Came here for dinner with a date. Asked for sour cream on my order but the amount they gave me was fat American absurd. It was pretty disgusting and I asked if they could remake my order with sour cream on the side this time. They were super friendly and accommodating about it and remade my order. They even told me I could take the original order to go if I liked. Turns out my new roommate likes a ton of sour cream so he ate it anyways. Everyone was happy and great service provided. Thanks for the extra effort.

I love Chipotle but I did use the online order system to get mine and my boyfriend's food and somehow it completely got screwed up this time. Our food wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. So the normal walk up to the counter grab your food and go was not the case. I sent my boyfriend in to get it and he was in the store for at least 10 minutes. Not speedy fast at all

This location has been poorly run the entire 4 years I have lived in Lakewood. However, I want upper management to recognize the 2 young women on the line and the female manager working the register tonight. They were pumping through the extremely long line, while having positive attitudes with very rude customers that were in the building. This was at 6:30pm 7/12 - amazing work ladies!!

The manager Hayd'n is such a great worker! I can tell she runs a tight ship. She made sure everything was fresh when I ordered my burrito. She made me fresh chips when they ran out, and whenever I'm there, she makes me feel welcome. I'd promote her if I owned the place.

Came in around 6:45pm on Friday 1/31/25 and the entire staff were friendly and welcoming, from start to end. Food was prepared nicely especially the fajitas (they didn't have an awful metal smell or taste)!! Keep up the good work.

My favorite healthy fast food (especially vegan sofritas bowl with guac). Huge portions, my bf and I always share a bowl and still can’t finish. Love their effort to be more sustainable. Best Chipotle in Ohio!

I stop here almost every Wednesday and they are fast and quick with their customers, it’s a clean establishment and the workers are actually working, too many different ones I walked in and the workers would be the ones slowing down the process. My favorite to get is the chicken bowl I recommend that for everyone lol you just can not go wrong

I love that everything is customizable. From the type of protein to the wide array of toppings like fresh guacamole, salsa, and queso. It’s the perfect balance of healthy and hearty.

This is the best tasting Chipotle that I have been to in years. Food was cooked to perfection and so was the guacamole. Service was fast and they were not out if anything! Definitely my new favorite Chipotle. I have gone here multiple times now and the food is consistently good. It tastes like how chipotle should. I go out of my way to go here. My friend and I refer to it as " the good chipotle."

This Chipotle has been fantastic every time I’ve been there. The staff is super friendly, listens, and wants to get your order right. This chicken burrito bowl was one scoop brown rice, two scoops black beans, pico, corn, medium hot sauce, cheese, lettuce on the side. Perfect! Every time. This is my experience there many times and will continue to go back weekly.

The food was good as usual but tonight's staff was borderline rude. Like they knew corporate was watching their tapes and they were very tired of it. June 2, 2023. Tried to go to the Lakewood Ohio location, dinner time, there were 2 workers, 1 making burritos and cashing out while the other was filling out online orders. They looked stressed and frantic. As other would be customers in line, I left, couldn't risk them messing up another order or not having ingredients. Very sad. I loved Chipotle.

Low on rice portion, above average on steak. Both were not very hot. Personable crew, it was slow so it was nice that each person acknowledged me regardless of they needed to or not.

I really normally love going to this Chipotle but lately the quality of food, service, and cleanliness has drastically dropped. Very disappointing, to be honest, as it was always fantastic for years. Not sure what's going on but the lobby's barely clean anymore. I always get the steak and sometimes it's so spicy I can't even eat it or it's so overcooked it's chewy. The rice has been really bland lately and I constantly find whole chunks of onion in he fajitas. The people used to be really friendly and welcoming but lately the turnover rate seems pretty high, and no one even greets your or has a pleasant attitude anymore. The game definitely needs to step up again.

