First, I’d like to say that some of you guys need to understand that there is currently a STAFFING SHORTAGE. With staffing shortages means that there are longer wait times, which is completely understandable. Some of these reviews are incredibly obnoxious, and I believe people should be grateful that this store is even operating. I went over tonight, and I ended up in line for basically two hours. I didn’t care, all I was doing was going home. There were only TWO people running the store tonight. Obviously two people is not enough for a fast food place to function properly, but the workers were incredibly polite and were apologetic about the wait. My food was good and fresh, which was also a plus. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you, or you’re going to end up with nobody working fast food.
We had a great experience, first time in awhile at any fast-food establishment. There were only two employees working (it was a holiday) and they were the happiest and nicest people. If more people were like that, there would be better experiences all over
The counter person was delightful! We were joking about my name being Wendy and being at Wendy's. She obviously takes pride in her work. It wasn't terribly busy while we were eating and she was walking around checking and cleaning tables. I don't get to that area of town often but would definitely go back. Also I got the chicken ranch wrap and it was delicious.
The gentleman named Albert was a great employee with wonderful customer service and very respectful, responsive to the needs of the customer. This place was clean and fresh food would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite!
The employees had a good attitude and were nice and respectful. I asked for fresh fries, and I had them made on the spot. It was quick and easy to order.
I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s since October last year and they have some of the coolest most loving staff ever! I’ve never felt like this about any Wendy’s crew. I’m sorry for being annoying! I go almost everyday but you guys are amazing! Every single one of you! -Red head ☺️

Food was great, service was friendly and fast, the soda fountain was only out of one or two flavored syrups (which is a very low number comparatively) Couldn't ask for more from a casual, fast-dining establishment.
The reviews were actually really bad, but I think it lied. The burger was the best burger I’ve had in a while. The fries are pretty good. I also got the new brownie frosty!! it was not even that busy :) (I just came back from a softball game)
Chris helped us out at the drive through and was very helpful and kind!

I just wanted to take a moment to commend a very wonderful employee I just had the pleasure of interacting with. Her name was Diane. She was so personable, friendly, and efficient. She acknowledged people waiting in line that she would be with them shortly. It’s the little things that add up to make your experience great. I wanted to tell her or the manager before I left but there was a line and it was lunch rush. Miss Diane if you see this, thank you!
I was greated promptly by a wonderful woman named Ms. Diane. She was extremely polite and definitely had me smiling. She answered my silly questions about the burgers. She was helpful, polite and fast. By the time I was done getting my soda, she called my name for my order so crew is speedy unlike many other locations I have been to. Diane is definitely an asset for Wendy's and should be appreciated for her customer service skills.
My typical Wendy’s experience, which is: Go inside if the drive through line is long, because you’ll be done quicker. Person in front of you is super rude to cashier. Person behind you is kind and annoyed by rude customer. Employees are not generally rude or have bad service, but have that vibe that says they are probably not treated well from some levels of management above. Food is consistent and good for me at Wendy’s in general, and this was no exception.

UPDATE: Have ordered here several times since my original review (mainly because this Wendy's is close to me). Things have definitely improved and the staff are more attentive/friendly. The only issue remaining is the ice tea. It appears that their system doesn't distinguish well enough if the tea should be sweetened or not so you need to verify which you are getting when picking up. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered on mobile, when arrived, the "I'm here" part on app didn't work. Drive thru order taker was rude and you could hear her children in background screaming. Window person was also rude and barely verbal. The eggs in the burritos tasted rancid and were ice cold. Iced tea was supposed to be plain, but received sweetened. If this is representative of Wendy's, we won't be returning. Gave two stars because the order itself was correct.
Only had one worker, he was doing the best he could with all the drive thru orders and dine in!! They did open a couple minutes late. But for one person being there doing everything it’s not a big deal.
As always we walked into a very long line. As it was lunch time on a Saturday we expected it. Took about 15 minutes to get our order taken. Ordering went well with a friendly knowledgeable employee. I was happy to try the new limeade and it was delicious. Food was ready in about 5 minutes. Hot and correct. My boyfriend got alot of food for his $4. We will dine here again.
