The live up to their claim as worlds best hamburger. Fuddruckers has always offered a great burger. Unfortunately there just aren’t as many around now. This location in Laredo was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful in giving pointers for their burger choices. The dining room is clean. The free refills are great. Burgers are a little pricey but they don’t ask for a tip so probably equals out. The icing on the cake. Free cheese for your fries. Always a great choice. Always a great burger

I’ve been coming to Fuddruckers for over 20 years, and it’s a place that’s stayed true to itself through the years. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is consistent, and the retro decor adds a unique charm you don’t see much anymore. From the perfectly cooked burgers to the fresh toppings bar, everything feels thoughtfully done, with no shortcuts. There aren’t many Fuddruckers locations left, but that just makes this one even more special. It’s been my go-to for years, and I hope it sticks around for many more.

I've eaten hamburgers all across the country, but I'm not kidding Fuddruckers does it for me all the time. In fact, their burgers are better than half of the top 10 best burgers I've enjoyed and in all cases they're also bigger. I hate small burgers. Fresh high quality beef, in house baked buns, made to order, result in a uniquely different and delicious burger that is consistent every time. I just enjoyed a 1/2 lbs juicy burger cooked medium with blue cheese and wedge fries. Fuddruckers are hands down the best burgers in town.

Great burger place that offers a good variety including veggie ones. Once you get into the place, people have to order by themselves, then sit where they desire and just wait for the staff to call your name to pick up your order. The service is pretty fast and the variety of food is very decent, you can build your own burger with the quantity of meat you want, also they have a menu with burger specialties and a small section for exotic meats such as Buffalo or Elk. They also offer a veggie hamburger which basically just contains vegetables although it'd be great if they had something like Beyond meat. If you don't like burgers they also offer salads, wings, etc... Also what I love about this place is that they have a toppings bar where you can choose whatever you want to put on your burger and as much as you want. The beverages are re-fillable except for the beers.

Tasty burgers and fun environment !! Plus, their cookies are to die for. None like them! That's for sure :)

i love chick fil a, the food is always good, the service is fast but it feels a little overwhelming the atmosphere on the employees side. edit: I try the new honey pepper pimento chick sandwich and it was dissapointing. i only see 4 string cheese in my burger, it was too far how they sell it. i'm glad that i put extra cheese in my sandwich.

I usually take my nieces here but entrusted time we come there are no tables available I can't help but feel the area is to small for sitting

Parking was easy. There was no line to order. If u haven't been here u have to take ur time to check out the menu. Good service. Is a bit pricey but they are good burgers. I love the condiments bar and melted cheese for ur burgers. There's no table service u have to pick up ur order. Desserts are good.

Great place. Cashier was cheerful and happy to help. Food was good as usual. They needed to pay more attention to the toppings station this time we visited. Jalapenos were empty, cheese machines were messy and there was a tomato that was stepped on a few hundred times before i saw it.

Had a grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing. Disappointed that the blue cheese dressing was a Newman's Own brand packet. It tasted all right. Salad was a very good portion and tasted good. The toasted bread pieces included with the salad were great. Very soft and fresh. Had a taste of the grilled cheese sandwich. Looks like a lot of bread and is a lot of bread but tasted pretty good. You can taste the cheese despite all of that bread. Nice selection of hot sauces. The decor could be updated a bit.

Just saw some new items on their menu I had that buffalo burger but was staring at that elk burger like something fierce. I put them toppings on and got some of them Tater logs it was some delicious fixings. Definitely will come back to a Fuddruckers and a long time won't be too long for this see my smiling face.

11th Hour

The price for 1 regular burger combo meal is $16. There is nothing special about the flavor and they were out of Milkshakes again. The cashier was rushing the order with no room for suggestions. The bathrooms are very outdated and have bad sewage odor.

The staff was okay, not too friendly nor polite but definitely not rude. The service is a bit confusing if it's your first time, you're suppose to get in line, order then take your seat. They are suppose to call your name but in my case they never asked for it so my food had been sitting up there for a little and I wasn't aware since it's my first time and at the register no one told me. The burger are good and they have a topping bar and condiments. Good place.

This is ridiculous. We all know this place's drive thru is always hell. And most of the time it's faster to just get down. But why in the world are all the parking spots in the front for curbside. 20+ parking spots, that is stupid. I had to park close to the next store. You all are wrong here. Oh and some people still park there and dine-in. So this is all just a burden for your customers and your employees!!! And really hope all your employees get paid well and treated right! Because we all know they are the ones that are making the money for all you executives. And we all know none of you would last long working the line!!!

