Fast service good food, little expensive . Great regardless. 9/4/23: service a little slower, the person that served us was very nice and friendly! I got an American hot dog and it was really good. Chocolate milkshake id give it a 6 out of 10. Overall not bad!!!!

I live in West Palm but come all the way to this location because the food is always fresh. Service is pretty quick and they have great customer service. Even when they were out of something they gave my daughter a card to come back at a later date and still replaced the item with something else. Great customer care goes a long way and they have clearly mastered that

Absolutely amazing coney dog, Tater tots were piping hot and crispy, the Pickle fries were a delight and their frozen drinks are tasty. Service was awesome and fast. Great place.
The customer service was phenomenal. Even though we opted to wait for Chili because it was sold out, the representative was really cool and made sure we understood there would be a wait. He checked on us a few times and also when app wasn't working correctly he took care of us without hesitation.
Had a great experience during lunch today. The order was taken and delivered promptly. Good food and good price.
This is my favorite Sonic location. They are conveniently located in Lake Worth and provide quality food at great prices. The manager Melisa is the best. She has treated me with courtesy, kindness and respect since our first interaction. She ensures my order is accurate every time, including the sauces I choose which I truly appreciate. I strongly recommend eating here.
I go to get their breakfast burrito 🌯 Yum!!! But sometimes I seems like they take to long and the parking lot doesn't look well maintained.
Was disappointed when I opened my quarter pound cheeseburger and it had burnt edges. I just couldn't handle it when it was dry as well when I took a bite. Told Mike, the manager, and he went out of his way to make a fresh new one. It was also quick! Honestly the best service I've had from Sonics. And the best management at a fast food restaurant. Everyone take notes! He deserves a raise for being an excellent manager.
Sonic is amazing. The milkshakes are just out of this world. I have realized that I can not have a craving for a shake on a Friday or Saturday night. I have tried that a few times and have noticed that a simple milkshake on a busy night is not worth waiting sometimes an hour for. This location has wonderful staff working for them when I go there other days. I just wish they would staff for high traffic times.
It was running late in the afternoon and I was hungry and my other fav fast food place was closed for renovation, and this was just across the street from them. I've lived nearby for over 10 yrs now and this is the fist time I'm visiting this place. Very convenient to have them bring the food to you and you order from the security and convenience of your car. One of the drive up terminals was not working so I had to pull out to go to another one, but that's normal these days. Ordered my food and it came quickly and the prices & quality wasnt too bad. I would not hesitate to visit them again.
The service was a little slow, but it was pleasant. The food and drinks were delicious.
Mobile app order: The New York dogs were very good. The service was excellent. Only one downside… when you’re instructed to pull into any stall on the app and give them your stall number, there are no numbers that you can see from your vehicle! Update… next visit on 7/31/23. The stall numbers were on the the order screen. Thanks. But the hotdogs were dried out, and the kraut and onions were almost non existent, not as good as my first visit. You Definitely have some consistency issues. First visit was a home run, next visit was a strike out. And please fix the bay roof so the rain doesn’t pour through onto the cars.
This location was clean & the people were nice. The problem is when I placed my order I was asked questions & I answered them. When the order came out, that is when it got complicated. The order was hot at first. After the complication was resolved & I got to drop the order at my Aunt's house, the food was only warm. She lives close by but the confusion stopped me from getting the food delivered hot. Also, if you choose to pay with cash, don't be surprised if the server needs to go & get change. Even though I not only asked if I could pay cash but I also chose the option on the order board. A little disappointing.
I feel like this sonic has gone downhill. I remember when GanderMountain was somewhere near here and it was a great experience, now. Half the stalls are missing order screens, the food takes a long time. I dont know, sonic is always good food but it feels like the building is just getting old and needs a new face
The food here is typical sonic. Nothing wrong with that. But this location has not only a.duck issue but the staff was outside feeding the ducks french fries while customers like myself were still waiting. It was already 20 min wait before the duck feeding started. At first you might think the staff was trying to distract the ducks or get them to eat off the property, but no, he was feeding them right at the tables. Update: It's now been over 45 minutes and 2 other customers have received their orders....
