Love the burgers but nothing beats their breakfast burritos! I drive out of my way to get their breakfast burritos. They have several different ones and they are All good. Even the regular ones that you can get a great deal on if you buy a "bag of burritos". Since it's out of my way, I buy the bag of burritos and put some in the fridge for the next couple days. I have not found breakfast burritos (from a fast food place) this good anywhere else and I've tried almost every place in town.

The workers here are so sweet. We come every Saturday in soccer season and come often to celebrate other things too. The ice-cream is delicious. Every once in a while I will get a number 1. It's yummy. You have to remember to say No Mayo here if you don't like it. That's their go-to sauce here.

Be sure to read my updated review at the end.... Ice cream scoop for cones and cups are very small. Other Braums are not as skimpy. This particular site is extremely slow in service. Especially in the drive-through. On several occasions, they have been sold out of basic items. UPDATED 8/29/24 stopped by tonight and was very impressed at the changes i saw tonight. Scoops of ice creamed increased, bathroom very clean, drive through seemed to go faster. Rated a 5 star tonight. Thanks, Lake Worth Braums, for listening to your customers!

My go to place for ice cream. Love their flavors. Employees are sweet; I've never had an issue.

Braum's have everything you need from it's amazing Ice cream and banana splits to delicious burgers. But wait there's more in side is like a small market with milk and drinks and snacks if you have a late night craving but don't want to go to Wally world. I can't say enough good things about this place, an affordable date night stop or a tasty treat for the kids. How many places nowadays can offer that. I don't really want to brag too hard about this place but the parking is still free!!

Great ice cream and friendly people. The coffee and chocolate chunk is my favorite. They also have delicious shakes and sundaes. It's a good quick breakfast or lunch place, and you can get groceries there as well.

It's Braum's - the food is going to be really good... period. The service here is always welcoming and everyone is smiling. Fast and friendly, we always try to find the time to stop by when we are passing through. It's the perfect place for a quick snack, either a delicious shake or cone, or if we are a bit more hungry then of course a delicious burger.

The different choices of ice cream is fantastic but I have found the hidden gem. The small round tube of baloney is so good. Does not really taste like baloney but a smoked kind that is almost like a summer sausage. All their vegetables and milk has been so fresh.

This store and the whole company as a whole is this region of the country's best kept secret. For those milk sommeliers and dairy aficionados, this place will impress you. The milk is the best milk I have ever had. I have made it my ritual to drink a glass of Braum's Whole Milk before bedtime. They also have great butter, whipping cream, yogurt, and the best ice cream. They also act as a fast food place serving great burgers and breakfast. I totally recommend this place for those seeking the best milk ever.

I will not buy milk anywhere else. A friend turned me onto A2 milk and I've never gone back since. I've had the whole milk and the 2% reduced fat and both taste great, in fact they both taste the same to me. The very few times I've had other milk it was awful, thick, and tasted bland. The staff that works there is always nice, and the people who go there are always nice. I've met more new friends waiting in line lol. Who can beat thier sales on milk or food deals, 5 burgers for under $6, great quick lunch, great place to do a quick shop too, and the ice cream selection is crazy huge.

The food tastes very good, the Pfizer are different from the other location. The jalapeño burger is the best. And their shakes do not hurt your tummy.

Enjoyed a meal with my Granddaughter. We both got the chicken strip dinner that was very affordable even with milkshakes. Fries could of been hotter but they were very busy. The chicken and gravy were excellent. The dining room wasn't terrible but could have been cleaner. Loud but with happy people sounds.

Usually pretty hectic after 4 but great service earlier in the day. Food is always decent and not usually done wrong. Inside lobby struggles to maintain stocked and clean during lunch and dinner rushes. Grocery tends to be unmanned every now and again, depending. But the food almost makes up for everything.

I love their ice cream choices. Their burgers are ok at best but their fries and chicken tenders are killer. I prefer to buy the ice cream pints to go because the generosity of the ice cream server varies from one day to the next. Sometimes they pack as much as they can into the scooper, other times they give you one literal scoop, below the cone or cup.

Ordering area for food was hard to find someone for the registers once able to order food was hot and fast. But the ice cream line was full of service.

Granbury Braum's needs alot of help. Benbrook clean and friendly. Hurst is wonderful food and service, very clean.

The girl behind the counter was so attentive when the gift card didn't work right .the buggers was good. The ketchup and sauce despincer need repairs and needed napkins put out but it was clean.

