This was my first time at Chipotle and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good, ordering was simple, and the restaurant was clean and efficient. Portions were generous. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and portion size made it worth it.

Chipotle is my go-to spot when I want something quick, filling, and still fresh. The ingredients always taste high quality, and I like being able to customize everything exactly how I want it. The chicken is seasoned well, the steak is tender, and the rice and beans are always cooked just right. The portions are generous, especially for the price, and the food is made right in front of you so you know it’s fresh. The staff usually keeps the line moving efficiently while still being friendly. Whether it’s a burrito bowl or tacos, Chipotle consistently delivers bold flavor and a satisfying meal.

The bowl was perfect! Fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and everything prepared with care and craftsmanship. The counter and prep areas were spotless and organized, and the staff provided quick, courteous service. This is one of the better Chipotle locations I’ve visited in Texas. My only complaint isn’t about the restaurant itself but the behavior of some customers in the area — many come across as rude and lacking self-awareness, regardless of age. Still, it’s an delectable spot for takeout for great food and service.

Some delicious grub to buy and sit down with the glass of cool lemonade. Stuff was great some of the tables and a little bit of floor had some dirt or droppings of food was never picked up before I left. Other than that nice place to come and eat good healthy food and had a good experience.

We’ve been eating here for years, but it’s steadily going down hill. I keep hoping it’ll get better, but it won’t at this point. $35 for several bowls of undercooked rice was our lunch meal at work the last time. Crunchy in some bites, chewy and stuck in your teeth in other bites. I threw it out and didn’t have time to babysit them to make it right.

I’ve been to this location before and it’s great! Flavorful, great portions, and tasty, but this time oh absolutely not. I placed an online order via the Chipotle App that I normally ordered. I received it and the food bland, rice had no flavor, I ordered chicken and got single steak. I didn’t order steak, no beans, no corn, no cheese. The only thing that was right was the guacamole. Not cool at all. Not sure what happened but it’s completely unacceptable. If you didn’t have the items then reach out. Don’t make the complete wrong order with the hopes one would just eat it.

This Chipotle normally goes all out on my bowl orders but for some reason someone saw "extra cheese" on my order and thought that meant zero cheese... I'm honestly super upset.

i never thought i'd find myself writing a review, but i honestly don't know what's going with this location. whether it's new management or what, but this is the upteenth time my boyfriend and i have received food that is entirely not what we've ordered. diced and slivered onions all throughout my bowl when i not once asked for them. my boyfriend's bowl had the wrong beans, lettuce when he didn't ask for it, and no sauce. as a food and customer service worker myself, i try to be understanding of mistakes as i know how demanding and stressful it can be, and i understand things happen. but this isn't even the third time it's happened. it's unacceptable and laziness at this point. we aren't able to treat ourselves often and this was just another $60 in the trash. very disappointed.

Can't believe the customer service response to my issue. Hung up on my wife, hung up on me, cut off my app line with their agent. The awful experience I had with the local restaurant was made even worse by their corporate CS lack of response or accountability. Will never eat here or any other location again.

Went in to get a bowl and a quesadilla, staff rolled their eyes when I came in. Wanted steak and was told they were out and would need to make more. Asked about the wait time and they said they hadn't started it and it would take 20 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. Also the prep areas and tables were not cleaned, not sure why this location has such an attitude all the time and why they're out of food half the time.

service sucked, only one person on line with people in the back literally just standing watching her struggle, then at the register we were met with attitude when asking for chips and salsa? girl…. and they didn’t even add the salsa lmao. just in general rude atmosphere :p

I’m honestly over Chipotle at this point. The portion sizes have gotten so small that you’re basically forced to add extra items just to make a normal bowl, and then you end up paying way more. I stopped going for a long time because of this issue, and it has only gotten worse. Paying forty dollars for two bowls with no drinks and no sides is insane. Every time I come in, it’s the same nonsense. Most of the time the servings are tiny and inconsistent. Only a few times have I had good servers who actually give decent portion sizes. Chipotle used to be one of my go to spots, but it’s hard to justify the price when the portions keep shrinking.

