The boss man there was really friendly and he actually made my pizza, he’s not afraid of getting it done. Pizza was delicious and fresh , he made sure I had what I needed, he wasn’t trying to cut corners or hide in the back. He was funny and knowledgeable, I appreciate a place like this, I’ll be back

Ordered a take out pizza and was advised by the person answering the phone that I could get a Large Bargain Pizza cheaper than the Medium I was about to order. During the pick up I was asked if I wanted any peppers, Parmesan or Ranch. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pizza was very good as usual.

I ordered a pizza half with a lot of stuff and the other half canadian bacon pineapple. Both sides were hard to eat because the crust felt and tasted watery. It was probably just not cooked long enough but either way it ruined the whole pizza. I was really disappointed as I had waited a long time for them to reopen, their pizza used to knock my socks off. If I order from them again and it's better I will raise a star but it may be a while. Well its been a while and I am once again impressed with the flavor. So im raising the stars! Good job for pizza factory!! *1/2023 News flash, I just had the perfect pizza, I am adding another star! I don't get excited over food often, but kuddos Pizza Factory!

I would definitely recommend this place for the whole family. The pizza is handmade with some great ingredients. My favorite has to be the meat lovers. The prices are decent but worth it. Definitely would go again.

Workers were super nice. We came to Lake Isabella to enjoy the trails, nature, and scenery. We were starving and saw this place on the side of the road. There's a nice little grass area for our puppy and to enjoy the pizza. The pizza was hot, cheesy, thick, and full of flavor. Great pizza, customer service, and great experience overall.

The first experience was bad timing on our part, choosing to go during dinner hours resulted in a super long wait (about an hour or so) but we didn't call ahead so no blame to the restaurant there. Even if we were wanting to point a finger, we would quickly put it down because the food is DELICIOUS. This experience was much faster as we ordered ahead and even late but they were so so kind about it.. Once again food was hot, fresh, well seasoned and great portions. Both times we've enjoyed a large calzone (pepperoni, cheese, ham, canadian bacon) which easily could fill 2 people if not 3!..a pizza last time, and the garlic and artichoke pizza with white sauce this time. I can't forget the twisted bread with garlic and butter. Yumm. I definitely applaud this restaurant for it's fresh and delicious food. We will continue to order here. Pricing is fair for such great portions and an A+ to the customer service as well!

Stopped over in Lake Isabella for the night and needed a bite to eat. Stumbled across pizza factory whilst popping into the grocery store and so glad we did! Best pizza I’ve ever eaten & fantastic service. 10/10

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The pizza was delicious with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. What really stood out was the super friendly service. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! (No Metal Cutlery tho)

Probably the best pizza chain in town or the area for that matter. It's a bit pricey for what you get so liik or ask for the specials. Air conditioned indoor seating. Coin operated game area for the kids. Serve yourself fountain drinks and a salad bar. Big screen TV for sporting events. larger than normal indoor dining area.

For the most part Pizza factory is always a great place to eat. No question as to the best pizza IN town. On occasion I’ll encounter one not so friendly staff member but that is so rare that there is no reason to even mention names. My one bad encounter does not trump all of the great food and service I have had every other time.

I'm from the Philly area. South Jersey to be soecific, and we have a standard of pizza and cheese steak and wings that are unsurpassed. well guess what, Pizza Factory really delivers. The pizza is unchallengeable in this area, and Pizza Factory delivers. No wonder they still are in business. The Pizza is almost, almost like home and the wings are quite good considering we are 3000 miles away from decent wing joints out here . Bravo Pizza Factory. you guys rock. ONLY delivery in the Lake area too. that gives major points!

Young friendly staff, tried the Bronc Pizza that was on special, was pretty good but too many mushrooms and peppers for my taste, probably stick with the good old pepperoni and pineapple next time. Definitely a place I'll come back to. Thanks guys.