I love braums. Their Ice cream sundaes are amazing, it's the only fast food burger I eat, cherry limeade is delicious, and chicken strip dinner is my favorite to get. That said, do not come here for breakfast. The yellow cheese on the sandwiches is the fakest plastic cheese, which is disappointing since their products are usually the best. I got an old egg on my sandwich and their hash browns aren't the best in the bunch.

We love coming out for spontaneous ice cream outings with the kids. But this is the dirtiest location we have ever been to. Everything is so dirty. From the floors, the tables, the counters, drink station, restrooms. Even where you order, the serving area is filthy. The staff is always polite and helpful. They were also out of a lot of ice creams. But we love Braums. Will definitely continue to come 🤷‍♀️

I came by the other day. Getting an item from the grocery was alright, but the service from the teen employees was not good at all. Waited a long time to order after being obviously ignored. Time from ordering till I got food was alright. They left out the Braum’s sauce that comes with the chicken, so I waited to ask for that too. The employees almost never spoken a word to us while we ordered and asked for sauce.

We stopped here after our dinner to get shakes. I want to start by saying the shakes were good and we have no issues how are shakes tasted. I am confused or concerned as every time we come The area where the suns and shakes are all mixed and made just seems to be a mess. It hasn't stopped us from coming but it is a little unsettling to see that it's the same way every time we come in. Again I don't know that it will hinder us from returning but just felt the need to express our opinion.

Generally like Braums in Lake Worth. However I am tired of the drive through filling the soda cups to the brim with ice. I ordered Dr. Pepper, not a cup of ice. Common sense should be half a cup of ice, then fill with the drink I'm paying for. Also, do not take my card and walk off to where I can't see you. That happens a lot at this location.

I remember when braums was famous for their supereb sundaes... but now, I'm not sure anymore... the scoops have gotten smaller and messier. This photo was for my sundae I ordered today about 5 minutes ago.... just sad.

Good burger but the dining area is too small. You are setting too close to the people in the next table. They are trying to serve more than will fit in the small area. The burger was good but will not go back as I did not enjoy eating with others almost touching me at the next table.

This Braum's feels like you're flipping a coin when you go there; you'll either get great service or terrible service, and I don't know why it's like this. I've had my food either be completely wrong, and I've had to have them make the correct one, or I have a day where I have no complaints. I can't recommend this Braum's since it's a gamble on whether you'll get good service or not. At the very least, the ice cream isn't bad.

Its 7pm on 11- 7-25 whomever you have working the ice cream counter just so nicely informed me my spouse was sick in the head because of me buying them peppermint ice cream.

I enjoy ice cream. We drove out of our way to get ice cream from Braum's. We went into the store to decide on the flavor of ice cream. And there were a lot of options... 90% of which were not labeled! So, I asked the server, and they just stared at me and didn't even bother to tell me what the flavors were. What a disappointment! So we both ordered something we could have just as easily gotten from Sonics which is right next door to us. After driving all the way to Braum's, we took it as takeout.

Burger look like they had it sitting under the counter from this morning, its 5:15 p.m. nobody wearing gloves and employees caught attitudes when I asked to get my burger remade. Never again

i usually just get ice cream from here pretty occasionally and no complaints but every time i come here the drive through workers are SO RUDE. i am greeted with what can i get started for you then after that it’s just “what else. what else. what else. next window. “ no total or anything i am also a teenager and work fast food and if any of us ever took someone’s order like that there would 100% be consequences because where is the customer service? then at the window it’ll be “11.29” or whatever it be then the window is shut on you. THEN at the second window the food is just shoved in your face no have a nice day or anything. i love the food honestly but its so annoying having everyone be flat out rude every time visit i have.

This location is in dire need of help. I went in just for a scoop of ice cream and left. The drive through was wrapped around the building and it looked like only 4 workers were available.

This store used to be a nice location but now it is so filthy and sticky everywhere you go. There are 8 people working and no one cleaning the lobby. Three of which are just standing around laughing and talking while the others take orders and work the drive thru. I for the life of me will never understand why a manager would want the store to look like this Braums in lake worth you need to do some DEEP cleaning. 🤢

Our family has dined here dozens of times, but today stood out for the wrong reasons. The entire Braum's staff was extremely rude, to the point that we will just go elsewhere in the future. Can't speak for the Fresh Market side though. Usually a very sweet old timer ruins the show and he's pretty great.