If you go to a fast food restaurant enough you will find an occasional mistake. I have never had a problem they didn't rectify.
This specific location has definitely improved since the past 2-3 years. But I will say they really need a bigger overhead area for the ordering area because when it’s raining you get poured on. Specially if they don’t take your order right away and you’re waiting with your window down
The drive through woman got very confused and we had to keep re-giong over everything then they were slow at the window. They have the BEST frosties though.

Tonight I went in only ordered french fries and chili, and they gave it to me for free.Sometimes a business's generosity goes a long way. I've never had a problem with the food here.Only problem I had is probably during covid when the drive through was backed up forever
I bought a salad at Wendy's and honestly speaking, it was really good! It was a chicken cob. It had grilled chicken and lots of fresh lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, eggs, bacon and all kinds of good stuff in it. It was a little pricey, but for all you got and how fresh it was, it was definitely worth it. I would recommend trying Wendy's salads.
Placed an online order here. Got there and sat in a line that wrapped around the building. After about 15 minutes of sitting in line being worried my food was cold I finally get to the menu to order and get told "The system is down so we're closed". Luckily, I was able to let them know I had already placed an online order and paid. They took me around to the window and I found out they hadn't prepared my food at all. This ended up being a saving grace because I was able to get fresh and delicious food, but between a lack of preparedness and the lack of emphasis when I finally did get to the window I can only give a maximum of 4 stars.

Not sure what happened the day I was there but it took a really long time (20+ minutes) to get through the inside line. It was a Sunday at about noon. The people working were really nice, they just had a hard time getting orders out. Once I got my food it was good. Restrooms were pretty clean. the rest of the dining area was moderately clean. It may have just been a weird day. If I were there again, I would try again.
Workers had no idea what was going on. Everyone around us had been waiting for at least half an hour for their orders. A lot of people got free food that they didn't order because the lady handing out orders clearly didn't care who got what. Some customers tried to tell her that it wasn't their order... she said, "Yes it is." And turned and walked away. One customer was given an $11 refund that he wasn't supposed to get. Truly baffling experience. This place needs a manager.
Bearded gentleman at front counter was slow. Spent too much time staring at the screen when he had receipts right there. I had to ask twice for sour cream for my chili. They didn't add the sweet onions to my chili either. And I got short changed a Frosty, not realizing until later that I accidentally ordered 2 on the app.
I went through the drive throughand had a question about the nuggets. The girl who took my order made me feel rushed and was not professional. She never asked if I wanted crispy or spicy nuggets so I to tell her what I wanted and then she said "which one do you want? " with an attitude. Then she said "drink? " twice as if she wanted me to hurry. The guy who took my payment at the window was nice and made the experience better at the end. I was ready to tell the girl something at the window of I saw her. Please train the employees to have better customer service! Sometimes I just don't be in the mood to deal with the attitude.
I placed my order using the mobile app, and the process was extremely easy. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, the person taking orders was very rude. The order took longer than usual, and the person at the window was also rude and seemed annoyed. I suggest providing better customer service training for the employees.
I come here at least once a month and the order is usually good but this last time you charged my card wrong in the drive through and gave me the wrong order. At least I got change back for the over charge

I stopped at this location to grab a quick bite to eat last week on Wednesday evening at almost 8pm, thinking that it would be a quick stop. I noticed the line inside looking very lengthy, and since I didn't plan on dining in anyway, I decided to wait out the drive-thru line since it looked equally backed up as indoors. From the point of entering the line, to the point of departure from it with my food in hand took nearly 30 minutes. The staff literally moved like molasses. Thankfully they got my order right & my food was hot. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my service, or lack thereof.😬
Do not use app to make mobile order. Staff as hard as they tried, they were not adequately trained and handed me wrong drink order than I waited about 30 min. I know folks behind me were ticked thinking I had an extra large order. Staff of 3 did hustle, were pleasant & professional. This Wendy's is always busy & with backed up drive thru.