The food is okay, although they have problems with being out of items. For instance, I went there recently and they had no french fries. But food is not where they excel ice cream and drinks is where they are on point! The amount of ways you can customize anything from a shake to a soda is amazing. Not to mention their ice cream is really delicious and they have various happy hours where drinks or shakes are 1/2 off which makes it much more affordable. It does take longer to get your order than other fast food places because it's all made to order but that makes it fresh and tasty.
Stopped by Wednesday evening for a few of the $1.29 Chili Cheese Dogs. Had great service by the order taker and delivery person. But while the hot dogs tasted good, they were a hot mess. The " sleeves" or " pockets" that they come in stuck to the Cheese on the hotdog, pulling most of it off. Pretty much ended up with a chili dog. Please investigate a better package for your hotdogs. Something that doesn't suck the Cheese off the hotdog.
Place is alright. The food is alright. I do enjoy their drinks! There is the occasional forgotten item. The wait time is bogus so I don't enjoy coming here often. I feel bad for the workers.
The monitors need repairs food it's nothing like the Sonic's in Jersey foods always fresh and delicious and they're be more Betterer if they go back to Roller Skates so they can be MO Mo and I are a little professional the place is falling apart do your maintenance and get better COOKS take your jobs seriously 😳😐🤔🤗👍👌😸
Cold burgers, but there were hardly any other customers. Bacon was spit out by my daughter, which was not supposed to be on the burger. It was about 1/4" and a hard piece. That, coupled with the burgers not being hot calls into question how they are preparing food or possibly reusing returned items...
Tell Alejandro at Lake Worth he's about to learn a valuable lesson in "You never know who you're waiting on". Ironically it revolves around the statement " Nope. you'll have to figure it out yourself". As a former Sonic GM in Panama City, I feel for this franchisee and suggest he get someone boots on the ground there pretty quick, Tell Alejandro to get that hair in check and a uniform on. I thought it was some kid leaving with his to go order....
Slow service. Staff saw that I was parked in front of a cone and no one told me that those monitors did not work. Unfortunately, I didn't see the cone when I pulled in. The screen kept on telling me they would be with me within minutes, so I waited....a long time .....too long. About 20-30 minutes to get 2 pretzels. Great location but without vigilant staff, you will lose lots of potential business .....not a good reason. Sharpen the small staff you have.....PERIOD!!
I went to this location 3 times and, despite the food being great for a fast food (way better and still cheaper than McD or BK), the experience was miserable. Ordering boards don't work and, old time, I had to wait 15' before someone came to take my order. The only redeeming factor was Melissa who, despite all the problems, was kind, professional and did her best despite the whole system not working (she had to come take my order manually). If it wasn't for her, i'd never go back.
Just way too slow. 2 ice creams and an order of fries. took a long-time. My fires came cold, and one of the ice creams was wrong. Correct on the receipt but delivered the wrong item. Needs work
I was there a week ago and the attention was terrible. It was my first time and the last, I wanted to try something different but the girl didn't understand much what she said she is dark skin/black because of her accent and way of speaking. I asked him her, What did you have to accompany the hamburger? She said we don't know much and with an aggressive tone because I asked her to say that they have. THEY MUST TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, There are many people who visit a place for the first time
Outside pressing the buttons for 15 minutes noone comes pull around to the other side to see the workers eating with the same gloves they serve food then tell us we cant get smash burgers only regular items they need a quick meeting to regroup.
I'm not sure what happened to this location, but it is absolutely horrible!! Expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for your order regardless of how busy it is, and then your food will be cold because it's been ready and sitting there waiting to be brought out to you. Then you will have to have them remake your food and wait an additional 20 minutes. Sonic is nothing like it used to be. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was just a bad night, but this has been the last 5 or so times in a few months, different days and different times, doesn't matter.