The pizza is good, the beer is cold and the staff are welcoming.Bias opinion honestly. I worked here, my aunt worked here, my best friend worked here and my mom and the owner go way back. Home would not be the same with out Pizza Factory. Great family ran business whom are very friendly and likable.

I really enjoyed the pizza. A little eclectic and tired looking, and old. I was prepared to be unhappy but it just goes to show you that the old cliche " don't judge a book by its cover" is true. If you go there, and I will again, make sure to ask them to crisp up the crust, ours was a little droopy. Cost a star but still worth it.

Called to order pizza to go , was put on hold , i hung up after 7 mins, called back, it was busy, cuz i was still on hold, finally got thru, ordered pizza, told him was put on hold, no one returned, got there when they told me it would be done, and they did not even have it in the oven yet, waited another 15- 20 minutes for my pizza! There was 1 table eating! What were they doing besides not making my pizza or tending the phone, this was a Wednesday at 5:02 , pizza was good as usual but service sucked!

The food taste good however their calzone is saturated oil. By the time I got home I couldn't really enjoy my now soggy calzone. Future note it's better to just eat their

Visited a pizza factory in Bishop last year and it was great. This location was a let down. Would not go back.

Pizza has good ingredients but dough is a little heavy (like failed yeast) and food is over priced. Ordered 24 pack of wings like described on website and only got 14 wings, 5 of the good meaty pieces and 9 of the weasley pieces. I called when I got home and worker unapologetically blamed it on corporate for changing prices/quantity but not updating website. Wings were dry and lacking flavor. Probably won't be back and I think Little Caesars is a better deal on wings, they at least give you even wing counts of meaty pieces to smaller pieces and they have flavor and moisture.

Went last week after ordering four sandwiches to go. I was told 15 minutes to pick up. Arrived 15 minutes later and was told it would be another 15 minutes. This happened 2 more times until the 4th time I just stood there while they talked amongst each other. Amazingly, my order appeared, waiting on top of the oven. I think it's going to be a long, long time before I go back there. The sandwiches weren't even that good.

I used to go to the pizza factory and it was clean and bright it was so dingy and dirty but the pizza was a b+ that was my experience today . I came all the way from West Virginia to have their pizza. Pizza used to be best in California. My family used to come every weekend and Saturday night we would have pizza at pizza factory.

Ordered our delivery at 6pm told it would be here by 6:50 at 7:15 i called to check on delivery and was told it's on it's way. Called back 30 sec later and told it would be another 40 minutes. My daughter has an illness that we plan dinner time for medicine. Another 40 minutes won't work for her. Really disappointed as we ordered all the time from them. Not anymore. I'll be going with the other pizza place in town from now on.

Now on part with Little Sleezers $5 pizza but for 5 times the price PRICES are over the moon high $$$$ GO TO KERNVILLE FOR PIZZA GO TO TEHACHAPI FOR PIZZA DO NOT GO TO LAKE ISABELLA FOR PIZZA!! Patience is a virtue when you are a paying customer after a hard day who’s order has been lost all together and you can’t get service while waiting first in line. Then you get a lecture about patience from management in person plus on our refund check Zero stars if I could, WILL NOT RETUEN

I was told the drive had left 10-15 minutes ago, so I walked out to the gate & waitd 10-15 minutes before walking back to the house. Around 12:30, I called back, as our pizza was now, according to them, 30-40minuted on the road. I really don’t mind waiting, as long as I’m told. The driver asked how I was doing & I told him I would be a lot better if I was given accurate info., he said his employer lied about when he left, called me an asshole & asked me to never order there again. Lol, I certainly will not. The pizza was ice cold, threw it in the trash, where it belongs. Not one person I talked to even said sorry. The only thing they said over & over again is “if you don’t like it too bad”. Worst customer service ever. The good news? Pizza Barn. UPDATE: Went in thinking I’d give em another chance. Almost puked when I walked through the door. Everything if filthy & smelled like rotten food. We left, never to return. This place should be closed due to health concerns.
