As I said in my previous review of Firehouse subs in Weatherford, they're all equally great. The food is great. The service is great. The atmosphere is okay, it's a sub shop after all.
I'd love to leave an amazing heartfelt message here, the employees are HARD WORKING W AMAZING ATTITUDES! People don't understand dealing w hangry customers, and heavy flow of traffic is exhausting! They do not show ever! Everytime we come in, we are always greeted, esp by SCOTT the sandwiches are always a hit! Fresh, Clean, Fast! He always checks in, Lauren is a new face and is a great face to be greeted by! I always see Scott cleaning, moving and still takes the time to check in w not just us but everyone. All ur employees at this location are great! Well deserved raises! U don't get this service and quality all around in most places! Keep up the great work! It never misses! All the managers I've encountered are amazing!
Ordered online and upon pick up, I was greeted by everyone in the shop! It was kind of shocking but it was nice customer service! They were just finishing up my order when I was walking in and from the few seconds I was in there, I could see that the team on shift 6/5/25 have really good communication and flow with each other! Good job guys :-)
Good afternoon! Today my family and I had to try some of the sandwiches at firehouse. I think it was between 11 and 12pm. We were actually 1 family of two separate diners at that time. For us 4 that got sandwiches, or wait time may have been between 6-8 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and out cashier was extremely patient and very attentive. We appreciate her customer service and wish she be recognized for not knowing she was doing her job WELL. I had the Jamaican jerk chicken sandwich. I felt upon first impression after opening the wrapper to MY sandwich, the lettuce was excessive. Haven been my first time, this may be a normal portion for the medium my fiance and I ordered. Next time I'd go light lettuce because all of the other ingredients pair so well together. I love the sauce that comes on it as well, so delicious! My fiance got the club on a sub. I'm short, it's her favorite!!. If you're hungry, it's definitely worth every penny.
I was there late Nov 2023 the food and service was excellent, the staff were so lovely, especially the man who served us (the man waving in the photo, an absolute diamond). I only wish I had time to go back again before leaving to go home/ back London UK. Great place, great atmosphere, great staff and delicious food. When I go back to texas that will be my first stop 😋
I do have a suggestion at the end, but this was my first time at Firehouse subs, and I'd have to say that it was fire 🔥. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food was not a run of the mill sub shop and was unique in it's combination and flavor. I took the rest of my sub home, and it tasted just as good, cold, the next day. They use better quality ingredients, and I ended up buying one of their in house sauces. The store front could use a small renovation, maybe get some better, classier tables. Granted, this would change the feeling, but the higher quality of the food should be reflected in the establishment.
Ordered the roast beef sub, the bread was so wet from the onions I was only able to eat the edges. The onions need to be on the side or allowed to drained before adding to sandwich. At 20.00 for a single combo, soaked sandwich is not acceptable. I ordered in the store to go. Had to disect my sandwich to eat it. It would be a great sandwich if it was as advertised. Need people with more customer connection taking orders also.
I love firehouse, however when I came to pick up and said “thanks so much” upon getting my order from Robert and he replied with dismissive “yup.” Seemed odd. I get back to work, and dropped my sandwich all over the floor, so I returned 10 minutes later with the entire sandwich in shambles, not a bite taken out of it. I didn’t mind repaying for another sandwich since it was my fault, I even said “I need to reorder because I dropped this all over the floor” and opened the box and showed him. But again Robert has a very dismissive attitude and lack of empathy. “That’s a reorder, I’m not remaking that” I stopped him mid ringing up the new sandwich and said nevermind I’ll go somewhere else. I tossed the sandwich in the trash by the door. My ticket also very clearly said no pickle, and there was a pickle spear in my container and pickle juice all over the paper wrap to the sandwich.
I went there after work. I believe Robert took my order and was incredibly rude. He charged me for my order then stated 20 minutes later it didn’t go through. I was then charged again. I open my bank to see Robert charged me twice. I asked him why it showed twice on my end. Robert then waved a dismissive hand at my and said it would be returned. I asked him why I was charged and he then continued to dismiss me. I still have gotten no response from anyone
For over a year now I can't order my favorite Firehouse steak and cheese on the app.
Service isn’t what I was expecting ,was greeted very forcefully ,the older gentleman who’s in the register was just so hostile it’s my second time here at this location .First time I just figure he was having a bad day or something but 2 times now ?Like common I’m expecting so much better from Firehouse employee's,It just ruins the experience 👎🏼
Manager wouldn’t let me order a grilled cheese for my son at 8:15pm.. said “ we don’t sell kids meals to adults” crazy work.. honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in fast food.
They are cutting back on their meat. When I called the manager she said that wasn’t the case. I ordered extra meat on my smoke brisket cheddar, and there was less meat on mine than my wife’s regular sandwich. I’m not paying premium prices for a lesser sandwich. Go scam someone else. When I called the manager she said I could drive back up and she would remake the there but would not give a credit or comp another order sometime. I just drove 1.5 hours home. I’m not going back out. I will not be back. This manager was rude and couldn’t care less.