The entire restaurant was filthy. The soda machine looked like it had no been cleaned in a very long time. Instead of stainless steel, it was literally coated in dark syrup on the inside where you get the soda from. The counter with the condiments and such was so sticky and gross, it felt like it had not been wiped in a a long time. The tables looked clean, but had a weird sticky texture to them. There were certain workers behind the counter that kept arguing with the lady taking orders. All this was being done in front of customers. I do admit they were busy because it was 12pm, but the cleanliness is something that obviously had not been a priority all day or even possibly yesterday when it could have been done. The only saving grace was the food. It was hot and the fries were crispy. Possibly due to the fact, they were so busy and there was no way we could have received cold fries. Overall very disappointed in this location.
Always a long wait, always something missing or incorrect with my order but they do have great prices. They need to bring in better management that will care to get their wait time down and customer experience up! They have potential to be a great place but something is missing! I get that many people belittle fast food employees but if people just cared about their jobs as if they were doing something much more "important" maybe this place can be much better!
The staff are some of the most rude I have ever experienced. I had a mobile order for drive thru and they told me “you have to come inside” no explanation. There was no drive thru line behind me either. This has happened multiple times at this location, if I wanted to go into the restaurant I would have ordered it that way. If they were at least nice it would not have been a big deal, but the level of rudeness was unwarranted.
We ordered ahead because we knew they were closing at 1, but when we got there at 12:50 the person at the drive through told us they were already closed. He was very rude to us when we tried to explain that we had ordered ahead and that the order should've been ready for us he kept cutting us off. Then as they walked out of the building 5 minutes early they were cheering and shouting at the people in their cars who were leaving the drive thru. It was unprofessional and rude. PS. We ordered before 12:50 that was just the time we got there.
This is easily the most worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Took an entire hour to get the food that I preordered on the app and there were only 3 cars there. Had us wait at the window while they finished the food they thought was ours, and only realized we ordered online after they asked us for our payment… despite us saying we ordered online way earlier in the drive thru. The food was cold and hard, and they somehow used shredded lettuce instead of a lettuce bun, so instead of a burger I guess we got a fancy salad? I don’t even review restaurants, this Wendy’s just sucks that bad.
The ONLY redeeming quality is the food. The attitudes of the later employees is terrible. And as a parent and manager, I blame the management for not enforcing a better customer service policy. The place was definitely overstaffed, yet they were trying to push people through the lines. I want even given all my food, and when I asked for the missing food the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me... yet in literally 2 seconds had all 3 of my missing Frosty's. It was like she was trying to keep them for herself. Their only saving grace is there's no other Wendy's near it.
It’s a Wendy’s so the food is to be expected. The main issue with this Wendy’s is that’s it’s filthy. Not only are the tables dirty, floors wrecked, trash overflowing but there are fruit flies everywhere. It’s disgusting. The staff isn’t the friendliest and you should prepare to wait since they only ever have 1 cashier who also prepares your tray of food while 7 other people work in the back. Do yourself a favor and just skip it.

Although I spent almost 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru line, the food was horrible. The person taking my order rushed me, and I could barely ask any questions. Ordered a triple baconator plain and received a baconator with no bacon. Also, the burger patties looked like a kids meal. I went in from the drive thru and the store was dirty with a cooler with a door falling off behind the counter. Behind the counter was filthy and I told the cashier the problem. He brought it to the "manager" and she put 2 small pieces of bacon and handed it back. I told him for over $9.00 that's a joke!!! And that's not what I ordered. For starters it was midday and there were absolutely no cars in their parking lot. I was the third car in the Drive-Thru and waited almost 10 minutes!? Not sure what was going on behind the scenes but they certainly didn't have customers in the dining room! Place seems kind of dirty and run down and the older lady at the drive-thru window while pleasant, was not the most cleanly kept person that you would want to see before having a meal.... Pretty sure I won't be going back to that location.

It's always got a huge line, but tonight both doors were locked without a way to get in(my orders online pickup). But I already submitted my order and Wendy's won't let me refund my transaction. It looks like they may have one employee, how is that even allowed. To the owner This location is always busy, you are making money. Pay your employees better and get more of them. Having a location with this little of staff is unacceptable. I can only assume you are completely and totally incompetent.
