The salad bar is very good, everything fresh, delicious and so much selection. The steak and salmon are so tasty, always perfectly cooked as you require. Joshua was so nice, always around and checking on the drinks for refill.

I love coming to this restaurant! It is a favorite spot of my husband and I. Brian is frequently our server and he is always the best. Top notch, friendly, kind, and hospitable. The food is good, nice ambience, great service -- we will continue to return! Thanks, Brian!!

Sizzler was good, great steak, backed potato and salad bar. My server Monica at 4:30 today was excellent, checking often to see if I needed anything.

Gabby was amazing and very sweet with everyone of us, she greeted us and showed us to our tables. Food absolutely delicious and service great and on the dot.

This is one of my favorite places and one of the only places in the area now for an american salad bar. Claim Jumper and Soup Plantation both offered good salad bars, but their locations have since closed down, leaving Sizzler with little to no salad bar dining competition. My favorite things here are that its always kept at 72 degrees. A great place to escape the Summer heat. The salad bar is kept up and looks nice / tastes good (I've never ordered anything else so I can't speak about the other menu items.). I always get the lemonade. Its pricey but you get a large amount and very yummy. The cheese bread that comes with the salad bar is amazing. The wait staff is good - especially Alonso, I always try to sit in his section. He checks on you and keeps dirty plates cleared off throughout your meal. Some places the waiters never bother to check on you. My only complaint is that for the price (over $50 for 2 people to have salad bar + lemonade) you should get a baked potato. The salad bar used to cost less plus included the baked potato. Now it cost more for the salad bar AND baked potato is extra. If they added the baked potato back into being included, this place would be pretty much perfect.

This is my favorite sizzler! There is a waiter there named Tim and he the best. I don’t live close to sizzler but I come back to this one because restaurant is top tier. It’s clean and good quality is good. And of course the cheese toast is great!

I moved away from California three years ago, and I returned here for work. The first thing I did after I landed was go to a sizzler. This place did not disappoint. Steak and all you can eat shrimp is what I ordered. Sure, the cost was a little eyebrow-raising at first, but inflation is what it is. I had to get in here to enjoy a meal like I remember.My server, Tim, was absolutely awesome, and then the manager came by and spoke to me later. Apparently, she’s the only female manager, and she is running a great ship over here. I will definitely be back while I’m working here, and I’m going to try to make it every time I come back to California.

Our group travels every Sunday and posts an BLOG about where we visit and where we eat. We frequent many restaurants and have been to the Lake Forest Sizzler on several occasions. We have yet to have a bad experience. The food is always exceptional and the premises is always clean. We are usually visiting for brunch or lunch and most of us eat from the salad bar but one of us is a a Malibu Chicken lover. The variety and quality of the food is always great. Our server today was Brian and he was wonderful! He checked in on us numerous times and made sure everything was to our liking and kept our drinks filled. He smiled and made us feel welcome the entire time. The staff was accommodating and kept everything clean even when the lunch rush started to pick up. Thank you as always Sizzler!

Extremely fresh, neat, and well kept salad bar. Food was excellent. Got steak and lobster. Cooked perfectly and delicious! Price is reasonable. Upgrade to 8 oz from 6 oz for steak. It’s worth it. Friendly accomodating staff.

We prefer the salad bar here instead of the new Souplantation. In my opinion, the salad is actually fresher and there are four types of very good soups. I can go to the salad bar as much as I like without awkwardly past the cashier. The cheese bread is amazing. It even includes sone wings, taco bar, meatball pasta, and desserts. Our server Joshua is super attentive and friendly. He even got us extra cheese bread to go .

I haven’t been back here in 25 years!! The whole place looks so pretty and revamped! The food and service was excellent! We haven’t seen Brian since we were little and were so happy when we came in and saw him! He’s so kind and helpful! I hope sizzler is taking care of their #1 most loyal employee!!

Brian was an amazing server. He was very helpful respectful and welcoming. However Ramiro who took our order at the front cashier was rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't answer questions about the menu and rushed us along.

We had such a wonderful experience at Sizzler, Lake Forest. Alonso and the manager Aileen were truly wonderful! I had never been to a Sizzler before and had a wonderful first time experience. Alonso was “on it,” and was there to assist us l with whatever we needed. He also anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Aileen was great as well. She made some great recommendations for food items and her recommendations made for a great meal! We brought our 3 kids in under 5 and Alonso and Aileen were very patient and kind to my kids. My husband wanted to come here for nostalgia purposes and I had never been before sizzlers completely left Nevada many years ago. The hostess, Dariana was super friendly and patient answering all of our questions! Alonso kept our table clean and our glasses full. My wife and I love this Sizzler, The decor in atmosphere is an updated light and bright space. Nothing like the original sizzler when it first came out. My wife and I absolutely love the selection at the salad bar and soup station. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful and if you get a chance to have Sara serve you, you won’t be let down. All food stations were well stocked and organized…no food spilling all over the counter. First time here, but witnessed the staff greeting guests like they were family. Well done Mr. General Manager!!! We’ll be back!

The new orange chicken is possibly the best orange chicken I have ever had. Produce is always super fresh and all of the hot options are great. Only critique is the nacho cheese sauce at the taco station is too watery and has no flavor.

We took a chance on eating here based on reviews, and so glad we did. The food was excellent and Just like we remembered. They closed all but 1 location in Arizona and that location is a disgrace. I am so relieved to know there are still great sizzler locations out there. I haven’t had a salad bar since before 2020 and wow It was so good!! We will be back on our next trip out

We had a great experience eating at the diner tonight! We were served by Mr. Tim and he had great service! He brought us refills for our drinks before we were going ask and he constantly checked in with us to make sure we were consistently content with our stay. Shrimp, chicken strips, steak, baked potato and a super good salstripe, steak cooked to perfection! Service fast and friendly. Well, except for the young guy working cashier that night was a little rude and didn't feel he should explain anything to us. But our waiter was great and the atmosphere although crowded, was nice. It was a Friday night the weekend before Christmas so probably why it was crowded. But, you definately leave there full! Huge meal with desert and drinks for 3 came to about 95 bucks this includes tip and 2 alcoholic beverages cost about 20 more. So, about $115.00 for entire evening for 3 adults who left stuffed and satisfied. Nice evening. Will do again.

We had a great lunch at Sizzler. The hostess Daviana (I believe that’s the right spelling?) and our server Brian were very friendly and kind and took good care of us. The variety of food was great- a big, fresh salad bar, soups, even spaghetti. We enjoyed it very much and will be back soon.

Sizzlers is the gourmet version of Hometown Buffet. Each bite is a French kiss that transports you to paradise. My taste buds have never had that kind of experience before. The restaurant decor screams American and the flavor and smells make you want to pour A1 sauce on everything , on the salad, pasta , steak and even icecream. Forget about 5 stars, Sizzlers desveres 10 stars !!!! Delicious Delicious Delicious 🤤

I dare not tell my co-workers I visit this chain frequently when I'm in town but it def satisfies my taste buds. The pictures sustainable fish is perfect balanced with seasoning which paired with the tomatoes, explodes with flavor. They also have decent steak for the price point. Needless to say I will def be back when I'm in town.

I ordered the double hibachi chicken with veggies and a one trip salad bar with an ice tea with lemon. The ambiance was quite and peaceful. The kind waitress was very busy and stopped by to grab my ticket and returned with my order. I did not get her name but she was truly kind and efficient. The place is clean and the other staff members were all busy and focused on perfection. Recommended
