Place is freaking delicious and very proportionate. Other than the manager being a little mean to the workers (the way I took it), I enjoy getting the 2 for 1 special on Uber eats for maximum dollar to food ratio. The Italian with salt n vinegar chips is the move

I go here all the time with my daughter. Engineer for me and a turkey and provolone for her. Place is always clean. Staff is always nice and welcoming. I just really wish they'd bring back the brocolli and cheese soup.💔

Extremely satisfied. I come here every other day with my kids and sometimes Alone and the food is always great. I dine in and sometimes takeout but The customer service is consistently perfect. Hands down the best place.

Had an amazing experience. All the great selections of subs and salads. The kids always choose their favorites and I always get mine. Super fresh and delicious they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Place is always clean I highly recommend.

I ordered 2 of the New York Steamer, one large and one medium. They did not have pastrami on either one, way to much mayonnaise and barley any flavor. The customer service was good. This was the first time my husband and I went here.

Just bought a sandwich and it was full of hair, not one single hair but bunched up hair inside. It was disgusting. One hair I can understand but bunches of hair is just inexcusable and careless.

The location does not have items I ordered on the app. Items were literally missing from my order, and they refused to refund the cost of the items. Reporting through the app did nothing, so here we are. Enjoy my honest review. There's 100,000 restaurants in this city. I can go without Firehouse Subs.

Website sucks. Wouldn't let me change my address. Arbitrarily moved my order from chosen store to this store, obviously based on my old address. Didn't realize this until went to pick up order. Fire whomever designed that bullshit website.

So disappointed! First time ordering here and I really wanted to like it. Partly my fault for forgetting to ask for it not heated. The lettuce is limp & slimy, there is so much dressing on it that by the time I got it home the bread was a soggy, gloppy mess. The parts that were not soggy tasted old & dry. I placed the order online and when my husband arrived to pick it up he was told they did not have the order that I must have sent it to a different store. Before the employee tried to sort out the order problem he told my husband to step aside so he could help the customer behind him! I told my husband I was certain I ordered from this location and the guy finally looked again and said Oh - here it is! Really poor customer service!
