Primo giorno di apertura ci si aspettava sconti e gadget, ma nulla...non si sapeva neanche aprisse oggi...tutto sommato finalmente un ristorante mc con tanti posti a sedere all'interno, bello e organizzato sia dentro che fuori. Abbiamo ordinato ma mancava della roba...poi hanno risolto però...Possibilità di ordinare da app e ritirare. Mc drive altezza max 2,80. Posti auto ok. Pulizia va bene, ma non si può vedere pulire 10 tavoli con 1 spruzzo con lo stesso straccio...pulire tavolo, sedia, tavolo, sedia...migliorare...Personale gentile, servizio al tavolo veloce. Ci voleva in un paese così un bel mc!!!

Siamo fermati di passaggio, ho voluto provare colazione da loro. I prezzi sono bassi un caffè e brioche paghi €1,80, servito bene anche pulite le tazze e vassoi. Il brutto che ho visto la persona che faceva le pulizie dei tavoli portava il servizio a tavola. E caffè era fredda perché forse hanno aspettato un po’ per portare al tavolo. Quindi consiglio di ritirare dal banco per non bere un caffè freddo.

Il servizio è stato veloce nonostante ci fosse abbastanza gente nel ristorante. Le patatine erano buonissime e anche i nuggets. Il panino 1955 invece era assemblato un po' male, sembrava essere stato fatto cercando di risparmiare sulla quantità degli ingredienti. È la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere in un ristorante McDonald's. Diciamo che leggendo le altre innumerevoli recensioni che lamentano la stessa cosa un po' me l'aspettavo. È lecito supporre che i manager non leggono ciò che i clienti scrivono, altrimenti certi problemi sarebbero stati risolti già da un po' di tempo. Per il resto l'ambiente era pulito e accogliente.

We ate on-site, whereas last time we ordered delivery. The space is spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of seating, both inside and out. Orders can be placed via app or large pad, with various payment options. The service is fast and accurate, as is the staff, who are knowledgeable and friendly. There's also a children's play area, typical of the McDonald's chain. With online ordering, the menus arrived complete, undamaged, and all packaging is paper, making it perfectly recyclable. The sandwiches, fries, and drinks meet McDonald's standards.

Prima capitava che prendevo i menu al Mc Drive ma quando arrivato a casa ho trovato al posto del the al limone l'acqua, preferisco il ritiro dentro per evitare fregature.

solito mac, ma molto più chiassoso, di sovente è pieno di gruppi ragazzini e/o fanciulli che nell'area giochi fanno "la guerra" :-). Per lo meno il personale è sempre gentile

Io veramente non capisco se i dipendenti ci sono o ci fanno, chiedo due cose molto semplici il panino senza la salsa e la bibita senza il ghiaccio indovinate rullo di tamburi, c’erano sia la salsa e il ghiaccio e in aggiunta questo manco la cannuccia per bere la bibita. Lavorerei un po’ di più sul servizio che offrite ai vostri clienti

Dire che di sabato date servizio 24h e poi realmente non dare servizio, è un pò da ipocriti. Ho chiamato da casa per assicurarmi che fossero aperti prima di recarmi al drive, e al telefono hanno confermato che danno servizio 24h. Bensì se io alle 5:50 arrivo e tu mi dici “stiamo pulendo le piastre, per il mangiare devi aspettare 20minuti” non mi date false speranze alloraaaa!!! Me lo dovete dire se non fate da mangiare ma siete comunque aperti! Non sono la stessa cosa dire di essere aperti e dare il servizio!!!!

There were two of us, and we'd placed two different orders. I placed my order and the receipt paper was out, so I went to the register and a kind girl told me there was no problem and charged me for the order. The ten-dollar bills were missing, so she had to ask a colleague, presumably the manager, to open the other register. I'd paid with 50 euros and spent 12. The change should have been 38, but the girl, probably absentmindedly or mistakenly, gave me 18 in change. Without realizing the incorrect change, I returned to the table. Once back, they pointed out the incorrect change, and so I went back to the register to ask for the missing change. The girl who served me immediately apologized, but the manager immediately told her that it wasn't possible to give money like that without first checking, which was understandable. She then had her colleague check to make sure the money in the register was correct or if there was any extra. After about 5 minutes, after the guy checked both registers, I was told that the money was correct and that it wasn't possible to give me the €20 that hadn't been given to me previously. Now, since I'm sure I had €20 less in change, I wonder how it's possible that the change at the register was correct. I honestly felt like I was lying when I went to the register literally a minute after realizing it. I understand being cautious and checking before giving money, but it seems truly absurd to me that when a young girl asks for change, she's told no, and when an adult intervenes, they're offered a discount coupon worth the missing amount (so €20). The situation was ultimately handled fairly adequately, but I really don't understand a few things: 1. How could the money be returned to the cashier when I received less change, and not by a little? 2. Why does the situation become credible when an adult intervenes, and if a young girl says so, it's not? 3. Why, if, ACCORDING TO THEY, the money was returned, they issued a €20 voucher. That said, I repeat, the situation was handled more or less adequately, despite being treated like a liar, which is why, mistakenly, I lost my temper.

