The customer service at this Outback was AWESOME! Albert, the store manager, kept checking on us to make sure that we were satisfied. Christian, our server got our order correct and brought us drinks and boxes, as needed. Everyone was happy with what they ordered- prime rib, sirloin steak, chicken on the barbie, and a Cobb salad. Everything was delicious! We were seated in a booth, which was perfect our family. Thank you so much. We look forward to visiting again.

Came here for their $14.99 3 course dinner special. Came with a choice of sake of soup, then a main course of either shrimp or burger and a cheesecake dessert. Everything was great. Our server Jaden was amazing and took such good care of us. Really appreciate his service and attention to detail. Hopefully management see’s this, he was great.

From the sirloin, to the bbq chicken and even the salads are absolutely amazing! The food is fabulous and the service is even better. This location can be swamped with a line and the quality never changes with the personnel. Albert runs a wonderful restaurant and is a very active manager who takes pride in happy customers. Our regular waitress Sydney is an absolute doll ❤️ She is quick, she is attentive no matter how many tables she has and always has a smile ear to ear. Walking into a restaurant that is open late nights and holidays with happy employees is hard to find. This place has the happy peeps & wonderful food! You guys are the best!!!!

We ordered the ribs. But what I was really excited to try was their Bloomin Onion. It never did arrive ( Even had to follow it up. Dinner was done, still no Bloom. Had to inform the server to just cancel the order) I guess it got lost somewhere. It seemed to be a busy night ( Game 4 of Dodgers vs Brewers). The ribs were great. The place is cozy, and dimly lit inside. I have weak eyes, and I didnt bring my glasses. LOL. But if you want an intimate atmosphere, then this is the place for you.

Typical Outback restaurant. Very friendly staff and clean tables and dining area. Food is good. Complimentary bread and butter is always a plus! Only negative review is they don’t have Boneless BBQ wings for appetizers as that is our favorite appetizer we always order at every restaurant we go to. Overall 4 ⭐️

One Sunday afternoon, we visited the Outback Steakhouse in Lake Forest, CA, for a family lunch. I was pleased to see that this location had joined the BOGO deal, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Our server was helpful and friendly. When we asked for recommendations, he took the time to explain the menu and helped us choose the best options. He also let us know that we could order a half-size portion of the Blooming Petals appetizer, which was a great option for sharing. His knowledge and warm attitude really enhanced our dining experience. Here’s what we ordered: • Blooming Petals Appetizer (half-size portion) • 13 oz Ribeye with Steakhouse Mac & Cheese • Ribs with Asparagus • Crock French Onion Soup • Kingsland Pasta (Steak & Shrimp) It took some time for all of our orders to arrive, but our server was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. His great service made the wait much more manageable. For our first visit, we had a good meal in a welcoming environment, and I’ll definitely be back!

My company is nearby, so I sometimes order delivery from Outback Steakhouse for lunch with my coworkers. One thing I found disappointing, however, was that because it’s delivery, the food often arrives cold. So, wanting a freshly cooked, warm steak, I visited Outback Steakhouse with my coworkers and had steak and other appetizers. Honestly, aside from the fact that the food was warm, my overall experience wasn‘t great. We needed help from the server, like getting a drink refill, but no one showed up at our table after a long wait, so we ended up having to go to the counter and ask for it ourselves.

Went to this location for the first time in 10-12 years with my wife and two young kids. Ordered all of our food within the first 5-minutes as we need to tame the young ones. 45 minutes later, we noticed the table who came in 15 minutes after us got their food before us, so checked our tablet and our entrees hadn't been put in. Appetizer was in, but never came out. Waitress was very nice, and refilled our drinks numerous times, but no clue how you don't see we haven't gotten our appetizer nor food. Once I told the waitress we just want to remove the appetizer and I'll pay for the drinks so we can leave, she was nice and noted she'd take care of it. WORST part is the manager stood next to me, glared at her, and never said a word to us. From a guy who runs a business, train your manager to be accountable and help in those situations. Total jerk, and didn't help us nor the employee.