Worst staff in existence. Simply arrogant and lazy. The only thing this location is consistent with is giving you a terrible experience, and making you regret spending your money. This location needs shut down. Terrible ownership. And terrible representation of Wendy’s. Just waited 5 minutes at a blank screen in an empty drive through. Then another 10 to get my food. Women at the window held my card until I got my food which is extremely unprofessional and just weird. Received a melted frosty and a baconator with onions crisps I didn’t order on it. The staff doesn’t know how to talk to people in a professional manor and the owner doesn’t know how to operate a business accordingly.
they forget something EVERY TIME i’m so over this destination but sadly it’s the closest one in lancaster so it’s about the only option. They should just close this location it’s so gross and so unorganized. Idk how anyone would consider this a fast food it’s more like a last resort for late night munchies that some how still seems to fail. 0/5 stars
Zero if I could. Can't blame short staff, I saw at least 4 workers in there, waited well over 30 minutes for a small order, which wasn't even right. The workers were walking around yelling at each other. After working many years in fast food service, 2-3 people could manage running just a drive thru at that time of night and get the orders out in an acceptable time. This was just ridiculous and they should just close for good if they can't seem to care to do their jobs right.
Service is EXTREMELY slow. The wait is ALWAYS at least 25 minutes, the line is always wrapped around the building, and the doors into the building are ALWAYS locked. You can’t go inside, drive thru is the only option. I’m not sure what always takes so long, but it’s a huge issue considering that it’s supposed to be a FAST food restaurant, this has been a problem for years and the owners still have done nothing to fix it. Edit: it’s been 2 years since I left this initial review, and I have to say the service has improved 100%. The drive-thru line moves so much faster now, and the staff is friendlier too. I don’t know what the issue was before, but they’ve corrected it. I don’t think the dining room area is open to customers

Women tried to hand me a frosty Drink sideways I told her I didn't want to spill it on the car. She said I have a job to do. Find and do it the correct way. No problem. I won't never return it again. I can spend my money elsewhere.

Order taker at the drive thru was not comprehending my simple order of a hamburger with extra pickles (she spoke English). After paying $11+ for this stupid meal of a medium size of a hamburger with extra pickles, fries and a coke, I was handed a coke and the order taker said thanks and started to close the drive thru window. I said “my food??” She looked confused and then said “ohhhh, here ya go”…….i pulled over to eat my food only to find someone else’s order of a double cheeseburger with all kinds of crap on it and 2 orders of fries. The whole experience SUCKED.
If I could give zero stars I would. This isn’t the first time we dealt with extremely rude employees. My husband went Thursday 11/21 and we never order there so we aren’t always aware. Husband asked if they had a chicken nugget kids meal and the male employee answered with “ doesn’t everybody?” And the rudeness honestly just continued when asked what my husband wanted to drink with smart remarks from the employee that resulted in my husband leaving without food. Was around 7 in the evening.
It's hit or miss but all I've been doing lately is missing horribly The lady who took my money didn't say a single word to me the entire time and they got my order wrong not to mention it took 40 minutes with five cars in front of me Will undoubtedly be back again hoping for a good experience but I expect to be utterly disappointed yet again - edit 3 years later - You can tell the individuals working here do not care at all about their jobs. There was not a single decent moment in this visit, and I won't be back for another 3 years. (didnt confirm order - messed it up - asked for more money - never said a single thank you or your welcome - didn't even offer to give me a receipt - bunch of employees with a lack of professionalism and manners and general courtesy to their fellow human beings.)
Horrible atmosphere, horrible rude employees who don't have an ounce of respect. They ignore you and brush you off with any questions, the attitude they give off is everything is a bother and a inconvenience to them. Out of all the Wendy's locations that closed down, this needs to be the next one. Or they need to do a complete employee overhaul, and get some employees who actually wanna do the job they are paid to do. I wouldn't waste your time or energy going to this location, avoid at all costs.
