicken, I fine Crispy to be my favorite. That flaky golden crust with hot sauce on the side is Finger Licking Good! The sides have always been what ever. I like to have sides to make it feel more like a meal. The Mash Potatoes are a bit watery, because they are made from a mix. The mac n cheese is a little too cheesy for my taste. The Potato wedges are taste you can't really mess those up. The Cole slaw is normal defrosted cabbage and mayonnaise. Some how together the sides are okay. The chocolate cake is good at times, dry and tasteless other times. The Kentucky Grill Chicken is nasty! Even when I sampled it twice for FREE.. I paid too much. I don't understand people that go there for KGC when there's a perfectly good El Pollo Loco across the street. I have not tried the AKA heart-stopper known as the Double Down. A sandwich made of 2 deep fried Chicken breasts with cheese and bacon in the middle no bread. Tempt, but yet not. That for sure is anti-ABs food. If I never ate Taco Hell, McHeart-attack, BK, or Carl's I think I would be okay. When I return from China after 2 weeks of nothing but Chinese food for 3 meals a day KFC was my first welcome home meal. AWARD for best fast food chain goes to KFC! Image if there were no KFC what would happen to the fans. Oh wait.. South Park did it. I can't recommend it. You are either a fan or you aren't.

This was probably the best visit I have had at this location in a long time. The counter help was friendly and helpful, the line workers were quick, and other employees were quick to jump in if someone needed assistance. Great team work. The restaurant still could use some deep cleaning but overall a good visit.

Place was clean, orderly, and pretty quite. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We Only only go to the Colonel's with a coupon. Today we had two three piece combo meals original style for a bit under eight bucks. Very good value. Chicken was hot, juicy, crispy and delicious. Cold slaw was cold and crunchy but a bit blah. Corn kernels were a bit soggy and short on flavor. Both "sides" were completely consumed by me: could not be too bad! Spouse ate part of her mashed potatoes and cold slaw. Brought home one biscuit, three large pieces of great chicken and two half "sides": enough for another meal at home. YUM YUM.

So I am a little nervous posting this as it is KFC; however, my last two visits have been exceedingly good. I usually get the To-Go cup, and my last two were excellent. I am talking about the chicken strips, not the wedge fries. The strips have actually contained more chicken than coating and have been tender and moist. I didn't give it a five star only because it is KFC and two points doesn't make it a turnaround.

I phoned in a to-go order because the online option isn't user friendly. I dictated the order to the worker who was serving walk-in customers, asked his name and told him my roommate would be picking up in 15 minutes, and would be asking for him. He said that was fine. The order was not ready, and the worker to whom I spoke wasn't there. The servers did not know about the order, although the one who picked up the phone repeated the order perfectly. My roommate requested a serving of honey butter as well as the dinners we wanted. The food was great, as always. But the honey butter was missing, although she was charged for it. So, that was our experience.

Try the Chicken Pot Pie on a chilly day. Nice and hot. Crust is great.

Needs improvement in cooking the KFC brand chicken. Certain staff members are a little Selious , when you ask about side orders, some language barrier .

The lid of the coke packaging pack was not properly packed, and coke was leaking one after another, and half of the coke was overflowing and needs to be improved. The stopper needs to be closed properly.

Building is falling apart. Tables are dirty. Your basic hard-used fast food restaurant.

Chicken very greasy. Hubby got sick after eating. Seems they used to be bigger and better portions too.

I'm giving this place is three stars and by doing so I'm actually being generous. I've been coming here for years and they have a bit of turnover here and it doesn't always run that great. But still there's the manager Maggie and she is good so she helps keep this place afloat. 2/14/23 Update: I have now been coming here about 10 years. This KFC runs ok at best, but at times has a bit of turnover which leads to worse service. Also: today I showed up after 1030am. The car ahead of me moved forward in drive thru. I then proceeded to wait over 5 min with NO response. A car pulled behind me. I gave up and drove up to the window. NO ONE inside. Now 1045am. Sign at drive thru says opens at 10am. I guess today is a Casual Tuesday. Like as in no one bothers to open the place. Had to go get something alot less good because of this. Thanks....

Meh. It's been quite awhile since I've been to a KFC. The quality of the chicken has really declined, lots of fat and gunk in the meat. Also, for some reason the bathroom smelled like opening day in the 4H barn at the county fair: mostly clean straw and a bit of goat. Not entirely unpleasant, but not really what you're looking for in a restaurant, either.

Would've been a Better Experience if, They would have served Me faster. Took 15 minutes to finish My order. The Restaurant was empty. Me and 1 other patron.

I got the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. This was surprisingly good. The sandwich was presented well in the wrapper, not like one of those seasonal rib sandwiches that look great in the commercials. The bun was soft and nicely toasted, chicken had the right amount of breading to meat, and the pickles were crisp. I can't explain how this is close to $5! Some foodie stops have a chicken sandwich for $7 and there will be twice the meat and slaw on the side, a true "Nashville Hot" chicken experience not the pumped up buffalo sauce I think this was.

Food gave me diahrea the following day. I don't hardly never get stomach problems this was a first! Not eating here again.

Even one star is too much for the food, trued twice and will never go back again, you’ll stomach will be upset and the food is not even good and to he honest the original receipt drum sticks is the only thing good oh and the coleslaw is amazing to be honest I will go back just for it, I will give them 2 stars for that only.

Some employees can speak English , but some can't and are unable to understand simple English. The food is oily in compare to othe rbranches,but some other employees try to help.

Bad experience for the first and only time I have gone to this kfc ordered on line to pick up had recipe all in phone paid and out of my account and for this store location and do to there system my order didn't come up and still walked out of there with no phone or refund I needed to call in to get my money back

Don't eat here if you have special dietary needs. I don't eat gluten every meal comes with a biscuit or a cookie and they won't sub either for anything else but the other. And they have no problem changing you for it even if you don't take it

This location has consistently failed in properly filling orders, for years This past November 9th, once again an item was left out of the order. Neither the local store nor KFC corporate in Louisville cared to respond to my inquiry. We will no longer buy food from KFC; at this price point I will gladly wait in line at Popeye's or get a box at Stater Brothers' deli.

This particular location has gone downhill lately. I've been visiting this KFC for the last 10-15 years and have always enjoyed the food. Their response to COVID-19 has been disappointing, ostracizing and annoying. It is very upsetting that you cannot customize items with personal preferences such as "no gravy" or "no ice" when placing orders online. The lack of customizations forces me to order in store, wait in line, and subject myself to whatever restrictions they are currently implementing.

I purchased 8 piece bucket. Chicken was very dried out and hard to chew. Looks like been a while after they fried. I do not recommend this location.

They lost my order that was place an hour ago and insisted someone else had pick up the order with the same order number, same name, and EXACTLY 1 MINUTE after the order was placed. I said forget it. Don't want to get sick. I'll be call the local health authority to make sure this place is not making customers sick.

Serving undercooked chicken exposes customers to significant health risks, and the experience has caused me great distress, disgust, and concern. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control demonstrated in this instance. Given the severity of this issue, I am formally requesting a full refund for my purchase. Additionally, I urge KFC to address this matter promptly to ensure such a lapse does not occur again.
