Did the drive thru. One of the all white meat tenders definitely wasn't. 1/31 been a couple months tried it again. Our food was great, especially my chicken livers.( Most places way over cook them. These were perfect.) Thank you chicken express.

Who doesn’t love some chicken rings, fried okra, sweet tea, and cream gravy!!! They never go wrong for me!! Just sayin’!!!

Kudos to the staff at the Lake Worth Chicken Express. We left the drive thru with a mixed up order so we had to return for correct food. I really appreciate the customer service Chris showed, he fixed a new order for us and graciously gave us both to take home. Happy Holidays to the staff.

I can only speak for the drive-thru as I have not dined in. The older lady who works. The drive-thru is super sweet, fast, and professional. Whoever the male manager is, however, he's not very professional in how he speaks to customers. Definitely could use some soft skill training. Drinks are almost always right here, food as well. The food and the tea is great. A lot of places have bad sweet tea but theirs is always fresh.

The chicken strips were not the usual size. They were very small.. I was tired, so I didn't want to make a fuss .but usually, they are twice the size.. The employees acted funny because I asked how much were just 3 strips . I should have taken a picture, but I was tired.. When I received my order, the 2 3 inch strips were very hot, and I burned my mouth .I feel like that was intentional judging by thier attitude.

Food is good but they can't seem to get my order correct... ever. Every time I ask for spicy, I get regular. I even asked twice before and still noticed it was regular. It shouldn't be that hard to comprehend and yet here we are. Please focus on what you're doing. People pay crazy prices these days for a good product so please just pay attention a little better.

I went there for a 4-tender meal, spicy, mashed potatoes, and a nice large, sweet tea. The food was great, BUT THE MANAGER WAS NOT! That Mexican, boneless bearded man, unsure what his name is, might be Dylan needs to be fired NOW!

The worst Chicken Express staff I've ever seen. Rude. Slow. Forgot half my meal. Someone needs to retrain these teenagers.

I had went in with my family of 5 last Thursday because we love the tenders from chicken express. We were far from home and the location in lake worth was the only one near us, there was so many things wrong with this place. First, when we entered there was this horrible stench as if someone had threw up in there. Disgusting. Second, when we walked up to place our order, we were met with the most rude, unprofessional, and racist worker, worst of all it was a literal manager. We had asked for 4 number ones and everytime we would ask for something, he would just input it and look at us as if we were bothering him. Now i've worked multiple jobs so I understand when someone would be having a bad day, but this guy just treated us like parasites. Then while we were waiting on our food, a white family comes in and he all of a sudden he's the most jolliest man in the world. That just made me completely uncomfortable. I believe his name was something like Donavon but I'm not sure, nor do I care because no one should be getting service like that. Third of all, the chicken was literally raw and the smallest pieces i've ever received. This whole establishment was just a mess and I will never come back again. -0/10 (Hire new managers.)

The way the employees cook the chicken is not sanitary they are not using gloves and the Hispanic lady with glasses in the drive thru be over charging and she is very rude and yelled at us because she is not a nice person at all