We stopped at the location while traveling just to get a frosty. We went inside and it was absolutely filthy! The Garbage was overflowing. There were No towels in the restroom. I was at the counter waiting for my order and saw that the fry vat was absolutely disgusting! The board of health should show up and inspect this place. There is no excuse for this!
I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were both undercooked. How in the world do you undercooked chicken in the first place let alone 2 of them. Eating undercooked chicken is dangerous. I am currently in the ER for eating it. I am vomiting and all doordash says is here is $10 in credits. I will be filing a lawsuit

I have come to this location and waited in the drive through for 20-30 minutes after a mobile order. Waiting was stupid long this time and not a soul was present at register. All I wanted was a frosty and large fries. The employee on the grill just kept peeking his head at me and the rear of the store as I waited. So I just walked out. Went to Waffle House across the parking lot. They were a bit packed, and I still was able to get my order completed and out the door. In a few minutes. Fast food?!? Where? Not Wendy’s on Harrisburg pike.

They refused to add a small fry to our order at the window on a Tuesday night with no one in front or behind us and the lobby was closed. They got our order wrong then made us go back around to get the rest of it. They said they didn't have the scanner to scan our Wendy's app code with. We had to asked for straws 3xs and the cashier was just miserable. I worked in fast food for most of my life so I try to be polite and understanding but that's just too much!!!!
"I go to Wendy’s every day, so I know exactly what’s going on there. I deal with different employees, and it’s always the same issues. I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s recently. I went to buy a Biggie Bag, which normally costs $5, but I was charged $7 for the same product. This is unacceptable, as there was no explanation for the price increase, and it is not justified since the contents of the Biggie Bag were exactly the same as the $5 offer. Additionally, I noticed a lack of customer attention from the staff. The employees were not paying attention to details and seemed uninterested in providing good service. This issue is further exacerbated by the inadequate training for new employees. I observed that new employees were not well-informed about the prices and other important procedures, leading to errors and confusion. The management at this establishment also leaves much to be desired. The managers and higher-ups do not seem to be doing a good job in training and supervising their staff. It is frustrating to see that a large chain like Wendy’s does not maintain consistent standards in their pricing and staff training. Employee turnover is high, and new employees do not receive adequate training, which negatively impacts the customer experience. Moreover, I believe that the employees at Wendy’s are complicit in these issues. It seems like they are playing games with each other and are aware of the problems but choose not to address them. This complicity among the staff is unacceptable and further deteriorates the quality of service. The lack of communication and proper training is clearly affecting the quality of service at this establishment. It is essential that the managers and higher-ups take steps to improve these aspects. I would not recommend this place to anyone until these issues are addressed."
I have never met anyone as rude as the dude that’s missing teeth at the window. So first, i tried to call Wendys before I went there to see if I could walk through the drive through because I don’t have a car and the dining area was closed. It rung for 5 min and no one ever picked up. Then i ordered on Uber eats and selected pick up instead of delivery. On Uber eats it said the food was ready, so i walked to the place, stood at the ordering machine, and no one said anything for like 8 minutes. Then i just walked to the window to have this dude say “be in a car or leave, we aren’t taking your order”. I tried to explain my situation and that i already PAYED for the food, and he just slammed the door in my face. Then, a nice man behind me said “you can get in my car, then he’ll probably just give you your food since it’s ready”. So i get in the car, he drives up to the window, and toothless says we have to go back around in line because we didn’t give him our name in the drive through line. We didn’t give him our name because he refused to speak to us when we were standing there. The line is like 5 cars deep at this point and i didn’t want to make this stranger wait with me so i just got out of the car and cancelled the order. I think toothless took actual joy in ruining my night. I thought about this interaction for an hour afterwards bc of how surprised i was that someone could be that miserable.
Awful drive thru. The person taking our order had a clear attitude. Our sodas were luke warm with no ice. When handed our food the person couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact and shoved the bags at us and our order was wrong. Very not happy with what should've been a simple stop at a drive thru.