***I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!*** Everytime we go to this sonic. We order and then wait 30-45 minutes for our food! Then when we finally get the food it's cold! We complain about the food being cold they took it back (to fix it) just for us to get back tots that were just thrown back in the grease. So by this point they are drenched in oil and extremely hard! The employees are VERY RUDE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Had the double smash burger and it was pretty good also had the onion rings they were overcooked. I have a scratchy messed up voice not really comfortable having to talk. A very young girl answered the speaker and proceeded to make fun of my voice going so far as to tell me I sounded like Freddy Krueger. She called me a monster and encouraged me to leave and last but not least she made sure she was the one to bring me my food and let out a fake scream when she saw me. Never have I been treated anywhere half as bad as at this Sonic. For those wondering why I didn't leave? If I left or even reacted she would count it a win and I refuse to give her that
Horrible experience ordered 6 cheeseburger with only ketchup and cheese for the kids. Started to eat 1 on the way out and it had mustard and pickles. So when I pulled in again to get it corrected the manager argued with me about how I ordered the burgers for my kids. So I gave her the bag and the receipt thinking she was going inside to correct the problem when an employee came outside again questioning my order all over again. So I proceeded to throw the burgers in the garbage and told them they can keep the money since they made so a big deal about it. And took my business else were and lost a customer for life.
Waiting for 30 mins. Place is ran by children. The worker took my husband card and said he would give his card back when the food arrived. Employees very childish.
Just the most god-awful place to order from. I really don't know how they stay in business. The service is weak, the kitchen can't deliver an order anywhere close to on time and the management is non-existent. Sonic ought to be embarrassed by how this location impacts their brand. But they don't really seem to mind. The same lousy experience continues for consumers order after order. When a store is run this poorly and management doesn't seem to care, it says so much about how little they value their customers.
This place sucks… been here 2 times EVERYTIME I order a limeade of ANYTHING it’s straight lime cant even drink it had to throw them out. Went to Mc Donald’s instead lmao that’s how you know… and there was a longggggg wait for 3 drinks and some mozzarella sticks then the girl brings it out with an attitude acting like she was the one waiting lmao
I arrived at sonic just before 9 pm to pick up my order that I placed online. I buzzed in let them know I was here and sat outside waiting for 40 minutes when I finally buzzed them again and they immediately brought out cold food. I asked them to female it and I was told I would have to wait for all the other orders they had.
Love the idea but they are grossly understaffed and over worked. Delivery to your car is every bit of 30 minutes and the car next to me was told they had to wait 15 minutes before they could even place their order. Got the wrong burger on my first delivery (chicken instead of double bacon cheese burger) and no bacon on my second attempt with grease literally dripping from the wrapper making it very difficult to eat in the car. Ate that instead of waiting for another try. Ordered a shake to go at the end of my meal and 45 minutes later asked where it was. That's when I was told they were understaffed and training a new guy. I understand the issues of today but I still have to review on current service. While I haven't had the best of luck with service at most sonics, I love the app and the shakes so I'll keep trying. Good luck.
This place just sucks. Ordered food and waited 26 mins to finally get it after complaining. Their excuse cause it was so busy. Well if it was so busy my food would have been warm. All my food was cold. I guess I just got forgotten. Anyway I don’t expect much from a downward spiraling fast food chain but common.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible. My daughter, nephew, and myself went for lunch this afternoon. Our order was given to another customer. Once they were aware of the error they let the cashier (I won't say the name) know. The cashier took the food from the other customer and brought it to my car. I asked for the meal to be remade in which the cashier replied "why? They only had it for 3 minutes". I then asked for my money back. The cashier then said "I'll ask my manager if we can remake it". I honestly didn't want it remade at that point because of his initial response. The manager ended up remaking some of the order and had a different employee bring it out. When I told the employee that items were missing and showed the receipt he was extremely agitated that he had to go back in to get the rest of my food. I'm very understanding, and would be delusional to think that mistakes won't happen however staff definitely needs coaching on how to handle these situations.
Edited my review to one star because they have become consistently worse. You order through the app or at the menu they say they are making your food then. The screen will clear and say they are bringing you your order. Every single time after it says that. There is a 5-10 minute wait before they bring your food. Then when it does arrive itnis cold. When you press the button all they say is they are busy and can't get to it yet. Excuse me but there are 2 people here.....
