This is the Panda Express we love to eat at.

Food is always so good. Fast and friendly staff. We always come back for more. Restaurant is usually so clean. That's big for us. So glad we have a Panda not too far from home.

One of my favorite Panda Expresses. The food is very good and workers are very nice. Food is ready very quickly. The restaurant is very clean.

I go get panda for myself during my lunch breaks and just in general so Ive been to a lot of them all over LA. This location has by far one of the best customer service especially Francine!!! Very friendly and professional and the food was delicious like always. Highly recommended location

We've gone to different Pandas and we always order the Family Meal. I'd always have to go back to the counter for plates to distribute food from the containers. So far this is the only Panda where the staff packed up extra plates without me asking. Not only this, the manager also approached to everyone coming in to download their App for savings including myself. Thank you Sam!

Staff was nice, food fresh and affordable for how much they give. I ate inside, tables clean and good a/c. They will remind you to scan your app for points or sign up using their QR for a free side.

All I can say is this location has improved its taste of the food and freshness is wonderful. The eggrolls taste magnificent. In my opinion the add on to the fountain drinks was a great idea I would recommend this location to everyone

Came in today. Was on my break and I was greeted so nicely. Everyone greeted. Looked like their counter tops were pretty empty. Asked if they can make sweet fire chicken and they said yes. Waited just about 6 min for it to be done. The staff was super friendly. Manager seemed really out going with her team as well. That's what I like to see. I would also like to thank them for letting me use the restroom. I understand covid is really huge. But delivering packages and no where to use the rest room is pretty difficult. So thank you again for being amazing! The sweet fire chicken was amazing!

Like most Panda Express, very good food. Favorites are always the teriyaki and orange chicken. Minimal waits but I also never go during lunch hr. Easy access and big floor for dining in. All around good service each time I've gone.

Clean. Nice lighting. Spacious. Food is standard Panda fare. Not remarkable. Not mediocre either.

My wife got me my dinner from this Panda Express location. I been to the plaza this store is in before and parking can be tough to find in the evening. I asked for the plate with chow Mein, kung pao chicken and orange chicken. The portion size is always not the best at any Panda location. You don't get that much chow Mein and the entree will vary depending who is serving you. My food was delicious though, the chow Mein is always amazing. I loved the orange chicken and kung pao chicken from here.

I was sooo Hungry and Panda came through. One of the employees named Karen was so nice and gave great customer service. you need more employees like her.

A bittersweet meal. Said goodbye to a friend before I walked through the doors. Two friends really. And even through the years, the food tasted good.

Ok the food is good but today there were employee's that took to long and it looked like they didn't know what they were doing. But I can't complain because of the whole pandemic thing.

Food was excellent, however the servers were overwhelmed and made the time to acquire our food lengthy.. which stressed them out making the service strained

No frills, quick but often hot and miss. Sometimes items are left out too long leaving them cold and/or hard.

Service at times lacks & at times down right rude. I didn't score it lower as there are a couple of people who work there who are helpful & friendly. Food is consistent & better than many pricey Chinese places.

This place is the worst location, you are better off going to the location on Paxton. This location never have anything ready , its always a 15min wait. At some point they have to get better at this, tired of being repeatedly disappointed by choosing this location

Don't show up at 10:00am when it opens. I waited for over twenty minutes. I arrived to them just starting to cook food. Nothing was ready.

Lady kept ignoring me when I went to online pick up door. I ordered online it was supposed to be ready in 20 min. 1 hr later I got my food because they were waiting 25 minutes for teriyaki chicken. So my teriyaki was hot and everything else cold sitting for 25minutes. The 3 ppl working there had no customer service. Plus she cross contaminates money with pick up orders.

There have been a few times I've received the wrong order ... they also rush you when ordering , I feel that they don't give you enough time to carefully pick item

My office orders catering very often from this store, and they've literally NEVER has our order ready on time. The average wait time from when the order was supposed to be ready and when it's actually ready is 30 minutes! Unacceptable! The only reason this store gets 2 stars and not 1 is because the manager usually comes out to apologize.

Worse Panda Express in my life!!! Rice was very dry like old, how can be in a Chinese fast food! Orange chicken many big pieces empty of chicken just fried cornstarch!! The little women at the front desk it’s very rude NOT a nice person! the only nice and kind was the guy asking us how was the food

Panda is running a promotion for lunar year where if you scratch and match three of the same you win the buy one get one plate offer. Today I received an email with the promotion directly from Panda Express I played the game matched all three won the buy one get one free offer but when I went to the store none of the employees had a clue about the promotion I spoke to the manager manager was clueless and did not go any further to try to assist even though the store is plastered with several lunar year promotions and banners I reached out to complaints department but I don't expect a response this feels more like a gimmick and the way to bring customers into the store rather than an offer. It was a waste of my time to have to drive to the store only to have the offer a declined I was so embarrassed.

