Food quality is less than good from other taco bells on other cities. Mostly tortilla when it comes to tacos and burritos, approx 1/4 filling. And ross taco bell has the longest wait time out of Any other taco bell restaurants. Likewise they tend to always be out of one major component of a popular dish. For example, they've been out of the tortilla shells that is in the"Mexican pizza," on more th an one occasion for nearly a week. Or for the same dish, they didn't have the boxes so they couldn't sale them. And they were out of large drink cups for over a week. The customer service is above average, they're very friendly and helpful.

The people that work at this place are so apathetically slow it is utterly ridiculous. There should be a sign out front saying this is not a fast food restaurant be prepared to wait and turn your engine off. I feel like opening up a del Taco across the street and blowing you guys completely out of business.. it would be easy to do and I'm sure local residents will flock somewhere else where they are treated with respect and mindful diligence. Whoever owns this place or manages it needs to crack the whip. Seriously your employees are not earning the ridiculous minimum wage they are getting. Yes it gets under my skin that bad. Your employees probably half of them need to be fired.

No Hard Feeling

Wow. I haven’t had Taco Bell in over 10 years, and this visit reminded me why. Walking up to the front door, I saw two employees sitting in a car, in uniform, smoking weed. I’m not here to judge what people do on their own time, but as a business owner myself, doing that in uniform, right by the entrance, and during work hours is simply not appropriate. When it came to ordering, I was surprised — there was no visible menu for walk-in customers, and apparently you can’t even order in person anymore. On a positive note, the employee handing out orders was kind and friendly, but overall, it feels like fast food service has gone downhill dramatically.

Waited over 45 minutes for a dine in order. Asked for my soda while I waited. They said Uber eats orders have priority and then my order was given to their friends or family members sitting down. I then was told my order was to go. So not sure why they didn’t allow me to dine in after 1 hour wait and then my order was all wrong. Multiple times this has happened

Both items I got were cold. The Mexican pizza crust was soggy not crispy and the potato in the potato soft taco was not crispy but super hard it actually hurt my teeth eating it. Last visit the top of the Mexican pizza box was smooshed into the cheese and took off most the cheese when opening it, won't be coming back here.

This location is beyond ridiculous. They never get your order right. Not for the 1st time, I ordered a bean & cheese burrito no onions. I have the receipt and it shows NO ONIONS. My 1st bite had onions in it. These kids need so much more training 😩

The worst taco bell ever. The "manager" is rude and unprofessional. They're always "swamped", even though there's always a regular amount of customers. I waited 40 minutes for an online order. There was a guy there for an hour. They gave the wrong items to people. Do better, or maybe get another job.

I tried to order, but no one responded at the counter. The app was not loading, and no one could take a moment to manually come to the register for my order. This was at a store in the sfvalley. The store at lake Isabella is better, but taco bell needs to put their customers first or lose the restaurant wars ...

Absolutely nothing fast about this place. Second time in a month I’ve waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. No that’s not an exaggeration I checked the time I called my wife to the time I told her I was leaving. This time I didn’t order because being trapped in the drive through and not placing an order for the first twenty minutes was enough for me I just waited until I could leave. Most the times you're order is incorrect or missing things. Really, just spend your money at one of the restaurants better quality and probably still faster.

I had to repeat my order 3 times. The wait for my food in the drive thru took way too long. I waited 10 mins and no cars moved finally I get my food after about 15-20 mins and I get it home no tomatoes on both my gordita supremes!

Food was great but on this day I waited 20 minutes for 5 items...and the reason is because yall are short staffed and focus way to heavily on drive through people, lobby had 3 people...but drive through was backed out...thats why I came in...I see car after car after car going through with ease, they get priority over first come first serve, explain how I order my food 15 minutes before most drive through cars and they get there food before us?? Its because management pushes drive times on staff so hard...gotta get that food out quick...