If you've got plenty and I do mean plenty of time to wait around for your order, then this is the place for you. I ordered a Route 44 slush, and after sitting there waiting for over 12 minutes, I finally just left. It's a friggin slush, were they waiting for the ice to freeze? Sucks because this is the only Sonic around!!
Most stalls do not work. Either the screen is off or the call button will not respond as it should. Had to change stalls 3 times to order. Also can’t order online for some reason even though I did for months previously without trouble. The blast machine is out, so I’ve been getting a shake for the price of a blast? How do I know this? Because the app will not let me order it. This is a 3rd request for all of these things. Fix it or I never come back and post online how horrible this Sonic is. It’s 11 months later. The stalls are fixed but waiting 20-30 minutes is common for and online order to be ready. Completely unacceptable! I have asked anyone who would listen and posted reviews. I am a frequent customer who just waited 30 minutes for an online order. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
I placed an order through Uber and this store gave my food to another delivery driver that was not assigned to my order. They refused to remake my order and give it to the correct driver and they refused to compensate me for not doing their job and messing up. This is third time that this has happened to me I get here 20 minutes before they're supposed to be actually closed and every order window is out and when an employee walks out and all I ask to buy is a drink because I am dying of thirst after working so late and I'm always rudely shewed away and told that they're registers are cashed out for the night... 20 minutes before they're closed. I can understand 5 minutes before closing but 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous. If that's the case then they need to change their hours to 11:40pm and not 12am. I understand if I was trying to order a bunch of food or something difficult but I'm literally trying to buy a soft drink... Obviously no one has taught them customer service skills. I'm done with this location.
This sonic location is the worst I have ever experienced. If you go there it's ok but we have ordered door dash from them at least 6 times in the last few months and each time the order gets more screwed up then the last. Missing items crap quality. Absolutely disgusting. And we love sonic.
I love sonic food since I was a kid but this location compared to the one in Boynton Beach is bad. Like REALLY bad. I went there on 3 different occasions in a short span of time and COULD NOT GET SERVED. They removed all the order machines in the back for whatever reason I don't know and they put traffic cones in some of the parking while some machines flat out are out of order. Okay fine, so I push the red button and I sit there in my car waiting and waiting and waiting and they don't respond to me. But someone else drives up next to me and they push the button and they get answered. So I drive to another machine thinking "oh maybe this one doesn't work, either" but I still don't get an answer. On the second night I come there I push the button and I hear a boy saying "OOOh we're busy, please hold". Okay fine, I'll wait. First of all, there weren't that many cars there in the first place. So I'm waiting 10 whole minutes and I still don't get answered back. But someone drives up to me in the stall next to mine and they get answered. As I begin to drive off I come to find that same kid who answered me was out in the back with his 3 or 4 of buddies that work there. So they weren't busy, they just wanted to slack/goof off and came up with an excuse to get off the clock, making me waste my time. I come there again on 3/3/2025, push the button and I STILL don't get an answer after waiting for more than 5 minutes. Hey corporate, you need to clean house at this location. These people are not working. Put people there that actually want to work. Seems like the only way I can get food from Sonic is if I order it off doordash..
I'm going to preface this by saying that the staff at this location are young, understaffed and most definitely overworked. So I don't hold them completely accountable as they're the best they can with the circumstances that they have. However, that being said, I'm through with going to this location. Every single time (and I'm not exaggerating that, I've tried on three different occasions now), I pull up to the order screen, order, pay and then nothing happens for 45 minutes. I have to end up going to the front window and ask what's going on because at that point, I waited a full hour. And every time, they tell me they forgot, and the food they give me is now cold or lukewarm at best. And this has happened, as mentioned, on three separate occasions, with today being the third and final straw for me. I'm now currently reheating food that was just handed to me not even 5 minutes ago because it's been sitting there on that counter for more than likely half and hour, and they messed up the drink. And I can't even ask for a refund because they didn't give a receipt. I have the charge on my card, but no itemization or order number. So if you like cold food, and the drive in theater vibe without a movie and just the idling of your vehicle, then yep, head to this one!
