I ordered the carne asada tacos with pico de gallo,guacamole and sour cream. The meat didn’t taste fresh, it tasted frozen. The condiments were fresh but so cold which made the whole taco cold. The floors were dirty and the atmosphere felt dark and gloomy. Brighten up Chipotle!

Food was good buy the dinning area was dirty. I saw all the tables dirty. I saw one employee pick up a tray but he did not bother to clean the table. The floors were full of small piecesvof chips and left over food. I saw a table with disposable plates and cups that remained there the entire time we were there. I think management should have one employee cleaning tables at all times.

I wanted to refrain from writing a bad review seeing I am a rewards member, however the order I just received from an online order has me in a head spin. I’m an OTR driver and I ordered on Uber Eats from this location to have something to eat on my way back to Dallas and I got a bowl that was partially filled and I was missing the steak I ordered!! Completely unprofessional and I don’t recommend

I really wanted to refrain from writing a bad review because all of the employees are so sweet, but I can’t let this happen to anyone else. On my last chipotle visit, I asked for regular white plain rice in my bowl. Upon eating it, I realized the rice was severely undercooked. It was as crunchy as a taco shell, causing terrible pain in my mouth. A day later, a piece of my tooth has fallen out. Yes, you read that correctly. I urge the kitchen staff to PLEASE ensure you are cooking the food correctly because this is just terrible and embarrassing. Never will I be visiting this location in specific again.

I stopped tonight to buy my favorite burrito and I was very disappointed to see that they were out of roasted veggies and I asked if they have anymore and she just knotted her head indicating no. I felt deceived when I see all these commercials from chiplote stating that everything is fresh. I stopped at 8:25 P:M and I asked on the closing time and they said 11:00 P:M. Employees should be retrain to understand that it don’t matter if they want to be quick, but they need to be efficient and always with the customer satisfaction in mind. Thank you

Portion sizes are small ordered tortillas on the side and they were as hard and crunchy as a chip and falling apart. Food was bland. Queso container leaked all over inside of bag. Would not recommend.

Horrible portions. The worker barely put any rice on my bowl and did not put 4 ounces of protein and when I asked if he can put a little bit more. He told me that it was gonna be charged as DOUBLE portions even if he were to put half a scoop. I get better portions with the same price at Panda Express. This is what 4 ounces of chicken looks like???? The rice is even worse!

IS THIS WHAT DOUBLE STEAK BURRITO LOOKS LIKE??!! 20$ For the smallest burrito of my life, I kindly asked shift leader which was serving me to add a appropriate scoop instead of the skimpy one and he said he simply couldn't and that that was a scoop and then he offered me double protein and I said yes and he proceeded to give a a half scoop and when I told him to add more he told me that was really all he could do. This is what chipotle has gotten to 😒

Took three bites until I finally reached the chicken. There was around 4 small pieces of chicken in it😏. Acting like that chicken be coming from their houses. I normally don’t mobile order cause I know they’ll be slick about it and put less. Especially cause you’re not there seeing how much they put in their portions.

I hadn't gone to a Chipotle since I lived in Chicago a few years ago, I had a craving for it tonight only to be extremely disappointed. Look at this place! it was a mess, the food I remember was fresh, good!, not in this place, the steak looked like it had been there all day, all cold and dry, and it tasted horrible. The tables and chairs looked like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, the floor hasn't been mopped, we're in a pandemic people!, this is discusting for a food place. That's what happens when you let teenagers run the business. very disappointed, I do not recommend this place.
