Love this Dominos. Food is always hot and great. They always deliver quick and have never gotten an order wrong. Even if they forget the soda they go back and bring it stat!

There are a lot of dominos out there but this one is the best by far. When I get it delivered it’s always fast and hot. I love the large 5 toppings for $11 deal.

This is my local shop. We always order carry out to get the good coupons. It is ALWAYS delicious!! You can tell they take pride in their pizza making.

I recently ordered a pizza from the Lakeside Domino's location and my experience was not the greatest until I spoke with Kimberly. I had ordered a large, two topping pizza and some hot wings. Once they arrived the pizza wasn't very hot and neither were the wings. I called the Lakeside location to complain and was directed towards Kimberly. She was very understanding of my situation and told me a new, fresh, and HOT pizza and wings would be sent over at no cost to me. The way Kimberly delivered customer service is the way every establishment should train their employees to treat customers. Very respectful, genuine. and made sure that she did everything in her power to make sure the customer was happy. Kimberly is the SOLE reason why I'm giving this Domino's location a 5 star. I will continue to order from this location as long as Kimberly is there.

Decent Pizza vs Others! I like the portion sizes and the pizza’s are good. BBQ chicken pizza is very good. Normally spend $30 to $40 and it feeds a family of 5. We usually have left overs for the next day.

To the manager of Domino's Pizza in Lakeside, Ca. You have the most awesome team of workers ever seen in any Domino's and I am a domino fan. Specifically Diana who greeted me as she was coming to take my order. I barely entered the door before I was greeted with her cheerful voice and smile. To further the experience, she went out of her way to make sure my order was right and the presentation was awesome and the flavor was delectable . I also heard her expressions of concern and team work to care for her co-workers as she said good night to Matt, who had a great attitude about working. I've been ordering from this Domino's for three or four years now, and I have never had them mess up an order. The quality is consistently good. Delivery drivers have always been prompt and friendly. The online ordering system works well. It's also the best value for the money out of all the places that deliver in Lakeside, imo. They're also open late! This one doesn't close until 1AM Friday and Saturday. Recommended.

I love you guys so much more better than Little Cesars you guy are the best. Your crust is the only crust I could ever eat. Your guys pizza makes me feel so good every bite. A whole difference. Great experience, the website put my order to the El cajon location, and the manager kindly helped me reorder on-site. My food was on point/hot and ready, in like 18 minutes max. Thank you, I'll be back

Jacob at Lakeside location delivered our pizzas just now and we forgot we had already locked our security driveway gate. He tried to call and we missed it.i saw missed call and ran out there and he was still very nice. He deserved a bigger tip than the one I gave online before all this.we are always happy with this location.

Wow! Their new location is great! Lots of parking, and looks like it’s the same crew. Their pizzas always hit!!!

The staff at our local Dominos clearly goes above and beyond on every order and I genuinely mean that. I order at least twice a month and have never had any issues. I've never been a real fan of Dominoes, but since I have been ordering from the Lakeside Dominoes, I have changed. Every pizza thus far has been as good as it gets for a chain pizza restaurant. No complaints, never over or under cooked, always fresh and hot, never disappointing (except when I'm finished and there is no more to be eaten - that's a disappointment!)

Marsala, pizza, broccoli, cheesecake were great items. Cheese sticks were definitely over hyped. The location isn't so great but ambiance is night. Service is also rather poor and unfortunately most likely due to the automatic 18% they add onto the bill. Overly-hyped but unsuccessful attempt at a Jonny and Vinny's style spot.

Got two different styles pizzas. Both were on the under cooked side especially the pan style. Other than that. Friendly staff that greet you with a smile. Nice and clean new location.

The pizza is decent but the customer service is now nonexistent. The number no longer calls the store, instead some third world guy named Al answers and does not apply the carryout coupons correctly.The app doesn't apply them correctly either which is why I used to call the store directly. Dominos no longer gets our business because they don't value their customers.

I ordered on the app for a free large if I order for a medium but instead I still got a medium and then the lady at the store tried to trick me because my son went to buy it

Ordered a 3 topping large carry out and they messed it up, so I called later to redeem the credit they gave me, and Jared decided that you can't get a pizza with spinach and feta on the 7.99 carry out deal, which I knew was a lie, so we got dressed and took the baby for a walk to Burger King instead to spend double the money and showed the horrible, lying employee on my phone (as we passed them), that you CAN order my requested pizza and still get the deal . They lost 3 customers today, as my roomie heard what happened and said she's no longer ordering from this store either 😁 I havh liars

Ordered pasta and chicken bites...pasta came with hardly any sauce and no meat when I called to get what I paid for they advised me not to eat the pasta because they need proof that it had no meat ...I had already added cheese and extra sauce and fed my hungry 2 year old. Meanwhile I hear a lady in the background screaming “yes there was meat” I advised there wasn’t and took photos. 35 minutes later I call back because it’s not at my house yet..and the same lady answers and responds with attitude once she learns my order just to tell me she doesn’t know when food will come and hang up in my face basically..this isn’t the first time my order has been messed up here but this attitude was new and I won’t order again from the location

The pizza box was soaked and heavy. When I lifted some of the toppings the dough was raw. I called the store and an employee answered. The employee proceeded to argue with me about how he was positive the pizza was cooked thoroughly. He stated that all pizza is cooked the same. He argued with me for about 2 mins before he stated, well I’m just an employee let me get my manager. The manager was polite and told me she would refund my order. I was not offered a different pizza. She quickly just wanted to refund me my money. I offered to take the pizza to the store to show them exactly what I was talking about but they didn’t want to do that. So now I’m waiting on my refund and my family didn’t get pizza today. The manager did tell me that in the future I should order the pizza well done. I won’t be ordering from them again. I rather order from a store that can get the job done correctly the first time and not tell me I’m wrong and that my pizza is cooked all the way. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Called the driver who delivered them and told him the situation and he stated he would contact his manager and have him call me. That never happened. I have them an opportunity to fix this and they failed. I'll never order from them again.

I have ordered from this specific store at least a dozen times, and both Google and the app state that they open at 10:30 am. Not only that, but if they truly are not open, then why was someone there to answer the phone? Why are you telling me the store isn't open when clearly the app AND Google state you are open and have been open for an hour? I called around to the Santee and El Cajon locations and confirmed that they, in fact, open at 10:30 am, but they will not deliver to my home because this location has rights to deliver. Shame on this location for being shady. Would love to just leave and pick up, but how can I if they say the store is closed?