Although technically my salad was good, preparation of it was not that great. The young lady who got it ready had sort of an attitude and didn't tell me what she was doing number one number two the lady behind me ask for white rice three times in the same woman gave her Brown turned around and threw not only the bottom of a Chipotle of a bowl but also the top of the bowl in the trash along with the rice. The cashier didn't say a word to me took my money gave me change didn't even say thank you hope you have a good day nothing at all I was not impressed with the three people working behind the counter. This is not the first time that I've had attitude problems with people at Chipotle but usually I slept it off because as the expression goes there's a shortage of people so be please be kind to those that showed up.

This has to be the worst Chipotle location I've ever visited. Every visit has been a disappointment. Always out of items even by mid afternoon always understaffed and cleanliness is a forgotten item here. Today my kids wanted and so I gave another try but no surprise only two workers inside one in front and the other sitting down in back even though there was a line. This location really needs to get there act together

This chipotle is a sad story unfortunately. No matter what time of the day you arrive, you’re always gonna have to wait to order. This Chipotle unfortunately never has enough people working here. And it’s a shame, because the people who do show up every day, you can obviously tell that they’re suffering lol. Apart from the long wait times though, the food is usually always very tasty, always spot on, and very good. I just wish they had more people working here. Chipotle needs to pay better wages, but we all know that’ll never happen. The interior could definitely use some cleaning, but they don’t have the people for it!

I've gone to alot of chipotle's and have yet to leave a review but what I saw was a bit alarming on a few levels. To start, the wait was long but it didn't look like the staffing was adequate. Secondly we watched the cook drop the scraper on the floor (another customer and I looked at eachother) and just put it back in in the tray in front of the grill. He heard us talking bc we thought it was the spatula. Then while the guy preparing the burritos is on his air pods, is talking louder than he thought he was says "I wish a customer would say something, a N***** could get it." It was alarming to say the least.

I’ve been coming here for years, and unfortunately I would have to say avoid this location at all costs. Very noticeable peaks and valleys in service that last for a while, so this is probably due to not being able to keep good management. I’ve had great service, but the bad service is bad enough that I avoid this location despite it being closest to me. There is cheaper, better and faster Mexican food in Lakewood.

I was 5 minutes early to pick up my online order which I had placed 3 hours earlier. I had to wait 20 additional minutes for my order to be ready. The employee who completed my order was rude & short with me. The store was filthy; every table needed to be wiped down, beverage jugs needed to be filled, & garbages needed to be changed. Other employees were getting themselves beverages & chatting with one another while 2 employees were filling customer orders. I felt bad for the 2 employees who had to do the jobs of what seemed like 5 or 6. At least my order was correct. It will be a long time before I choose to order from them again.

By far the worst Chipotle in the area. Not sure what happened to this location. It used to be great, but no more. They always try to give small portions. I let my nine year old order on his own and when we sat at the table his bowl was almost half full. The manager took care of it and made him a new bowl, but omg the person that made it should be ashamed. They are understaffed, but that’s no excuse. Any where else, we don’t experience this issue.

Pretty disappointed with the service and the pick up experience. Ordered for a set time showed up and nothing on the pick up shelves waited a while asked after food and they had it behind the counter the whole time getting cold. Then got home to fine no chips that were ordered and paid for. The fine in area was messy and well overdue for a clean.

These dudes can't even wrap a burrito anymore it's like the third time this has happened to me so I am not going back. Well I went back and my steak is all gristly. Someday I will learn to skip this location altogether.

The food is great. The rest of the Lakewood, and please note, I am specifically mentioning only the Lakewood Chipotle, is horrid. The restaurant is always dirty. The staff is always "less-than-enthused" to be helping you, and rarely listens to you while you're ordering (no sour cream, means no sour cream). The cashier is sometimes MIA, and the line backs-up due to people waiting to pay. I've never ordered online, from this Chipotle, but the number of people complaining cause their order is lost, and they have to wait while they quickly make an online order is astronomical. Again, as a person with two kids, the restaurant is always, always, always filthy. Food on the floors, the drink stating barely stocked, the tables are disgusting. Order and take your food home. Don't let your family sit down and eat there.