They would get 0 stars if possible. Ordered via Uber Eats, and my order was terribly presented, I ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn't give me the sauce that comes with them. I ordered an M&Ms blast, they gave me a Reese's. They didn't tell me they didn't have the M&Ms blast or anything they just gave me Reese's. Horrible service. Thankfully, I have friends in high places. To the owner: be careful who you hire, it could cost you your whole business 😉
I’d give this dump negative 5 if i could. Slushes are broken, they tell you that after waiting 20mins since placing the order. They have no idea how to refund you. Manager offers nothing to compromise, and walks around in slides. TRASH. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I went to sonic at around 10:30 and my sister asked if they were closed. The young man serving us said “it depends if you’re in ghost town, but are we closed, no”. After , we asked our food and got it. I just got home and they forgot our pretzels. do NOT go to sonic at night, or at all.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and each and every time their customer service is poor and their employees are rude. i’ve gotten the wrong order many times and when you go to tell them, they act offended like you’re lying to them that they got your order wrong and if you’re using mobile order and it says that your order should be out at a certain time, it should not take them 45 minutes to an hour to bring you your food or your drinks cause I know for a fact it does not take 45 minutes to make three drinks, very simple actually and locking your restrooms because somebody threw some cardboard away in your bathroom. That’s pretty sad like she could’ve just left it out in your parking lot like she was just using a trashcan. It shouldn’t matter where it was as long as she used the trashcan and the lady was really rude about it to her. If I was a girl I would’ve just left it I wouldn’t even have taken it to the dumpster for them. Something needs to be done about this location because this is not the first time I’ve seen them be rude to people either I get if you’re under staffed, but if there’s only two cars there, it should not be taking you more than 5to 10minutes to get each order out.

Haven't been thier in a few years now 8 know why. It's sucks they got absolute everything wrong from the drink to the burger and the cold tater tots. Stay far away from this business.
Never come to this location. I placed an order for pick up for one item got there when it said it would be ready pressed the button and they said theyd bring it out. Waited 20 minutes and food still had not been brought out. Pressed the button again and again they said its sitting right here someone will bring it out. Another 10 minutes go by so i get out of my car and my food is sitting there on their counter. A guy that should obviously not be in skates finally handed it to me and it was cold. Will never be returning.
Took forever to take our order. Then took forever to come out. We were one of three cars they were not super busy. Then the food came and we were all so excited to try Sonic. The chicken sandwiches were hard as rocks and had no mayonnaise on it. We asked for extra mayo and none was put in the bag. The tator tots were hot but the salt contents was too much to bare. We tried our sprites and they were flat. Bad food all around! We threw all the food in the trash after one bite and headed to another spot to eat.

This morning, when I pulled up at a stall, the person taking my order was hostile & rude with me. I asked for orange juice with my order & he said with an attitude, “we have no orange juice”. Then I asked him for other items with no meals, he asked me if they were meals with an attitude. After he was done taking my order, I felt disrespected & drove off & decided not to pay for my food. When I got home, I called the location & tried to file a complaint but the manager or whoever it was on the phone was not trying to listen to me & was defending the hostile, rude employee. He was no help whatsoever, so I hanged up with frustration. Is this how you train your employees? How to be disrespectful to customers? And you’re not going to do anything about it? They should all be ashamed of themselves. This is why customer service is lacking nowadays. They need to do better. This is ridiculous.
Never had a problem with this Sonic until tonight me and my kids waited to order for about 30mins I get it sometimes places can get real busy but then 3 cars that came after us ordered and got there food! A girl asked me if we ordered yet twice both times I said no . Every time I pressed the button it will eventually get shut off . The last time the girl brought out food to another car once again way after me and my kids got there didn’t bother coming to us again after she seen us waiting for so long . Very disappointed
Parked, had everyone in our family decide what they would order to be ready and pressed the red button to order. Then waited for 10-15 minutes and then gave up as we didn't have unlimited time. Not even a hello or sorry for the wait, well be there soon. Could have just as well been closed.
This is like the 3rd time coming to this store and no one is responding to me wanting to take an order. I have been sitting at this menu screen for almost 20 minutes and I can clearly see people working inside, and I know that they see me. But they are acting as if I'm just sitting here parked for my health and the my appreciation for the great outdoors. This is the worst Sonic location in the city, and if they are going to keep this up, they need to just give it up and shut this place down...