Please tell lucesia or however you spell her name to watch her mouth and fix her attitude I get working fast food can be difficult and ice cream doesn’t help but if your getting paid then the least you could do is be professional. There’s no communication at all what so ever Joseph or whatever your name is you honestly look either too young to be a shift manager because it’s clear you don’t have your team under control if I’ve had to tell 3 different people my order and still have other people get taken after me and get their stuff before me and here’s some advice treat others how you wanna be treated.

this was so bad that we sent the french fries back three times because they were burned so badly. Hamburgers were burnt and cold at the same time. I spoke to the manager she made the French fries a third time but they were just as bad I love this I place will go out of my way to go to this location no matter what this is the first time it has been beyond bad . I hope they fix whatever problem there is because this place is usually so crowded you have to wait in line no line this time

Been a long time customer, but lately the experience has not been enjoyable. Employees will not acknowledge you waiting at the counter to get your order taken. Also not clean anymore. Whoever is managing this restaurant the past year is running this location into the ground. Will go to another location 20 miles further to avoid this place.

Went , ordered, 30 minutes later with one other customer waiting had a cold soggy burger and stale fries. I never received my shake and stood at the register until a manager finally asked what I needed while three other employees staring at me and told them I never received my shake. Just bad !

I can't give a zero because there's none. But their ice cream tasted very nasty. Strawberry and cream didn't even look like strawberries and cream, the ice-cream looked brown. The pecan cream didn't taste like pecans. The chocolate ice cream had a very nasty after taste; I had to throw away the whole ice cream.

Terrible experience -We ordered 2 4pc strip dinners. /gravy water: the gravy literally tasted like water with no pepper tasted at all. Overly salted fries: could barely eat them. It was like they dipped each fry in a bath of salt. /too much pepper in red sauce. /Overcooked and hard chicken strips. This was the worst experience ever at a braums. To many young kids were at this location with very poor management over sight. I have no idea how this location is busy alot. I can't wait for Diary Queen to finish being built on Azle Ave for better food.

Ordered 2 bags of burgers, I'm pretty sure I was forgotten about for like 30 min. the burgers were cold and when I counted them there was 3 burgers missing. Very disappointed. They should really teach there employees how to count to 10.

I am writing to formally express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the level of service and quality I have consistently received at your Lake Worth, Texas restaurant. It seems that with every visit, there is always something wrong with my order, and the behavior of the staff continues to be unacceptable and progressively worse. I am deeply disappointed by the negative experiences I’ve encountered, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention in hopes that you can address these concerns. On my most recent visit, I purchased a yogurt and a cheeseburger. When I requested that the yogurt be served in a cup, the employee handed me my order with an unprofessional attitude, stating "OK" in a dismissive tone. To my surprise, the yogurt portion was extremely small, and the employee claimed that the cup size was the reason for this. However, the cup he used was unusually small, which seemed to be an attempt to cover up the fact that the yogurt portion was not consistent with what I have received on previous occasions. I believe this to be a dishonest misrepresentation of your standard portion sizes. Furthermore, when I inspected my cheeseburger, I was horrified to find that it was soggy and appeared to have been handled improperly. The burger had an imprint of a thumb on it, which gave me the disturbing impression that the employee had purposely mishandled the food. In addition, the burger seemed unusually wet, and while I cannot prove it, it resembled the condition it would have been in had someone spat on it. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. After this, I went inside to speak with the manager on duty, Shelby. While she did offer a refund for my meal, I expressed my concerns that this issue has been recurring, and asked what kind of coaching or training would be provided to prevent these incidents in the future. Unfortunately, she appeared confused and disinterested, and did not offer any clear response or solution to the problem. It was clear that she was not prepared to handle the situation or address my concerns in a professional manner. I want to be very clear that this experience has left me not only frustrated, but also disgusted. The combination of poor food quality, the snarky attitude of the staff, and the lack of effective management oversight has made me question whether I want to continue frequenting this location at all. To make matters worse, the experience made me physically ill, and I had to leave the establishment feeling nauseous and upset. I ultimately had to dispose of the remaining food I purchased, as I could not bring myself to eat it. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location, and I feel that my concerns have been ignored far too often. I trust that Braum's values its customers and their feedback, and I hope that this matter will be investigated and addressed accordingly. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps you will take to ensure that these issues do not persist. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

You need to check your bag before you leave if you drive through the drive-thru! They don't give you the right food you order! And their food is cold especially the fries!