Never have your food ready at the time you scheduled, always missing items, meats are heavily salted here more than other locations, chips always taste like they re-used yesterday's oil (if they even have any). Only thing I can give them is that they usually do hook it up on portion sizes. Other than that, I'd try one of the other Chipotles in the area until this one gets its act together.

Everything here is usually on point. However, on this very night, I pulled up around 9:45. Doors were locked tight and they were closing down shop. If they’re gonna close that early, they need to reflect that in their hours of business advertisement. Instant turn off when all I wanted was a bag of chips and some queso.

I come here all the time but lately every time I come in, there’s only one person on the line no matter how long the line gets. I understand ppl place online orders but the wait times are ridiculous & none of the other employees step up to help. Very poor service lately.

I was really hopeful this location would be better but I was wrong. Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed in Chipotle in general. The rice was so hard that I only ate half of my burrito before throwing it away because it was not enjoyable and difficult to eat. It seems like every location now has incredibly hard rice and it is a waste of money. I already contacted customer service and it did nothing. I just don’t understand how it’s so difficult for every location to make soft, edible rice. Chipotle please figure it out, otherwise I’m done being a customer and wasting my money. I will add that the staff at this location was great and highly efficient, just bad rice again.

I love Chipotle. Unfortunately the quality, consistency and quantity of the food has gone way down. The last four times I have been here I did not even finish my bowl. It used to be because you were full. Not because the rice was under cooked and under flavored. The chicken has consistently tasted over cooked and under flavored. The salsa is good as usual. The staff is efficient and respectful. I see this chain wide and not just this location. I miss the old pre-Covid Chipotle.

The food is usually pretty good and the service is fine, but the cleanliness is severely lacking. I'm not sure the outside tables are ever wiped down, and the garden adjacent to the patio is filled with Chipotle trash. Do better. Edit - I'm not contacting Chipotle so they can help. Clean up your trash. Edit 11/26/25 - They have no forks. How does a restaurant run out of an essential, non-perishable item like forks? If only they were located in a shopping center with a grocery store that sold plastic forks. Edit 1/20/26 - The drink cooler is absolutely disgusting.

I’ve given this Chipotle about ten “last” chances, assuming each visit was just an unfortunate coincidence. However, that doesn’t appear to be the case. This is consistently the most unclean location I’ve ever experienced (and I haven’t even been there during the typical rush times). With the amount of staff standing around just talking, this should never be the case. During my most recent visit, I actually walked out despite being next in line.To start, the counter looked as if a burrito had exploded across it. Making matters worse, I watched an employee wipe the counter by pushing the fallen food back into the containers. They then touched the trash can and immediately prepared the next customer’s burrito without changing gloves. If Chipotle conducts periodic audits of their locations, this one definitely needs to be at the top of the list.

I feel awful for the employees at this location. They are clearly overworked and underpaid and under staffed. The restaurant looks like a disaster zone. Kids were inside without shirts on. The place was a disgusting mess. Nobody said hello. Seeker bothered I was ordering food in store. Just overall a totally nasty experience m. Insane how Chipotle has fallen off so hard. This is in no way a reflection on the individuals working. They are doing their best.

All of the sudden for awhile now (1-3 months) the portion sizes as well as quality has gone straight downhill. The orders will be wrong/not include items that were ordered but the label will correctly say the items. The actual burritos have barely any rice and meat anymore and are a third of the size of the expected burrito you would get at any other location. The chips are becoming extremely hit or miss and you can tell when they re-used the past days chips as they are stale and slightly browning. I've been hesitant to order from here again as I see people I know receiving the same experience. Would recommend taking your business to another local restaurant/chain, you'll have better luck.

Every single time that we come to this chipotle they get EVERY order wrong. The people who work there clearly don’t care. We get the food we order and it is never right. It truly is ridiculous and all they do is give you a free entree if you complain, never a refund even though you paid for something you didn’t ask for or lack there of of food!!!!!!! They also 99% of the time are out of at least 3 or 4 items. And to add on top of it you can never call to reach a manager because either there is no manager there to speak with or they can’t even have the decency to pick up the phone. Unless you feel like having a big disappointment and throwing your money down the toilet… I would not go to this chipotle.

