The only thing I ever get is the chicken breasts. They're always juicy and fresh. Chicken tenders are never as juicy or hot for that matter. Guess they're not popular or something because they're warm at best, clearly having been out for awhile. The ice wasn't working, though. But they did have a bucket of half melted ice on the counter. A for effort.

I'm not a big KFC fan. I honestly never really go to KFC at home but while I'm in Irvine I sometimes go here for lunch and the staff is always super friendly and fast. The food is always hot and fresh... love this location

I phoned in a to-go order because the online option isn't user friendly. I dictated the order to the worker who was serving walk-in customers, asked his name and told him my roommate would be picking up in 15 minutes, and would be asking for him. He said that was fine. The order was not ready, and the worker to whom I spoke wasn't there. The servers did not know about the order, although the one who picked up the phone repeated the order perfectly. My roommate requested a serving of honey butter as well as the dinners we wanted. The food was great, as always. But the honey butter was missing, although she was charged for it. So, that was our experience.

Good food, rude service. It wouldn’t kill these people to pretend they like their job a little. Went in for pick up and when I asked nicely if the order was mine the cashier rudely responded “ I don’t know check the name”. Well okay 😂

I have visited this KFC location on several occasions in the past and have generally had positive experiences. However, on this occasion, I placed an order through the KFC mobile application for a chicken sandwich. After picking up my order and returning home, I began eating the sandwich. Upon taking the first bite, I noticed the texture of the chicken seemed unusually rubbery, though I did not immediately suspect it was undercooked. After taking a second bite, I realized that the chicken was raw. Upon observing this, I became extremely alarmed and subsequently vomited. This incident represents a serious breach of food safety standards. Serving undercooked chicken exposes customers to significant health risks, and the experience has caused me great distress, disgust, and concern. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control demonstrated in this instance. Given the severity of this issue, I am formally requesting a full refund for my purchase. Additionally, I urge KFC to address this matter promptly to ensure such a lapse does not occur again.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken at this location 😕 it was tough, and very greasy. The associate at the drive through window was very snappy. Before driving away I checked my bag to ensure it was correct, apparently that offended her so she snapped at me saying "whats the matter, you dontbtrust me? its all there!" Then when I asked for my receipt therevwas the attitude again, letting me know i need to go inside for a receipt. Worst KFC ever.

I look placed a mobile order through the KFC app and arrived to pick it up about 10 minutes later. The staff told me they couldn’t find my order and asked me to wait. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes and still received nothing. No updates, no explanation, no urgency to resolve it. Very disappointing experience. If mobile orders can’t be fulfilled properly, don’t offer the service. I left with no food and wasted my time. Not coming back to this location.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! I have seen the 8 PCs. for $10 deal on all the commercials lately, but when you select this option, it notifies you that "This offer not available at this location!" In fact I selected stores from San Clemente to Tustin! All with the same response! How are they allowed to get away with this??

First, the worker dropped a few pieces of food on the FLOOR and then picked up to place in the warmer (it was away from view) but didn't know there's a reflective surface where I can see it. They lost my order that was place an hour ago and insisted someone else had pick up the order with the same order number, same name, and EXACTLY 1 MINUTE after the order was placed. I said forget it. Don't want to get sick. I'll be call the local health authority to make sure this place is not making customers sick.

This store was not my favorite. This location does not feel clean when you walkin. The dining room needs a real deep clean and behind the counter is what a typical food network show is like. You can see the dirt and on the walls and floor. After ordering I asked to cancel my order. I got a little attitude from the clerk. NEVER FEEL BAD TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER if you DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE.