I got food here before I had to travel about 1 1/2 hours to work. About 15 minutes away from work, I began to vomit all over myself repeatedly (there was not a stop or a pull off spot soon enough). I was covered and could not stop as I went into a gas station to use their bathroom. It's been 2 hours since then and I still do not feel well. And no, I ended up not going to work (although I am still there because I rode with coworkers). All that, and the fact that I ordered online 5 minutes before I got there and it still took like 15 minutes to get my food (like 5 to 10 minutes after I specifically asked an employee about my order). I've worked fast food. I get that they were busy and the kitchen was probably extremely hectic. But that is still not an excuse for everything I mentioned. I've been to this location multiple times and this was by far the worst. I will most likely not be back to this location or any others.
Please train the entire team at this Wendy’s that Baconator Fries aren’t just two slices of bacon and a bit of melted cheese — they’re supposed to have plenty of bacon, melted cheese, and shredded cheese. That’s why they’re called Baconator Fries. This isn’t the first time it happens at this Wendy’s. Other nearby Wendy’s locations do it right.
I ordered the bacon pretzel pub x2 and we didn’t get that at all . We waited over 25mins for our order when there was no customers in the store the soda machine was so dirty I didn’t even take my sodas the food was cold and the bun was soggy they were goofing off in the kitchen instead of making the food. Every time we come here it’s the same thing!!!! I will never return!!!!!
3rd time got my order wrong and Blamed me I felt bad for the elderly lady working drive thrue its very clear she loosing her hearing repeated my order several times and still got it wrong simple order no lettuce I Blame the manager.
there is literally a line wrapped around the place , I’m not understanding why the little white girl at the window with her hood up doesn’t greet people at the window and is texting on her phone while people are sitting in line for 20 minutes.
This has got to the worst fast food experience I’ve ever encountered. Not only is this place not clean but the service is just horrible. I hate this is the closest fast food place near me because I’m just settling for less. I hope this place can turn around or they close for good. For example, this sign shows dine-in should be open but was closed and we’re refused service unless we went through drive-thru. Please fix this store!
Unfortunately I went to eat at this establishment on Friday, May 2nd and when it was time to pay I felt something negative when I looked at the payment machine, even so I paid and it was the last time I used the card, Saturday morning my Cash App account had been emptied of purchases submitted to Play Station. Technically they cloned my card and the whole time I was there I felt watched and with a strange feeling now I understand why I just hope that my bank resolves the issue soon But I will not return here.
After learning they had no Frostys/ice cream, I ordered 3x the Son of Baconator deal for $3 and a medium fries (Which I admit I forgot and asked to add at the window). I ask for lettuce & tomato on 2 of the burgers. The very pleasant woman taking my order says "No problem." and repeats it back to me. I get home (<10 mins away) and no lettuce or tomatoes on anything, the burgers are cold, and the fries are cold & soggy despite being charged $3.19 for them. So basically all 4 items ordered were wrong and/or substandard. I used to be a regular at this location for a couple decades, but the last 3 or 4 times I've been there the results were substantially worse than this visit. Most or all orders wrong, multiple items missing that had been paid for, everything very cold, etc. I'm disappointed to say that after 25 years +/-, I'm giving up on this (convenient) location and not returning again
I ordered two chicken tender entrees, and the shift manager Jay refused to serve me without ordering a combo. I calmly and politely told him that I didn't want a combo, and he told me I could leave his restaurant, in an extremely rude tone. He said I was "playing games" . . .Chicken tender entrees are LISTED ON THE MENU. I left the drive thru (and flipped him off) after he continued to refuse my service for no reason. I later called the restaurant and he told me I was banned from coming back. I have never received worse customer service in my entire life, I just wanted some chicken, and he wanted a fight.
I usually only comment on great experiences but I felt like this one needed to happen. Went through the drive through and the woman seemed short and rude. We had an insane wait time and our food was completely cold. Also ordered a frosty and it was completely melted. Not sure if this was an off night for them but pretty disappointed.
Waiting time three drive through is long, for the most part you have to park. Your order of food WILL BE INCORRECT. Times when you purchase food and they Will not give you a receipt. This store (3163) is not good for Buisness.