Once again, I waited in line only to find out they are out of something, this time it was crunchy taco shells. Why are they always out of something, at times they are out of multiple items. Why don't they post this info on the door so customers don't wait in line only to be told "we don't have anymore _____" like I should have known that. Lakewood Chipotle sucks.

I have been to this Chipotle far too many times to count. When I first moved to the area in 2013, the food was great and service was well. However, both service and food quality have drastically shrunk. Managers here seem to be careless which leads to careless workers which seem to be new every few weeks due to the high turnover. If you are going to this location, 9 out 10 times, expect the line to be at least 20 people long (20-30 minute wait). Even when ordering online, I have come to expect that my order is never correct.

Went to chipotle yesterday and got there at 10:46 right when they’re supposed to be open. Proceeded to wait a good 10 min and they still weren’t open. There was a line at the door, looked inside the restaurant and there was a short girl who pointed at us and proceeded to take another 10 minutes to open the door. Everyone seemed to move as low as they wanted and even watched them get drinks for themselves. Finally opened a few min after 11. Super unprofessional for a business. If hours were changed, should’ve been mentioned on the website and not have people waiting 20 min after opening.

You can tell the workers are lazy and they know how to get people to leave. They close at 10. I went in at 9 on the dot. Out of cheese, sour cream and chips and wont refill for the night. Worker says "we close in 45 minutes " ... just GO TO A DIfferent chipotle. This one sucks.

If I could go zero stars I would. I will no longer go to this location. Every time we’ve been in there the past year, they are missing something - today it was not enough crunchy taco shells, no fajita veggies, no chicken, no guac, no kids chips. We went at 11am, no one in line, 2 people in the restaurant. When I asked about fajita veggies the staff response was something about ‘not right now’ and no one was cooking anything. They never have a good reason, no one wants to make it right or make the customer happy. The staff mostly are rude and under trained.

Ordered on mobile and had to wait 20 minutes past the promised time when there was next to no line in the store. When I finally received my bowl the portions were EXTREMELY small, as has been the case the last times I’ve ordered recently. Will be driving a bit further to use a different location.

I have had issues with my food the last 5 times I have ordered. You cannot call the restaurant to get an issue resolved. When you chat with "pepper", it says the leadership team will be notified, but doesn't give a resolution. The most recent order was the smallest portion I have ever seen and the bowl was literally half the normal portion. Done with Chipotle.

Dirty store and unequal portions! Asked for double meat and got barely anything and the my bowl was completely drowning in sour cream!! Your meat portions need to be measure out with measuring cups and you need your employees to shot out to the kitchen when they are low on stuff so the ingredients is replaced. And do not take a customers uncovered food into the back to go get an ingredient that the front was low on.

They Are Very Rude. Over Charges, The Head Manager Is Very Racist And I don’t usually get racism assaults but he was gross. He said he was in charge of the entire store. I see why his workers are so rude and careless. Not only did they charge me 3 dollars more for the same order I got the day before but they put 3 chicken bowls in one cheap bag, and my bowls fell out on the dirty garage floor. I called to tell the manager he said he can’t do anything without A receipt. Excuse me if I don’t hold on to fast food order receipts it’s not like it’s close, you don’t usually have to return anything. Chipotle use to have classy bags now they have trashy bags. Please save your receipts it’s not the same friendly classy place it use to be. Now the even charge for every tortillas even for A chicken bowl. Hopefully you get A cashier that can actually count and know how much she should charge for tortillas.

I watched an employee completely berate an elderly woman in front of me (using a walker and obviously needed customer assistance) and it made me furious. She yelled at the customer, spoke to her like she was stupid, and threw her hands up once she understood what the order was (I was behind this woman and even I understood her order). The employee starting making two burritos that weren't ordered, and when she realized the burritos were not part of the order, she took the tortillas and dramatically threw them in the garbage. The person on the grill was laughing. It was so ridiculous, the other employees on the line stopped in their tracks to watch, but nobody corrected this employee. This employee did not understand what the customer was trying to order, and when the order was finally understood, the employee told her to keep moving because "this is a line, a line moves forward, that is how a line works." She also told her "If that is what you want, then this is how you order it!" as if everyone should know the Chipotle verbiage. It was insulting and degrading, and I will not be returning to this location due to this customer service. It was disgusting. There are 2 other Chipotle's within 10 my home. This employee's behavior towards this customer (who waited in line, with a walker, for 10 minutes), could easily be considered as harassment. Nobody paying for food/service should be treated like this.

