Honestly, they serve the best steaks in Laredo and nobody can tell me any different. It's just their services is better than everybody else in Laredo .

Food is good. They were full so it took a while to get a waiter at the table. Maybe they were understaffed but they were really helpful with their service when available. overall pretty good place to eat with friends and the bread rolls are amazing

I love Texas Roadhouse, the food is great and big portions. It is a good steakhouse option. They open at 2:00 pm weekdays so the waiting lines can be long and take time to get seats.

If you ever have been to a Texas roadhouse this was exactly what you expect. Great food, service was good, restaurant was clean. Downsides these are always loud holding conversations is hard. The wait was an hour. Upsides food was spot on and my drink never ran dry.

Restaurant is always packed, the waiters take a bit long when requesting refills &/or extra items, but they are friendly & seem like their hustling. Steak had great taste, and so did all the side dishes. Chicken fried steak was thin but wasn't great. Chicken salad could be better, there was no choice for a specialty salad like something with fruits, spring lettuce etc . Restaurant is a bit too dark and could use more lighting. All in all it was good and we would go back.

Very dissapointing to see such a great restaurant just allow someone to vape inside the building. Especially when they're standing right in front of the host stand. If ruining the ambiance wasn't enough, or experience was a negative one. We ended up receiving our streaks before ever got our salads. Steaks were the wrong temperature when they arrived.

Texas Road house has the dumbest hours. They don't open until 2pm M thru T and the hours change on Friday Saturday and Sunday.. I guess this Texas Road house doesn't need any business instead they should open everyday at 11am so they can become a successful resturant. But don't listen to me and your resturant will lose business and not survive in Laredo.

The food is good, but its a 1 star for the horrible management. They have over an hour wait for any size table (yes even two people) and its because they have their staff trying to learn a line dance while theres over 5 empty tables and the line is out the door. If you do go, you can sign in online or call ahead to wait the hour remotely and when you do take a look around and count how many empty tables you can find while the line is out the door!

I am a frequent customer, and I reserved a table for my family online. We arrived and the hostess sat us. The waiter arrives and starts taking our drinks without advising us of not having carbonation for the sodas/drinks and has us guessing which drinks we can choose from, after that we ask for a appetizer which was the “Onion Blossom” and we ordered our food as well. 40 minutes later after not seeing the waiter again they bring out our food without any appetizer. The waiter goes on to blame the cooks, in the first place he didn’t have it noted on the tab. Therefore we ask for management to fix the issue and they come off aggressive arguing towards my family. (Busboy claimed to be “security guard” for “management” I will not be a returning customer. Bad service to the consumers.

I understand that you guys ran out of stuff but at least have the decency to take our orders and not ignore us. It was only two of us and the water ignored us we never got to order our food. Only good thing were the rolls and the hostess was nice and welcoming.

Very disappointed with my visit here tonight… ordered the full rack of ribs and to my surprise they were served to me refrigerated cold. SMH Spoke to the manager about it and little to no apologetic response was given. Oh, but 25 minutes later they did bring me a new rack of ribs out. People go out and spend their hard earned money at your establishment to enjoy their meal. No attempt to correct the situation, no sincere apologies, and I’m thinking this is how The Road House conducts business now. Will definitely be making a formal complaint with their corporate office. Nothing bothers me more than a place that serves you bad service. Thank you for allowing me to vent and God Bless