I went there around 9:30pm after driving 20 minutes and they were out of almost everything except rice and beans. Instead of saying sorry the employees were in a mood to fight specially the little black girl she was so rude that another employee had to stop her twice she was coming towards me. And when I came out another employee was already standing behind my car taking pictures and threatening me.

I usually love Chipotle, but my experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was one of the worst I've encountered. Upon entering, a young African American girl shouted at me before I even opened the door that they only had one type of meat available. No greeting or welcome, just a loud announcement. There were only two people in line, but she rushed through my order and didn’t take the time to make my burrito properly. When it was handed to me, I could already tell it wasn’t rolled correctly, and sure enough, it fell apart as soon as I took my first bite. I hope that young lady switches jobs or management replaces her 👎🏿

Hey chipotle, how about paying attention to the name on the order. I can’t order double rice and beans on DoorDash. So If my name is “double rice and beans”, then why did my order not arrive with double rice and beans?? Do better. And also, why did my bowls look like y’all are rationing at the store? I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant in my life. I started by coming in around 7:30 PM to Order dinner for my husband and I. Mind you throughout all of this, I was the only person who was in line. All of the staff were sitting around on their phones, and when I walked in all of them rolled their eyes, got off their phones and scattered. Once somebody finally came up to take my order, we started getting my to go order put together. It was a large chunky guy. All of their bowls and buckets were almost completely empty. Seeing that I really like peppers on my bowl, I asked them to make fresh ones because the ones that they had left were chard and black and almost completely gone. The lady rolled her eyes and said it would be a long time until another batch is ready. She turned around and asked an associate how long it would take and he said maybe five minutes. She proceeded to turn around to me and tell me how long it would take and I said that’s all right I will wait. She proceeded to roll her eyes, Drop my food on the counter get on her phone and walk away. When the peppers were finally done, we finished out my order and she proceeded to put a lot of cheese on top that I did not ask for. I told her that I did not ask for cheese and she told me that I did ask. I proceeded to tell her that I can assure her I did not ask her that. She proceeded to tell me that I had queso on my bowl, so it didn’t matter if she left the cheese on it. I told her I didn’t ask for it and I didn’t want it. She rolled her eyes threw the bowl on the countertop and grabbed another one to remake it. I asked for both kinds of beans and she rudely said brown and pinto are the same exact thing. pick one. I asked her for both and she proceeded to slapped them down in the bowl so hard that it spilled out of the bowl. We got to the end and I asked for extra guacamole and she very rudely said well that’s gonna be extra. I said that’s completely fine, She rolled her eyes and added more. We finished and another lady rang my food up as I paid. As I’m paying for my food I can hear her ,as well as the original guy who was helping me who also left and got on his cell phone in the middle of making my food, talking very poorly about me in SPANISH about how I asked for something and then made her remake the entire thing because I told her I wanted cheese on, (something which never came out of my mouth) and that the guy who was helping me originally could just eat the one she messed up on. They all stood around, talking crap about me in Spanish. For reference I appear to be very pale, however, my entire family is from Mexico. I speak Spanish, and have always spoken Spanish very fluently since I was a child. The utter disrespect was astonishing. To speak that badly about a customer in front of her in another language, thinking that she can’t understand is disgusting behavior. The woman was a larger, younger woman. I will post a photo so that everyone can be aware. This photo shows the three people that were standing in a circle talking badly about me because the lady had to remake my food when she messed it up. Be careful where you go, these people have no problem, talking terribly about their customers in front of them, assuming that we are ignorant and cannot understand.

My family and I love this location! Got my usual the Steak Salad and halfway through i went to scoop the bottom and a "Do Not Eat" packet came up! Instantly lost my appetite, after spending over 50$ I'm extremely disappointed.

I always come to this chipotle and today they missed the mark on the food being fresh and good I found a food sticker in my guacamole and the guacamole was black and old. Not happy at all

If you’re ordering chips from this location, please make sure you taste them before you leave!! They are always stale and soft!! Tastes like 3 day old chips!! For the price, I’m paying I expect fresh chips. Very disappointing!! And portion sizes suck! Sadly chipotle is just going down hill.