I seriously don't know how this location has almost 4 stars. I have never received an accurate order from this location. My in -app orders get cancelled constantly. The last time I ordered my daughter chicken it was literally just charred remnants from the grill. If I go to pick up an order, I've never waited less than 30 minutes for it. 3.23 update (2 months later). My order was promptly ready 20 minutes after ordering tonight. My entire entree was missing. My daughter's kids meal was ice cold. A piece of meat was in the queso. Great vegetarian options.

I recently ordered delivery from the Lakewood Chipotle. It was a repeat of an order I have made several times. First, the order had not arrived after half an hour, and the APP said it was still looking for a driver. I called the restaurant to confirm that my order had indeed been received. My order finally arrived after 50 minutes, but it was NOT what I ordered. The printout on the lid was correct, but what was inside was not. I called the restaurant again and was told all that they could do was make a correct meal but I would have to drive to pick it up myself. So much for the convenience & COVID safety of delivery!?#*?! Hardly satisfactory service!

I will never go back. I’m not sure what happened to this location but it is horrible. Always out of chips and rice. Slow checkout. Only one person behind the counter and he is ALWAYS rude! We had to wait 30 minutes for two burritos. Please save a trip! If I want chipotle I’ll go to rocky river or just stop eating chipotle altogether. It’s not worth the time to get food and then be upset about it because of horrible customer service. They also didn’t know how to ring out our order. Needed the credit card again even tho the recipient was in hand. Ughhh just a waste of time!!

Rice was so hard it felt like sandpaper, employees were rude no one was smiling, proportions were not up to par compared to others, charged me for chips and didn't give them to me and got rude when I asked for them. Bathroom was nasty my shoes were sticking to the floor.

Hands down the worst Chipotle I've ever been to in my life. Consistently out of chicken, steak, taco shells and nachos. I've never been to a Chipotle this horrible. How do you not have chicken and steak? How do you not have chips? Don't order online for delivery either, they'll screw up your order. Don't come here

This is the worst location! The workers act like they are above the customers. They will hold up the entire line because the check out person wants to walk around the dinning area and refill their personal fountain drink… I had a check out person legit tell me to hold on as he took an order and walked it over to the business next door making the entire line wait to check out. This guy legit left the entire store!! No joke. I stood in disbelief. Trash service.

This place is a train wreck. It’s truly the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. The staff are rude and usually there is a whole line of customers and one employee taking orders while several others stand at the cash register and do nothing. However, what led me to write this review was that today for lunch, we went to this Chipotle around 12:30pm AND THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. There was a handwritten sign on the door stating they would open at 12 instead of 10:45. The lights were on and there were clearly employees inside, but no one answered the phone. This is honestly the last straw. This location is the most poorly managed restaurant I’ve ever had the misfortune to patronize. Do yourself a favor and avoid it.

CROSS CONTAMINATION!! I saw the manager temping the items on the line and mentioned cross contaminating the rice with the sofrito and the beans. He instantly got an attitude with me and said “he knows what he is doing” I sure hope so because if someone gets sick, it’s on him. Like soy allergy isn’t a thing? That’s just the start, this place is always dirty, the line has food left on it. The pace of the one line worker was to a crawl. I was the third person in line and it took over 15 minutes to even order. Of course they are always inconsistent in the serving sizes, as the person before me got way more protein and when I mentioned it, I was told I would be paying extra even though I was just asking for the normal size. As we go further down the line, I wasn’t even being looked at, the toppings were thrown onto the burrito and they even put something I didn’t ask for. When I got to the register, my puny burrito is sitting there and I didn’t even want it anymore. I just walked out because chipotle consistently is getting worse every single time I visit. I was a SM for chipotle for 2 years about a decade ago and what I observed is not the culture that the company wants to provide for its customers. I would love to hear from the GM or restauranteur.