Cold food. Cold fries and burgers. The only thing that was at room temperature—given the time of year—was the ice cream. Now, I don't like writing negative reviews, but I don't like throwing money away either. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. It happens every (fortunately rare) time I order. The food always arrives cold, the sandwich all disintegrated and impossible to eat. And let's be clear, we don't blame the delivery drivers, who are always nice and kind. Today's girl arrived out of breath trying to hurry. The responsibilities lie with others: 1. If you make double deliveries, it's OBVIOUS that the food will arrive cold to the last customer; 2. The delivery drivers aren't equipped with insulated bags that can retain heat; 3. I assume the bags are prepared well before the delivery driver arrives, because such cold and inedible food requires extremely long preparation and transportation times. I know I'm not ordering from Cracco, but I often order online, and the Landriano restaurant is the only one that always delivers food in pitiful condition. Why did I reorder given my negative opinion? Because the previous restaurant hadn't accepted the order, so I settled on the restaurant. You were a fallback. Pathetic. Like the veil I draw. The 4 stars are for the rider. Let's be clear.

Ho trovato il locale in sé pulito e tranquillo, complice il fatto che era mercoledì mattina. Mentre facevo colazione con una spremuta di arancia ho notato un piccolo vermicello che nuotava nel bicchiere. All’inizio pensavo fosse un semino. Ma poi mi sono accorto che si muoveva. So che queste cose possono succedere, ma sinceramente non è stata un esperienza gradevole. Passerà un po’ di tempo prima che torni al Mc.

L’ambiente è meraviglioso, si vede che è appena stato costruito, ma spendere 3 euro di piatto e ricevere una sola fetta di bacon minuscolo, anche cotto male, troppo croccante, quando in foto le fette erano 3. È palese che in questo mondo marcio la colazione salata non viene preparata con la stessa cura con cui viene preparata la colazione dolce, oggi ne ho avuto la conferma. Vi consiglio di rimuoverla, fate più bella figura.

Ho preso il cibo d'asporto. Avevo fretta quindi sono partita subito senza controllare. I McPops li avevo ordinati al caramello ma hanno deciso li dovessi mangiare alla crema, Hanno anche deciso che le nuggets le dovessi gustare senza salse e che evidentemente le patatine normali (fredde) siano meglio delle McShaker Fries Spicy. Se dovesse esserci una prossima volta faccio decidere a loro cosa mangiare che tanto è uguale.

Truly a terrible experience. I once ordered a simple gelato and had to wait 40 minutes: when they finally delivered it, it was completely melted, practically a drink. No apology, no offer to remake it or refund it, as if it were normal. On another occasion, I ordered a menu at the counter and, in addition to the incredibly long wait despite the place not being busy, they got my order wrong. One item was missing, and what was available was cold. When I went back to point it out, the staff was annoyed and unprofessional. I understand there can be confusion, but here we're talking about total disorganization and zero customer service. It's a shame, because with a little more care, the experience would have been completely different. As it is, I won't be returning.

Disorganized staff with counter service. I waited about 20 minutes for service. The quality of the food needs a complete overhaul. I had the CBO and it was cold and poorly made. The nuggets were practically already chewed because they were disgustingly soft. The fries smelled of fish. The only good thing was the Coke and the bag... I still don't recommend it. P.S. I went on Friday, January 23, 2026, around 2:30 PM... not even on time.

I bought six menus this evening, and I have to say they were truly awful. The sandwiches were cold, and the chips were definitely not fresh, but leftovers from lunch. Honestly, if you're going to work like this, I think you'd be better off changing jobs.

Today, September 8, 2025, at the drive-thru, they gave me a bag with napkins that looked like they'd been used (I've attached a photo), cold fries with no salt!! Update July 10, 2025 It's gotten even worse! The food has improved, but the service has gotten worse! The sandwich was well-made and very good (finally), but the customer service, the cashier, the table service, and the management have all significantly worsened! Tonight, April 17, 2025, 10:36 PM The driver ordered a double cheeseburger without cucumber and two mayonnaises... When I opened the bag, the mayonnaise was missing, and even the onion was missing from the bun! Today at 4:30 PM at the drive-thru... I asked for a double cheeseburger without cucumbers, and it arrived without cucumbers and onions!! Cold fries with no salt... I had to go back and they remade them for me. When I remade the bun, the onion was all out! I went back to have it redone, and they made me another one without onion!! I felt like I was being cheated!!! Three times for one sandwich!!! And on top of that, the fourth and final sandwich I received had cucumber in it, which I'd asked not to put because I'm allergic! I didn't have time, so I left and threw the sandwich away!!! No one in charge intervened to apologize! Terrible!!! February 19, 2025 And nothing... This McDonald's has a problem with onions... They don't put any! (See last photo)