Does this look like ANYTHING that I ordered? I don’t think so at all! When calling they just redirect you to the app and when we went for help through the app, we were compensated for one free entree. And to further the issue, the coupon for the “free entree” is no where to be found on the app. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. (Side note: the burrito bowl is present just not pictured since it wasn’t an issue)

This location has really gone downhill. I think Chipotle as a company is on the decline and is letting their standards slip. We entered at about 8pm, 2 hours before closing. The entire line was torn apart and filthy in preparation to close down. Food was just sitting on the counter cold while gathering bacteria. 2 hours early is too early to start closing down this way, there were multiple customers there and still more coming in. The 20 minutes we were there eating the food was left out of the warmer the entire time. Chicken, pork, beef, all ready to destroy someone's stomach with bacteria frok being out of temp. The servers were visibly in a bad mood, short with answers and generally uncaring of their job or their responsibilities. Priority #1 is closing and going home. The line was so dirty that random pieces of food that were smeared on the counter made it into my burrito. There wasn't a single table that wasn't filthy and you had to clean yourself. The food was completely cold when we started eating from being left out for so long. My stomach is churning as i write this. Charging $30 for a small burrito and a bowl full of rice and salmonella should be criminal. Do better Chipotle.

When I walked in, I didn’t receive service at first. One of the workers was opening a box right in front of the food, in front of me instead of helping me, I didn’t say anything I waited patiently. Someone finally asked if I had been helped I said no, she finally started to make my order. I noticed she barely put any meat I ask for a little bit more of meat, she said she would have to charge me for double meat. I wasn’t asking for double meat, there was barely any on the bowl I clarified I just wanted a tad bit more, why would you charge me double for one portion?? I told them to just trash the whole bowl and walked out. I have never had this issue at this location before! Any time a server has been light handed I ask for a little bit more it’s no issue! I mainly come to this location because it’s close to me. The customer service was trash. Definitely not coming back here again!

So I recently stated going to chipotle for the first time ever, today May 24th was my third time going. I ordered my food to go like the previous 2 times & I come home take 2 bites & start mixing my food & I found a roach in my food. I’m pretty bummed because I just started eating there & I really loved the food but this is definitely my 3rd & last time. Please make sure you check your food. Oh and lastly the girl that made my order was pretty rude but that’s beyond the issue.

As a frequent diner at Chipotle, this was the most unprofessional and disgusting experience I have had. However, my recent visit to the lake Worth, Tx Chipotle left me utterly disappointed and shaken by the poor experience I encountered. In this review, I will outline the unfortunate events that transpired during my visit, and hope that the management takes the necessary actions to prevent future occurrences. The staff appeared specifically ( Alize) appeared to be in a foul mood and their demeanor was uncharacteristically rude and aggressive. As my turn to order approached, the hostility continued. The staff member taking my order seemed agitated and impatient, making me feel rushed and uncomfortable throughout the process. I had to repeat my order multiple times and was met with audible sighs and very hostile short reposnses, in response to my requests. The most appalling incidents, however, occurred while my food was being prepared. Firstly, the staff member dropped my guacamole container on the floor. Instead of discarding the contaminated container and replacing it with a fresh one, they picked it up and carelessly threw it into my bag. As you will note on my receipt guacamole smeared on it. The container was visibly damaged, and I could see that it had been busted during the fall. To make matters worse, I asked for some salt on the side, and the staff member dropped the empty portion cup on the floor. Rather than disposing of the soiled cup, she picked it up and proceeded to use the same cup to scoop salt from the container, completely disregarding basic food safety. This blatant lack of concern for hygiene was both shocking and entirely unacceptable. My daughters quesadilla looked as if they put it together blindfolded. Finally, when my order was complete, the staff member handed it over by slamming it on the counter in a hostile and aggressive manner. The force with which my food was thrown down not only further soured the already unpleasant experience but also raised concerns about the quality of the food inside. I then proceeded to tell her that I didn’t receive my chips. And instead of handing them to me or placing them on the counter she slapped them down by the registered, which of course resulted in a whole bunch of broken chips. In summary, my experience at the Lake Worth, Tx Chipotle was nothing short of disastrous. The staff's rude and aggressive behavior, coupled with their blatant disregard for food hygiene, has left me questioning the integrity of the entire chain. I strongly urge the management to address these issues and ensure that all staff members are trained and held to a higher standard. Until then, I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this location to anyone and will be seeking alternative dining options.
