Just went to the drive thru - but the staff was not friendly and they had a difficult time with the speaker. Food was OK, but it was annoying that the person at the window didn't even look at me.

I rarely indulge in the fine flavors that are Jack in the Box. I don't, and never have really, cared for their food. Sometimes there aren't any other options. This was one of those times. I ordered a breakfast platter combo. It was alright, nothing special. My review is mainly in regards to the service. The guy at the window, I didn't catch his name, was just cool! He was courteous, and he was efficient. He asked if I wanted any sauces, sugar and cream with my coffee, etc. He handed me the food and that was that. He wasn't over the top, just made the whole experience easy. He was just doing his job and I appreciate that. It's not that hard people! Customer service doesn't have to be an overly emphatic display of fake interest or attention. It's quite obnoxious and doesn't fool most patrons. Keep It Simple Superstar!!

Employees were busy with the drive thru and not much of a welcome inside. Location was clean and food came out quickly. Breakfast Jacks for the win.

I pre-ordered on my app and used my rewards to get a free sourdough burger and a drink. The food was ready when I arrived. The employees seemed to be in good spirits and friendly. I decided to dine in because it was a hot day. The dining area was cleaned and had cool ac. I would definitely come back to this Jack in the Box.

This place is usually pretty great but beware if you order online. I had to wait a while when I ordered online and I just ordered a Bacon & Egg Chicken Sandwich. Place usually gets 5 stars but because of slow service today it got downgraded to 3. At least the manager apologized for the wait. I should've been served quicker since I was the only order in the dining room at the time. The drive-thru is often busy here. Bathrooms are decent. Staff works hard but could work smarter.

This fly is bugging me they took my order and walked away it's still not finalized it's been 30 mins so far still waiting am I invisable it took them 20 mins to tell the guy infront of me that they stopped making coffee he waited 20 mins to be told no

Worst drive thru experience ever. Cut me off twice during the order, have me the wrong order and had to get out of the car to get the right food. The food was good, the service sucked.

Just had a really rude experience with the 1am shift i mean i know its late but i don't think customer service has to be this terrible. The guy had an awful attitude. Im sorry if they don't want to work there but shouldn't treat people that way. Didnt have name tag long hair guy

Dirty dinning room, lazy workers, stupid self check out service. My, how far the jack in the box has fallen. Stood there for 5 min before anyone helped. Got my food, they just threw it into the bag. So the loaded waffle fries i didn't get to even try because they caked the bag. The women in there like to sit in plane sight and pow wow. And the self service option was absolutely stupid. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it auto made it a grilled filt. No assistance or attempt to make it right by anyone in the store. Waste of money
