If you want a good good sandwich that surpasses Subway go to Jimmy John's. The place is impeccably clean and all the ingredients are absolutely fresh. The sandwich was delicious!!!! The service was excellent and best of all it's family owned!!!!. My son and I enjoyed it thoroughly!!!!!😮😁🙋🇺🇸

The service is beyond phenomenal. I ordered delivery and tripped and spilled my pop on the way back into my house. The delivery guy saw it happen, made sure I was okay, and then went and bought me a bottle of pop. I was extremely impressed!

The team that served me this day was three guys named Marcos, Jonh, and Mario. It was a pleasant atmosphere, they do a very good job in what they had to do in a respectful way for me and other customers they served as well, they are an excellent example of what Laredo needs in terms of customer service. Delicious! Great prices, amazing value. We had the Beach Club and a #9, I think it's a spicy Italian. We got 2 16 inch on the 9 grain bread and split them. We brought most of them home. Our bill was barely over 30 bucks and the sevice was great too. I wish I'd taken a picture. Can't wait to go back and try the tuna.

We had the Italian and the beach both were amazing. My daughter treated me to lunch today. The 9 grain bread and the subs were delicious. The staff were polite. The best subs I have ever had!

The staff was night. I came in with them having less then an hour before closing time. I was disappointed as they said they ran out of bread and only had slices of wheat bread. I felt that I should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. The sandwich was good.

The veggies were pretty cold like freezer cold. The tuna has onions but doesn't start that on menu. The restaurant was super clean.

Food is fair, staff is good and goes out of the way to serve you, place needs organization and upkeep, worker has family or child on the premises.

The staff was night. I came in with them having less then an hour before closing time. I was disappointed as they said they ran out of bread and only had slices of wheat bread. I felt that I should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. The sandwich was good.

Not even a complainer in the slightest, but we put in an online order, and our order was wrong. Then when we called to let the store know, the manager was combative and said he made the sandwiches personally and there was no way they were wrong. when we went to get our corrected orders, the staff didn't apologize and seemed bothered he had to make them again and his attitude was very flat. I absolutely love JJ's and understand it was close to closing hours, but being a former employee of JJ's I know it doesn't take long to remake a Sammy. Still love JJ's but the staff in Laredo is awful.

Our experience was severely marred by the poor customer service and egregious disregard for sanitation displayed by the employees. When placing our order, the employee's response to my husband's inquiry about cheese options was abrupt and accompanied by a smirk. My husband ordered a turkey sandwich, and I ordered a chicken sandwich to eat in, but the employee neglected to provide me with a receipt. The situation escalated when my husband observed an employee engaging in unsanitary behavior, which he politely brought to their attention. However, his concerns were met with disdain, smirks, and eye-rolling. My husband subsequently requested a refund and cancellation of his order. As we exited, the employees directed derogatory comments and laughter at us. This experience led me to advise others against visiting JJ Sandwich Shop if they expect a basic level of customer service and adherence to hygiene standards.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive thru for dinner yesterday and the employees and manager are extremely rude! I’m not sure how these rude individuals are even employed to be honest. This is not the Jimmy John’s culture. Sadly, it’s the only one in Laredo. It’s not ok to treat people poorly. Do your job with respect and integrity. If not, find another job! This restaurant needs a new owner and management team that will make Laredoans want to return without hesitation.