Surprised they haven't shut down this place yet. I walked in the other day with my family to get food and it was the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever seen!!! The food looked terrible, counter was gross, and the workers were careless. Before asking for what we want, the server wiped his nose in front of us, making it a done-deal for us to leave. We did not bother to eat there, and we never will! Fix this place up or shut it down.

I ordered a burrito bowl and chips for myself and a kids quesadilla, via mobile order. Chose 6:10pm for pickup. Walked in at 6:20pm because I figured they would be busy. I did not get my order until 7:03pm- 53 minutes late. I’m okay with a little bit of a wait, but nearly an hour is unacceptable. Got home and they gave me 2 burrito bowls and no quesadilla. My toddler really won’t eat the bowls so, I had to find something else for her to eat. I guess it’s my fault for not checking at the restaurant, but it probably would have taken another half hour to get it fixed anyways… I am assuming they are severely understaffed. Management needs to fix this!

The workers here seem to suffer from severe apathy about their job. No matter how busy the place is, the sense of urgency does not kick in. They do very poorly connecting with customers or keeping the food fresh. The consistency I get from this location is this unfortunate experience.

This has to be the worst run Chipotle in the country. A couple times a year I go back for some reason thinking it will be better and it just gets progressively worse. Always under staffed and workers are typically somewhere between disinterested and openly hostile. Open kitchen is a mess, food everywhere. Everything is dirty (glass, counter, walls) line is painfully long, they are always out of items, which you don’t know until you get to the front of the line. Dining area is hard to find a clean place to sit and now there are panhandlers working the dining room that the workers don’t bother asking to leave. It’s mind blowing considering what a normal chipotle is like and this one being in a seemingly busy and decent area.

Steer clear of this location. It’s a mess like very dirty. They also skimp you on portion sizes and lie to you about not having the dressing when they have a bucket full of it in the refrigerator behind the POS. it’s kind of wild how they care so much about ripping you off and feel the need to lie.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the world. I don’t know if the manager is clueless or just doesn’t care. I don’t know if the staff is not trained properly, or they just don’t care. Our last five orders have been incorrect. And orders aren’t only incorrect, they seem to like to charge you full price for receiving a quarter of the food you receive at another better run Chipotle. This place doesn’t deserve your business and I highly recommend going elsewhere to a Chipotle where the manager cares.

I will second other reviewers on the poor quality and tiny portions from this location. Also, don't bother ordering delivery (even if you live in Lakewood) because it always shows up cold. Also, if you have a problem with a delivery order, the restaurant can't help you because they contract delivery out to Door Dash. Today is the 2nd time I have ordered delivery in the last few months and the food was cold again, it took an hour to get here and the bowl was barely half filled with ingredients. The meat was chopped up so small you could barely see it. What was delivered was a joke for the $18 I payed for it with delivery and tip. I did call the restaurant and the person I spoke to told me the only option was to come to the store to pick up a replacement or file a complaint online and someone would eventually contact me. Pretty poor customer service for an even poorer quality product.

Stopped in today to get a salad for lunch no problems outside of they were out of a couple items not a huge deal. Pay and go to get silverware and apparently they don't have forks. I asked how am I supposed to eat a salad the response was well we have spoons smh what a joke last visit to this location. Perhaps telling the customer before you order a salad hi we don't have forks for you to eat it with. Also appreciate the tablespoon of salad dressing given.

Went to Chipotle yesterday. Seen a number of cockroaches running around on the floor and on the walls. And then I brought it up to the manager her name was Michaela I think. And she said there was nothing they could do about it right now at the moment so I walked out of the store I wouldn't eat there if I was you

I would give all 5 stars but they gave me a bag of chips with like 7 chips in it and charged fully. They had to know it wasn’t full. Don’t be that way. Give people what they pay for…even if you have to charge more.