Dear Wendy’s, You shouldn’t have to tell your customers that you give quality service. Your customer should be saying that you give quality service.
Waited an HOUR in the drive thru line 9/2/23 at 10:30-11:30. Line of cars around the building. If we didn't already place and pay on mobile we would have left. I've never seen such a wait in a wendys drive thru. The person taking orders didn't even begin to talk the cars for 5 minutes, not even a greeting. Weren't even given an explanation as to why everything took so long. Will definitely not be visiting this location again.
I do not recommend you ever going to this Wendy's. If you are on a lunch break at work or are in a hurry especially, do NOT go here. I spent 25 minutes or more in this drive thru, that was barely moving or at one point was not moving at all for at least 10 minutes before it started inching along. I had a mobile order so I had already paid for my food so I just couldn't cancel it and go somewhere else. So finally after about 25 minutes or maybe even 30, I get to the window and get my food and I can see all of the employees in the window laughing and joking like, not really concerned about the insane amount of people that have been waiting for their food and how slow they're going. Then, I get my food, all I got was a 10 piece nugget meal. I pull over real quick to check it and the order is not even remotely hot. The nuggets are cold and hard, the fries are cold. I didn't have time to go back because I had to be home so, for the next 2 days I call this store and can not get an answer, I show up and they're completely getting slammed and I asked for a manager and they said it would be a while and eventually after 20 minutes or so I just left. I finally call the store today and get an answer, a manager listens to my complaint and tells me to come in to make it right. He said he wanted to make sure my order was fresh. I get there, he makes my order. I get to my car with it and drive home about 5 minutes away. The food is luke warm, not hot and fresh. Overall I would say just completely avoid this Wendy's altogether. The customer service is bad, the store is gross and the food is disgusting and not made fresh. Worst experience I've ever had with a Wendy's.
Bought two burger meals at drive through. Got home less than five mins later and both burgers were cold to the touch. Tried calling but nobody bothered to answer the phone. I won’t be back. 0/10
The young man who waited on me, could not speak clearly. He was on his phone while I was waiting for my order.He did not provide me with a straw or a spoon or napkins. My french fries were cold as soon as I got to my car in the parking lot! He did not even thank me. He just shoved the drinks towards me and that was it.The whole reason I stopped there was to be near my sister’s place so the food would be warm. I will never ever stop at that Wendy’s again. To top it off I tried to call the place and speak to the manager, but no one ever answered my call.
Went to use bathroom and one was closed not working the other one I opened the door half way and immediately turned around it was so disgusting. My wife was waiting in the drive through at the speaker and she waited over 5 minutes so I told her to leave and we went to another place. Hope this was a one off experience, cause we like Wendy’s.
I have never been the type to go and leave reviews. I travel alot for work, including some very ghetto places or places you would normally want to avoid. I have never came across a more disgusting, negative service, undercooked food, & all while multiple safety & sanitation violations were going on. Waited in line for 25 Minuts for 1 Meal. The burger was undercooked, raw to be exact. The fries were burnt yet cold by the time I got them. Someone needs to have corporate come here and close this place down if it’ll continue this way.
Terrible service and quality. Yes I know there's a staffing shortage. So I expect when I finally pull up to window after 20 min wait, they'll only be like 2 people working. I see a gang of people just standing around in background, hanging out. the lady pretty much threw food at me, rude as can be. I ordered a $6 burger looks like they gave me $1 burger and pocketed the rest. The burger was not even cooked properly. Had to go home to reheat, was still undercooked. Hope I don't get food poisoning. Multiple times had some ghetto child, girl argue with me while trying to order. I RECOMMEND DRIVING TO COLUMBIA WENDYS ON PROSPECT ST, GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY. I waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger while 5 employees chitchat among themselves and on the phone. The worst part was I was the only one in line. Then when someone came in after me, they got their order before me. What a joke. UPDATE: So I decided to give Wendy's another chance since the business owner responded to my review. I walked into the restroom to find it a disaster and to top it all off, they were out of paper towels.