I have only written a few negative reviews in my many years of Google reviews but this place needs to have a review. My sister and I were completely flabbergasted at the sheer LACK of service! My sister and I decided that we wanted to go to Sonic and didn’t look at any of the reviews prior to going. The first thing we noticed is that a majority of the stalls were gone or had traffic cones in the spots. No problem! We find a stall that looks to be working. We decide what we want and pushed the button. It said that the red button had been activated. We sat there for 15 minutes and nothing. No one took our order, no “please wait”, no “we’ll be right with you”. NOTHING! Then I look and it no longer says that the red button had been activated. No problem! I’m patient. I push the button again. This time though, it does not activate. So we assume that the stall is not working. AGAIN, no problem! We go to another stall. Well, this stall is not allowing me to push the red button. So I decide that I will just get out and order at one of the kiosks on the patio. WRONG AGAIN! They are “out of order”. Hey, things happen! Electronics break sometimes. I get it! At this point we have been there almost 20 minutes. I drive around and find my THIRD STALL! Push the red button, it says “red button activated”, sit there for a few more moments, nothing. No one. At this point it’s after 10pm. We’re watching as mobile orders get picked up and angry patrons get out of their cars and knock on the door for their orders. It looked like only one person was inside working with his headphones on and obviously not paying attention. The second employee is just mulling about outside “wiping down” the tables. I say “wiping down” because I used to work in the restaurant industry and I know what it looks like when you are just trying to look busy. This is exactly what this employee was doing. Trying to appear busy and they just swiped the towel against one spot on the table. So after almost 30 minutes, we just decided to leave and drive up the road to get something else. I have never been to a Sonic that was this horrible! I don’t mind waiting normally because So if can get REALLY BUSY! I don’t mind. But the fact that there were only about 3 cars there and no service was crazy! Will not be returning to this location. The franchisee needs to definitely do some restructuring because that was ridiculous!
Headsets didn’t work. “ system “ didn’t work. They saw we were parked and didn’t care to come ask if we needed anything or if they could help KNOWING they were having trouble with their system .. supposedly. I had to get off my car, walk up to their window and when someone FINALLY came out they said “ milkshake machine doesn’t work “ they might as well close this location… We weren’t the only ones who drove away.
On March 27th, 2025 at 3:20pm I visited this location. Just wanted to order two slushies and some mozzarella sticks. I pressed the red button which was unanswered for approximately 10 minutes. I then ordered my food on the app. I waited another 20-30 minutes, again no answer. I then asked an employee where my food was at and they said they could not make the food. I have yet to have received a refund. When I tried to contact their corporate office, they don’t answer and wont call back. This place has really gone downhill over the years and I cant imagine they will stay in business very much longer based on other similar reviews. I would highly recommend NOT coming here.
I waited 15 minutes after pushing button for service . And then the light went off as if I had been serviced. So again if pushed the button and waited another five minutes. Meanwhile I had the group of about seven received their food and sit for awhile and then leave. I started pushing the button Repeatedly tell someone answered. The girl took my order sounding annoyed . I ordered footlong chili cheese dog combo with chili cheese fries . Three shakes, two everyday double quarter pounders and extra side of chili cheese small fries. Instead I got three shakes that were a little Melted in the long wait but still tasted good my xtra long chili cheese dog with side order of regular size dog chili cheese dog instead of my chili cheese fries. Only one burger . When received the order I Stated that I was supposed to have two burgers . She said I would have to order on the screen again and left . Again I pushed the button another 5 minutes. No response except the screen is saying that I’ll be served soon so again I repeatedly punch the button to somebody answered and said I needed another quarter pounder double cheeseburger I paid. And we did again 20 minutes for the next burger. Found that I had no chili cheese fries whatsoever . Burgers I was told tasted like rubber and my chili cheese dog was extremely salty. I had seen that other people have had bad service. I don’t want to give it the benefit of the doubt and try out some of the shakes Since they were the half-price deal. But even the half price still shakes because really want to make me come back again. Shakes were good in spite of being a little melted but I’m not fine waiting for 45 minutes to someplace I would like to return to a fast food restaurant I would expected the same service if it had been crowded there was a number of cars and people but most had their food . When a large group of people come in they get served and I’m still waiting after being here for such a long time . Doesn’t make us want to come back to wait another 45. Minutes . Also the first burger was burned . Took 30 minutes for that first one
Ordered on the app for a specific time… waited an hour longer and still no food. Shakes are always melted. Pickle fries are soaked in grease through the bag. Owner does not care or respond. I feel bad for the employees.