I placed two orders on January 3rd, at 12:15. The guy was very rude and unprofessional. I paid for extra meat and the portions incluing the rice were small. The tall skinny guy asked why I was complaining about the portions. As a customer, he shouldn't have said anything to me. The manager does not have any managerial skills. Do not go to the Chiptole's on Detroit in Lakewood. They suck!!

Came in at 9:56 pm. I know they close at 10. I know I’m cutting it close. I walk in other people are still eating in the restaurant. I am not greeted with “hello”. I’m greeted with “ma’am we’re closed”. I say “aren’t you open till 10?” She says “it’s 9:56”. I say “aren’t you open till 10?” You sound dumb it’s takeout food and an extra sale for the company. It looked like there was another customer turned away right before I got in too. This place needs better management and a more positive morale from staff. There was food ready to be sold and prepared already too.

Placed a large order for a family reunion, it was never prepared or delivered. DoorDash was the one to let us know that the restaurant was closed due to power. Chipotle never recognized themselves they had a problem despite our multiple calls to Corporate to verify they can handle the order. They charged us for the food anyway! Spent 1.5 hours trying to get a refund. Lakewood Store was responsible. Visited the store to talk to Manager. 100% denial of any responsibility. A co-worker of hers listening walked up to me and said "why don't you leave"! I was shocked, customers around the conversation were shocked. The Lakewood Store is a mess as well. Food on the floors, trash everywhere, counters filthy, and tables not cleaned. Angelo's Pizza saved our reunion. They made 8 pizzas in 35 minutes and delivered them. Cheaper than Chipotle as well. Great job Angelo's! They know what a "customer" is.

TLDR: This place is awful at everything. Go somewhere else. A truly pathetic example of how a takeout place should run. At any given point, they are out of 40%+ of menu items. The staff have headphones in and can barely hear what people are saying, both staff and customer. They are also clearly very accepting that everything around them is completely dysfunctional and have embraced that the shift will be terrible because they all exude a solid 25% effort spread out over the day. It's just depressing watching their line struggling to assemble orders. Online orders come out in a random order, leaving somewhere between a 5 to 45 min wait. Paying full price for an order that takes 5 times longer than it should, then is missing half of what you ordered is ridiculous. They don't even tell you they're out of stuff if you order online. You get home and simply discover that half of your bowl was unavailable. They should eliminate all current staff and management and start from the ground up as these are not recent issues. I haven't had a decent experience at this location in years. Unfortunately, they are within walking distance of my place, so I still end up in here once every few months. I'll try to make a conscious effort to avoid it for another year or so, so they have enough time to go through several full staff turnovers.

Came out because Girlfriend is craving Chipotle and they’re all out of white rice, corn, and vinaigrette which are her 3 favorite things to get. they tell me this as I got down the line which if they mentioned this initially I would’ve just left for another location. When I asked if he can at least make some more vinaigrette and I can wait for it he goes “ there’s no point we’re closing soon” but its literally 8pm they close in 3 hours. They’re just being lazy and don’t wanna cook

This location is horrible they never have anything stocked and tonight my family and I ordered and the food was ice cold I had to warm it up, and half the toppings I asked for on multiple of our bowls and burritos weren’t even there when I asked for a refund I got denied if I could get ahold of corporate or the owner they would definitely hear an eye full and this isn’t the first time my last experience I had hair in my food took it back not once but 3 times and all of those had hair in them as well and this is why this will be the last time I get food there.

This specific location is terribly managed. Every single time I come here there's 6 employees in the kitchen but only 1 filling orders. Always out of 2 or 3 items, and not that they don't have anymore, they just let everything run to zero before they drop more meat, veggies, rice, etc. There is absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever to get the line moving. It's the closest location to my house, I'd rather drive 30 minutes away, I simply could not loathe this location more. I wish I could give service negative stars.

For the most part, it's clean. The staff aren't attentive when placing your order. Upon cashing out, I had asked for an item multiple times, the cashier confirmed, and it was never placed in my bag or given to me. I don't go often to Chipotle because fast food has been disappointing. Employees want more money, but then have no desire to put forth the effort to earn it. Obnoxious.