Date of visit: 10/15/2025 at 12:30 PM I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a kale salad, 8-count nuggets, and chicken noodle soup from Chick-fil-A. When I picked up my order, I immediately noticed that the kale salad looked old and wilted — like it had been left out of the fridge and then put back in. On top of that, the portion seemed unusually small. I walked back in to ask if the salad looked right, and while the director did help me, she seemed noticeably annoyed. She took the salad and said she’d check the weight since it’s supposed to be 3 ounces. She came back and told me — in a somewhat irritated tone — that it was 3.9 ounces with the bowl. I didn’t care so much about the weight. My concern was that the salad didn’t look fresh, and it definitely didn’t taste fresh either. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t stop there. Not only was the service lacking, but the food actually gave me a stomach ache afterwards. I’ve never had this kind of issue at Chick-fil-A before, which makes this visit especially disappointing. Hoping this location steps up both the quality of food and the way concerns are handled.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chick-fil-A location and have visited multiple times with my Emotional Support Animal (ESA) without any issues. However, on March 26, I had an upsetting experience when the on-duty police officer approached me and asked that I not have my pet inside. When I informed him that she was an ESA, I was required to show proof. This was both surprising and frustrating because, in all my prior visits, no one had ever questioned me or asked for any documentation. I’m confused as to why, after so many visits without issue, I was suddenly required to prove my ESA's legitimacy. It felt inconsistent and unnecessary, especially given my repeated patronage of this location. I hope Chick-fil-A can clarify its policies regarding ESAs and ensure that all employees and security personnel are aligned in how they handle such situations. Horrible Service! This is the first time I’ve been here since it opened. All tables were dirty, I had to clean my table. and not to mention trash over-filled the bins, and trash all over the floor- employees would pass by numerous times and wouldn’t even bother picking up but rather comment loudly that there was trash. I ordered off the menu to which they told me they didn’t have that item anymore mind you I ordered at 9:15pm. The cashier kept joking around with team members.

Waited a little longer than usual, that wasn’t too bad. Got home and looks like they skimped on the fries? I don’t remember medium fries like this. Nuggets and sandwich were on point. Fries … not this time.

First thing that we see when we opened our food, a hair on the cheese. literally can’t miss it. they also messed up our order with the drinks and wrong condiments. this isn’t the first time this happens. 🙄

Usually I’m not one to leave reviews but Sofia i believe was her name was on register and had the worst customer service! Horrible attitude and horrible service. Not only was she rude to me but I saw how she treated the young lady and her grandmother that were in front of me. It was a busy time but that does now excuse how you treat others! The rest of the staff was awesome!

The worst location i have been to. Floors are really dirty, service is like a mcds in a bad neighborhood (not good). They don't bring the food to table, even when they give you a table tent. When went to ask they said that they just put the orders in the online pick up area, they don't take them to tables. So whats the reason of the table tent then. Food is left cold. Never have I seen a chick fill ay so poorly managed

It's unbelievable that they kick you out before you've even finished eating. The employees are rude and treat people badly; they have to leave the establishment with their food in hand.

I don’t usually give reviews but this location Chick-fil-A had a worse experience at least for me ask for the order they ask what do you mayo or ketchup I said ketch they brought no ketchup I get it got up and got my self from the station but I order salad they put 2 knives no fork and calling a employee walking around and pretending not seeing me at this point my calling loudly everyone stars at me except him again walks by me this time I’m riding my arm loudly calling him coming to me with sad face I’m like how can I eat salad a salad with a 2 knives he is like they usually put it Im like 2 knives he is like oh no knife and fork I’m like I don’t have a fork though no sorry nothing he brings me fork basically not doing eye contact with me leaves it on the table walks away. It’s really wierd 1st time expiriencing rudest customer service at Chick-fil-A

Two main complaints that are pretty big: 1. The meat is definitely not the advertised size! The 1/2 pound is probably a 1/3 at best, and yes I'm aware meat shrinks when cooked but these burger patties are definitely smaller than they used to be, I've ordered the 1/2 several times from this place and wow are they shorting us on the meat. 2. We ordered a gluten free burger (we go out of our way to come hear BECAUSE of the gluten free option and when we get our burgers we realized they gave whole wheat bread. We had to explain to the counter people that it's definitely not gluten free and after several confused stares we settled for just taking a bunless lukewarm meat with the bread scraped off. On a positive note the Lobby dudes were great and were hustling keeping the place clean. But we definitely won't be coming back

Ordered The Werx. Bread was hard, meat was small for a half pound. There were ice buckets hanging from kids high chairs-unsanitary and can potentially lead to cross contamination, fountain area was moldy and unclean, ice dispenser was moldy, worker picking up trays and drinks didn't even bother to wipe down/ sanitize tables but had a white cotton cloth across his shoulder that "dusted" crumbs of the tables. This place is completely unsanitary on all levels. Dirty, dingy tables, walls are dingy. I left feeling disgusted and didn't feel good about what condition my food might have been prepared at.

Beautiful Life

Very pricey!! Burger is $11 and burger combo is $17!! Fountain drink is $3.50. Be careful of this place. The cashier will add drinks even if you don’t order. Food is ok not worth the price. Table was sticky. This place needs deep cleaning. It’s just convenient next to the hotel that’s all.

Fuddruckers used to be a good restaurant in Laredo to eat at. Not anymore….I ordered a 1/2 pound burger and specifically said for the hamburger patty to be cooked well-done. I guess the cooks were sandbagging it today or do not comprehend what “cooked well-done” means because the hamburger patty was very undercooked (just left the burger there), plus a majority of their fountain drinks were all flat (at least the fries were ok)….either management needs to provide remedial training to the cooks to make sure that they are following proper cooking methods for health reasons, or fire them and hire better workers. Fuddruckers Management, make it happen or you’re most likely going to lose customers for good…..very unsatisfactory