One of the worst locations. Corporate needs to come check this spot. From a to z on all levels. It's not good. Half of the machines didn't even work .... figured just place it on the app. Placed the order moved to then the one working stall and checked in .... waited about 10mins watched the tracker never move from order is in progress or whatever it says ..... watched it stay there for awhile. Then come to find out it has been done but just sitting there..... because the screen tracker just disappeared as if the order was delivered, and nope. Never was .... the employee finally brought it out and it was melted.... was disappointed. Sonics does not often take so long ... this time. No good. 👎
I honestly have no idea how this place is still standing. The large wait times for a fast food meal is ridiculous. The people who work here seem to have poor work ethic and when I went to check on my order, I saw the employees standing around and talking. Was here for about 35 minutes after I paid to get my order and not counting the 10 minutes I waited just to get helped. Apparently they had a fryer down, how are you telling me a fast food place doesn't have enough fryers to fulfill all the orders coming in?
I had called the store on Lake Worth to ask a simple question about their unicorn slushy and then the employee started talking gibberish 2 times and then I called back to speak to the manager to complain about the employee (young female) then my wife started calling corporate which took forever (40 mins ) to complain about both employee and manager and even then corporate had an attitude because my wife didn’t want to give our last name Corporate lady had said. Well call us back when you’re ready to give your complaint and info Then started to talk to a representative on the website and then the representative had ended the session right in the middle of when I was typing the complaint So all in all. Just lousy freakin service on both the store and corporate
Order a cheeseburger, a shake and a slushie—waited for 30mins order never came out!! There’s on 8 bays open and it wasn’t busy! This place used to be booming has really gone down bad.
Placed our order and after almost 45 minutes still hadn’t received our food and had to press the call bottom to get someone to talk to us. Once we finally even got any food they didn’t even fill the order properly we were missing multiple things from our order. Had to sit and wait extra for the missing food. We stopped here because it’s supposed to be fast and we had an important event to get to that when then ended up being very late to but didn’t wanna lose money and we were all hungry. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.
They had way more stands to park and take your order but seems they got rid of them and on top of that they put cones on the half they already have left virtually no where to park and get your order taking. Service went down hill and the food quality is even worse. This is probably the worse sonic in south Florida
They literally refused service and give me a coupon and told me to leave. Just close down and stop wasting everyone's time
I don't usually do this but I have forgotten why I don't come here anymore. First they couldn't get the order right. I asked for 2 Oreo cheesecake blast things and 1 oreo cookie. After a while they come out with the order. It was all wrong. Then he fixed it. Threw a few Oreos on the one. I notice as I'm eating mine no cheesecake bites. Also it was after 7 they didn't give me the half price after 7? Just all around don't go here for ice cream. Not what it used to be at all. 👎
Food was cold. I do not tip on my card I tip cash and I believe that's why the food was not fresh. The weirdest thing is nothing was fresh at most restaurants the fries may be warm or the burger may be above room temperature but not here. I order tater tots they were cooked earlier in the day and the sandwich was cold, at least it wasn't sitting under a headlamp old/cold. I wonder if I would have tipped on my card if the food would have been cooked to order? Thoe world may never know.
Unreal. Do not go here late at night. Last three times I have ordered my drink has been completely wrong. This time the corn dog was so burnt and the chicken tenders were so over cooked that you could not even eat the food. Plus zero sauce in the bag. I have tried to call this store numerous time and nobody ever answers. I just can't understand people who buy a franchise and let their employees run it into the ground. Dasher Said the same thing. Place is terrible ... bunch of kids messing around with no management.