I got the turtle sundae and it was terrible. The cake was so dry and the ice cream was a smaller dip than a kids cone, plus there was a drip of hot fudge and caramel that was barely on one side. A sundae shouldn’t taste dry. I didn’t care for this at all and I didn’t get what I paid for it.

Everytime ive came to the one in lake worth, the employees at the drive thru are always rude. I asked for a sundae, instead of chocolate ice cream, two vanillas and extra nuts. They gave one of the vanillas with marshmallow syrup?? I said doesn't it come with chocolate syrup, the girl says "no, if you don't ask for it it doesn't come with it." Then closes the window on me.

Little arrogant manager would not sell me what I ordered. He told girl she couldn't let me have it after she fixed it. She threw it in the trash rather than sell it to me. He needs to be fired. People working there around him were not happy. Shame on him.

This Braums is the worst Braums we have ever been to. They never give you all your food. Incompetence!!

Please train the staff to know that when someone says they want just mayo that they mean as a condiment, not I literally want only mayo. The first time I went back to have the order remade. The second time, I made very clear that I wanted the entire burger but I just wanted mayo as the condiment. They still messed it up and I went back and got a refund. I got a refund because when I saw the people working inside I didn't trust them.

Absolutely one of the most filthy places you can possibly eat. It is utterly disgusting. I'm surprised most people don't die of food poisoning from this place.

Just went in with my kids to get some burgers. Was completely ignored by the cashier. Even though she had just finished taking an order directly in front of us. Waited a few minutes thinking she would come back. She did not. No greeting, no customer service at all. 0 stars

Waiting in line and then found out that we had to go to a different register but couldn't get anybody to help finally when I got somebody to come help they helped the person in front of us but then ignored us! They only seem to care about people that were ordering food poor people in the drive through didn't care about us trying to order ice cream and just didn't seem like they were able to handle anything

Worst braums I have ever been to. Inside service is horrible. All the staff just standing around and talking, I had to ask for manager 2 times just to get the guy to take my order for a hamburger. Got order wrong and asked for manager again then she came up to me and said she would be right back then ran to back and nobody could find her. Had to ask 2 more times for manager and finally got my order and by that time it was cold at that point I just gave up. Several other people walking out as well.

Horrible service. Waited in the ice cream line for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We’re completely ignored. They charged me for an ice cream we didn’t even order.

Me and my husband came here for a quick bite to eat. Went to the drive through. Once we got to the first window, the lady wasn’t the nicest. We had asked if we could add a jug of egg nog. She said that she can’t do that. She can only do a shake or a drink. She then told us our total as she already took our card. Then we get the second window. We had asked for some ketchup and Braums sauce. He said that the ketchup was already in the bag. He then walked away. Came back with 1 Braums sauce. As we tried to nicely ask for another Braums sauce they tired to walk away. They then got an attitude walked away and came back with another one. This time a lady gave it to us. She didn’t say a word to us. She kind of gave us a disgusting look.

They told me to pull forward in the drive thru, I waited for 15 minutes sitting there just to find out when I get home that my burger had maybe 5 tiny pieces of lettuce on it, the burger and cheese is cold as if they just pulled it out of the fridge, and it’s drowned in mayo. It’s not hard to make hot food and coordinate it properly in a drive thru, I would know, I worked in food…

Hi name is Lexi I haven’t had brauns in quite a bit so it was very surprising that I had something terrible to say. So I got the 7.49 chicken strip meal okay cool waited 15 min off to the side of the building to wait cool whatever so when I went to eat it the chicken was cold gravy too. The cane looking sauce they got was good nd the fries were fresh but everything else was cold nd just not my cup of tea! This is 1030 at night nd I think the food should be fresh daily but yea I suggest not ever going here at night! Also the gravy is only a quarter full! That is just sad!

I stopped with my grandkids to grab lunch and was swarmed by fruit fly's. Talked with the manager and he said they are coming in from outside as is they are house flys. He looked at me kind of a blank stare. I explained they are coming from the trash receptacles. He said they take out the trash regularly. I was a bit taken back. No apologies or sorry we'll get it taken care of. Just kind of arrogant like it was my problem. Took the granddaughter and let her finish eating in the car. Will never go back. If I was you I wouldn't go either judging by the negative reviews.