This one is up there for one of the worst Chipotles. We do everything we can do avoid this location… but when we want it delivered, it only goes to this location. Every single time we’ve ordered here, they’ve never gotten our orders correct. Always missing something, always tastes bad. We think it’ll be better every time but it never is. Also… they’re very slow. Avoid this one and go to the one on Clifton which is semi better.

Their new cash register software constantly breaks down, they can't serve you. When using a delivery service, you get smaller portions. Lakewood location has a big employee turnover which has resulted in over cooked meat, an occasional dried out, rock hard pinto bean & even a end of the onion you throw away. This place needs a serious employee turnover training.

Multiple times I have ordered online, I got either wrong things delivered or small amounts of chicken, when the ordered for double chicken. I have made it my habit to now pickup and double check my order before leaving. As usual found again a single serving of chicken when clearly ordered for double. I understand if it happens once in a while. But most of the time? The management should have a serious quality check.

I went in yesterday at around 7pm, and when I looked behind the line worker, the manager appeared to not be wearing any underpants 😬. Her pants were slipping down and I saw something that I did not want to see. Manager is completely unhygienic and should be fired! I lost my appetite from the behavior I witnessed. Manager was an african american female and just by looking at her, you can tell how bad her hygiene is. Very disappointed and will never be returning here again!!

I took my daughter to get food last week right before closing the young man that was in there was on his phone having a full conversation before helping me and decided to just stare at me when HE was ready to finally help us. No greeting or nothing. Then as I’m telling him the order he’s rapping rap songs while I’m talking and I mentioned it to the young lady at the register and she apologized for his behavior. I thought it was so tacky to even experience something like that in Lakewood. Had high hopes for the location.

I give up on chipotle. Just close at 8 if you’re not going to replenish the line past then anyway. 3 hours to go and you’re announcing the 10 things you’re “out of”. And this is every time and any time I come in past 8 pm. Went to kamms, same thing, it’s every location. I don’t get it, just close at 8. You’re not out of it, you’re just not replenishing it past 8 when you’re open til 11??? I’ve been coming here since they first opened in 2001ish. I’m a day one! This was the first and only location for quite a while and I would go way out of the way to come, and I had to limit myself to 3 times a week 😂 that’s how good it was!! It’s nothing like it used to be, so sad, I miss the original integrity chipotle had. It’s been hit or miss for a looong time now. When it hits it still don’t hit like it used to, usually a disappointment, when I actually do get to order. I’m not just going to order a bowl of beans for crying out loud, or whatever you happen to have left 3 hours before you actually close!!!!! 😑

Last two times I’ve experienced chipotle from this location- food poisoning was involved. The staff is rude to be polite- and have now poisoned me and my boyfriend who didn’t stop eating there completely like I did. Probably the worst chipotle in north east Ohio.

Please pay attention when making an order. This is the 3 time it has happened I let go the first 2 but 3 is just too much. I ordered a chicken quesadilla online and I get just the cheese. I pay 9 dollars for just cheese in a tortilla???? Absolutely unacceptable.

There was barely any meat. I asked for extra rice, there wasn't even normal rice. Terrible experience on Wednesday June 26th at dinner time. Update; another bad experience. My gf and I paid for double meat and asked for extra rice and the second picture is what I got. The chips we got were floppy, oily, and inedible. What a terribly ran Chipotle lately. Are the workers taking the rest of my meal home at the end of the night? I'm paying $16 for extra meat and chips and I'm not even getting a regular portion. These people are thieves!

This Chipotle does not resemble the rest of the chain. They lack customer service, freshness, and readiness. Something is always wrong when I visit this location. Save yourself the time and don’t eat here or take the drive to the next nearest chipotle. Avoid this one at all cost. April 13 at 8 pm. They continue to be the worst. The lady was so rude Online orders are the worst. It’s a bowl full of sour cream. Hardly any rice in the bowl. I’m disappointed.
