The veggies looked and tasted fresh, and the sandwich artist was very pleasant. Overall, it was a good value - a good amount of food for a good price, it tasted good, and it wasn't heavy for the rest of our road trip.

It's a Subway, but the young guy who made my wrap was courteous and quick. Asked every question addressing me as sir. I was well satisfied. Hope this kid gets more business ad good reviews as this Subway is in a high traffic area and very visible from Highway.

Small restaurant, no bathroom. Veggies didn't look super fresh (particularly the cucumber).

No sweet peppers? I asked and they looked at me like I was some weird question. Ive always known subway providing sweet peppers as a condiment, guess not in upstate NY. Weird

Subs great but the counter where the employee has to work is collapsing as well as the floor 😠 not a very safe work place. Should shut it down for repairs. If I worked there that would have been reported to the better business bureau. Think I just might report it for the safety of the employees

Poorly managed location

No bathroom and kind of expensive for a subway. Food was fine but they also didn't even give us napkins and we were the only ones in there

The girl working couldn't even smile was very aloof . AND . She had long hair which hung over our food while she was "flinging" it around!!!!!!! Not Cool Subway!!!!!

Employee was not pleasant at all. She prepared our food like she didn't want to do it.

Walked in with no one in the front end so I politely waited 5-10min but no one came to take my order.

The worst subway that I have ever been in, some reason a sandwich here cost 14.79, and elsewhere the same sandwich cost 8.79, if you have a choice find some place else.

The service was bad. They were very rude and the way they gave us the food was disgusting. My sandwich was all over the place. Not really surprised just very bad.

Walked in at 6:30pm on a Saturday (5/11/19). Made eye contact with the girl at the register, but she said nothing to me. I go over to the ordering end of the counter and look at the menu, at least a full minute passes before the employee tells me "just so you know, we're closed." The open sign was still on. I dont really care that the store was closed. But the employee should have told me the second I walked in the door. Do not intend to ever go back to this location.

At that juncture, the female cashier mistakenly charged us with additional funds. Upon reviewing the bill, we discovered that she had erroneously included tip money without prior permission.