They are bad. A few years ago, it was amazing, but it changed for the worse, changed of management I guess
I’m not one to make this kind of comments but I tell you that in this place when 12:30 am arrive, they already tell you when you try to order, that they won’t take any more orders, they also attended me super badly and when on the other side of the street there were many cars that they were attending, and when I told them that they had many cars attending the boy told me that he was going to take the order, then after I made my order and paid for it with my card, they had me waiting for a long time when a skinny girl with brown hair came out and she told me that they could not make my order because there were already 10 minutes left to close, when I had been waiting for 20 minutes with my order paid, she came out and said that they would refund the payment of my order to my card, then a short white boy came out and who wore glasses for vision and he very reluctantly gave me the receipt of the refund 01/27/2026 12:30 am
I did an uber eats order and so far it has taken them 40 minutes to make two lousy burgers!!!! I will never order from this place again. Terrible!!!
DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR FOOD. Ordered dinner and there were no condiments, the shake was replaced with a watered down Coke and my pretzels were completely missing. Extremely disappointing. Also, im gonna be livid and contact corporate if the "owner" responds with the same generic response that they give everyone, just another example about how no one cares at this "restaurant", if you can call it that.
I ordered two corn dogs, french fries onion rings and a burger. My burger came cold dry no condiments that I asked for that was on it. My corn dogs, french fries, and onion rings all taste like they were fried in the same batter as the sweets. I’ve never had a sweet onion ring before and I’ve never had a sweet corn doll taste like funnel cake Corn dog is burnt french fries burnt.Horrible
Longest wait times I’ve had at any Sonic ever. I get served food at sit down restaurants faster. A single corn dog ordered via the app took over a half an hour.
Ordered a dirty Dr Pepper and it was disgusting. Tasted like carbonated water not like Dr Pepper. Limes were brown and gross. Coconut flavor no where to be found. No wonder people barely go anymore.
Every time I come here it takes over 10 minutes just to order and I'll easily wait half an hour just to get a burrito. Just left today because I was waiting forever for someone to take my order after pressing the red button and there were only 2 other cars there. No one ever did.
Yea I'm never coming to this location every again, been here 5 times total and my order is either messed up or gives me the 💩💩💩. Last straw today was I ordered 2 Jr. Double Cheeseburgers with bacon(extra), after waiting 8 minutes and not it was no other customers waiting! Received my order and arrived home, what did they give me? 2 EXTRA REGULAR SINGLE PATTY CHEESEBURGERS! NO BACON! And I even tipped what a joke. Check your order before you leave but still wouldn't recommend this sorry place.
I placed a mobile order at Sonic for four slushies and a chicken wrap, thinking this would be quick and easy. I pulled in 10 minutes later, checked in on the app as instructed stating I was install number nine, and waited. And waited. And waited. Twenty minutes go by—nothing. I finally hit the red button, and one of the young gals comes on. I asked if she had my food, which seemed to genuinely confuse her, so I explained I had a mobile order for David. She said, “Give me a second, I’ll find it.” Seven minutes later, she shows up with… a single drink and a box of mystery food that looked nothing like what I ordered. I even showed her my order on my phone, and her response was basically, “Yeah, I have no idea.” At that point, I had wasted 40 minutes of my life waiting for slushies that never materialized, so I just drove off. Tried to find a way to email Sonic through the app, but apparently that’s not an option. So I guess I just made a donation to an organization that clearly doesn’t have their act together. Next time, I’ll just pour some juice over ice at home and call it a “DIY slushie.” At least I’ll actually get it.
0 stars if possible, I waited 30 minutes and pushed the button twice, no one bothered to even take my order. If it was busy, I would understand but it was completely empty, for good reason I assume. I left, lack of basic customer service is not worth my money.
Waited patiently for a Double smasher for it to come out not even properly smashed or cooked Thoroughly. I was eating noticed the taste was off , as you see it’s too late I consumed a half cooked burger because I Trusted this location. Also I Oder a smasher was charged accordingly but was given 2 regular patties as u can see in picture as well with the receipt!