They put little amount of Chow mein, and little amount off orange chicken. I was looking for drink and I don't see what she is doing so be careful with your order.

I asked others around me to smell the food and they said they smelled the same chemical type smell.I dont know if it's a preservative, but the smell is potent. It happened once and I stopped eating there for months, but my daughter wanted to try again. I thought maybe it would be different this time or maybe it was a bad batch of greens, but no same chemical smell and taste. I haven't brought it up to personnel just decided to never return.

I’d advise whoever is planning on ordering pick up at panda in the Sylmar San Fernando Pacoima area to go to the Panda Express on Paxton by the Costco they actually have a great pickup service. Also missing a couple of items in my order.

Do not order delivery. They cheat you on portions. Ordered a beef and broccoli/chicken and green bean plate. 4 pieces of broccoli, 3 pieces of beef, a few pieces of chicken. Go to the location and pick up your order so you don't get screwed!

Unable to eat in their AC is so Lowe you are literally freezing in there with automatic runny nose of how cold it is in there. To top it of your food gets cold very fast not pleasant at all!

They are extremely expensive! and they count the number of chicken/beef pieces they put on your plate. I got the orange chicken and it was just enough for one serving or so I thought. The girl starts serving my plate and puts all the pieces on my plate then actually started to count them and took 2 off my plate. Really???? Why???? I asked why she took them off & she just gave me a attitude. I don't get it why not just ask the cook to make more? Why would you leave just 2 pieces in the tray???

Fix your schedule that's twice I go before 10 and they tell me it's closed. Stop making customers waste their time and fix your hours!

This Panda Express is less than a mile from my home but I still refuse to go here. The food is always dry, the workers have BAD attitudes, and the servings are pretty small compared to most PE's. I would not recommended. There's a really good panda express, on Paxton (about 2 miles away) that I suggest.

I had an hour for lunch and was hungry. Got to Panda Express at the time they open, 10am, to see a note on the door that said "We are sorry, will open in 30 mins." NOPE! Hungry now! Went to Fatburgers Burgers instead, they were great.

I came to order lunch and as I was leaving I was looking for a lid for my soda. The lids were under some plastic covers and I did not see them. I asked and the girl came from behind the counter after using the register and grabs a lid, it flips over in her hand and she places it on top of my soda. I spoke to manager Sam to address that nobody's bare hands should and he told me he would talk to his team and that's it. I told him I wanted my soda replaced and he told me to call corporate office. I wish I could rate them a zero.

BEWARE! DO NOT COME HERE! I came in today and was helped by Joseph. I ordered 3 plates and chicken egg roll, but unfortunately they had ran out of some items, so I had to wait. Another worker by the name of Diana came to complete the order once the food was ready. She charged my but when she did I noticed it was fairly low in price. I had asked her if she got everything and she said yes. She handed me the receipt and I noticed she had missed a plate. I told her and she was arguing with me saying that the other plate on the side wasn't mine. Joeseph came back and told her that the plate was mine and she packed the plate and charged me. She gave me the bag but I notice that she did not give me the fortune cookies like they normally do, so she stomps off to the back (literally) and grabs a box of the cookies. She places the cookies on the side and charges the other customer. After she charged them she asked if I got the cookies. I told her no and she proceeds to reach into the box and grab a HANDFULL and tried to give them to me. I look at her and tell her I only want 3,so I grabbed 3 from her hand and walked home. I get home and my dad noticed that his egg roll was a veggie roll. I look at the receipt and I was upset now because she charged me for the chicken egg roll but o ly gave me the veggie rolls. I walked back over to panda and spoke with a Manger and told them that they gave me the wrong order. She apologized but they did not have any of the chicken egg rolls ready and I would have to wait 10 mins. She comes back and gives me two. I told her I didn't want two, I wanted to tell her about the service of the day but she was way too busy. She ga e me the rolls and walked away. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PANDA. I used to come her often but up until recently their services have been very poor.

So I go to this place and first thing. the Asian lady was very rude I asked for a separate plate I was placeing 3 orders and she acting like the food comes out her paycheck .super skimptt and she kept closing the dam box before I was done odering . It felt like she was like hury up and buy . I won't go back to that panda . Beware the rude Asian lady

Sent my husband for food they didn’t get his order right when he went back to complain the lady was extremely rude giving attitude the manager didn’t seem to care or help! And also the food was not fresh the fried rice was flavorless had no flavor to it smh I prefer pacoima location

Worst panda express I've ever been to SAM is horrible at service serving and attitude slamming stuff around rushing people he gets mad because he doesn't understand you and you don't understand him without him yelling at you because he does hear you won't be coming back 1 star just to comment on my experience
