This is a good Starbucks location. We came by for coffees after a long bike ride. My iced coffee tasted fine. However, my friend's drink didn't taste right because he ordered one of those fancy drinks. The barista was a good sport offered to remake it for him. On the second attempt, it was still bad. He gave up at that point and accepted his fate as a bad drink. I kind of don't like people that keeps sending stuff back. Good customer service for trying.

This Starbucks is located inside a very nice shopping mall it has outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Although the parking lot is very busy. As you walk inside they offer a variety of items which are usually very hard to find at other Starbucks locations I was very impressed. They had a full stock of things and was well organized. The bathroom was very clean as well. The staff was friendly and our drinks came out perfect. I highly recommend this location .

It is my favorite place to get my expresso shot. Sergio has great customer service, he remember names and he is above and beyond!!!

This is my favorite Starbucks! I love the Larkspur Landing shops and chill atmosphere. The whole place is quaint and this little cafe has some of the best service staff. It is kept very clean, there are so many huge windows but also tables with umbrellas for outdoor seating ... If you haven't been here before, come check it out✨

This Starbucks is located inside a very nice shopping mall it has outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Although the parking lot is very busy. As you walk inside they offer a variety of items which are usually very hard to find at other Starbucks locations I was very impressed. They had a full stock of things and was well organized. The bathroom was very clean as well. The staff was friendly and our drinks came out perfect. I highly recommend this location .

The service is always friendly and kind, especially considering I don’t use the app or come in often. If I’ve had a big training day with my dog, I treat her to a pup cup and myself to an ice green tea. We train all over the Bay Area, so every place is different and I purposely try to go to different types of stores—my dog is a beggar and generalizes quickly. She got the royal treatment and my tea was great! We’ll be back.

I came here to study and spent the whole day here. I made some observations while taking my little computer breaks. I really didn't like how two of the workers didn't have their hair tied back especially because their hairs are so puffy and thick. I was really thinking about how much hair had problem fallen around throughout the day. there was one worker I noticed who was very professional. wearing a mask and hair tied. she was clean and always working and friendly to all the costumers. I think her name is Maggie... I tried to take a glimpse at her apron it looks like she wrote her name on it. anyway, that's my only complaint, maybe just advice the employees to keep their hair back and maybe the man can wear a net. they all seem like great people though and super friendly I loved the vibes here.

The staff is always very friendly and they get the orders out to you quickly. They take the time to look at/remember your name when they say goodbye which is always nice. The location is beautiful with outdoor/indoor seating close to water and the ferry terminal.

While on a quick trip to California stopped by. Overall a great gupof coffee. They should clean their restrooms throughout the day.

Nice location and friendly service. I had an iced espresso and it was a nice pick me up.

Don't know why but Americanos are hit and miss at Starbucks. Bitter, too weak, or perfect. Yet I keep coming back.

It's a Starbucks so you know what the quality is. That said, the staff was friendly with prompt service.

I go to this one typically before crossing the Richmond Bridge, it's a nice little place thanks to the plaza it's situated in.

Little more up scale ritzy feeling the new ones in Vegas but has all the same options and same feel with the normal amount of people packed in a Starbucks

They have a couple of high top tables and a few small rounds with bench seating plus a bathroom (there are also restrooms in the main mall part). Can't imagine there are too many people doing a grab and go in the morning but I was here on an afternoon weekday and it was pretty bustling.

I think the staff of this Starbucks should clean the tables faster and stop talking in the front. Talking adds to the noise level.

It's a Starbucks, so you pretty much know what you're getting yourself into. You either like it, or you don't. With regards to this particular Starbucks there are a few things worth pointing out. 1. the line in the mornings is crazy long, but it moves 2. the WiFi is exceptional 3. plenty of free parking 4. there a lot of really nice seating just outside the store and around the property the makes it worthy of a second star alone. So if you're into Starbucks, you can hardly go wrong with this location. But if you're here, there are better coffee options just a few feet away, hint, hint...

There were two teenage girls who were in a horrible mood. They gave the dirtiest looks at my friends and I, and we didn’t even know them. They made our drinks in like a minute and our drinks were all watered down. They didn’t taste good at all, the drinks didn’t taste like they were supposed to. I was shocked and disappointed.

Takes forever to get your morning coffee No line but waited to take order for 5 mins , later took another 9. mins to get my coffee Best to order ahead Also the coffee was mediocre , I asked for extra hot and it was regular temperature and didn’t taste like mocha

They charge $0.25 for a TO-GO cup. This is insane! I’m pretty sure this is not charged elsewhere. Very likely this is some Marin County local environmentalist proposed tax!

Staff were really immature and rude. They gave my friend a sarcastic and rude attitude when he asked a simple question.

Poor service in the morning need work activity

All the 5 employes seemed like it was their first day. They don't greet the customers correctly. They aren't polite when taking orders. One of the baristas was talking to a friend the whole time. And 3 of our drinks came out tasting like crushed iced. No flavor. This is probably the worse Starbucks I've been to , save your time and go to another one its worth the drive.

Horrible service! The cashier didn't seem very accommodating or willing to do her job. I asked her for what kind of tea they had because I couldn't see what they had in the back and all she did was ask me, "What kind of tea do you want?" If I knew what I wanted I wouldn't have asked. How hard is it to actually turn around and read the types of tea you have?! Not to mention when I ordered my coffee, the person making it seemed new. She didn't know what kind of lid to use so she tried one then took it off placing it on the counter after it touched my coffee and whipped cream, then placed it back on my coffee. I was so mad I threw my coffee out and left.

Unfortunately, I’ve been coming here for many years before work, but this is my last time because they completely messed up my order. When i say messed up, i mean they disnt even try to make it. On the Mobile app, I ordered a venti ice shaken espresso, which has 4 shots of espresso. When i picked it up, i was thinking they used a lot of milk because it very milky and white. I wanted the barista to remake it but I was going to be late for work. So I grabbed it, took a sip and noticed no taste of coffee. So I left it in my car for over 10 hours. It was still milky white and no coffee. I asked my coworkers if it looked like it had any coffee in it and they all replied no. I called this location to escalate my concern to the manager on duty. But I was stunned to speak to a barista with very little knowledge on customer service. He was rude, disrespectful, and kept interrupting me. I finally went there and asked them to politely remake my drink as I explained to them that there was absolutely no coffee in the current drink I had. All of them were shocked to see that there was no coffee at all in the drink. I told them I paid $6 for watery milk and it was unacceptable and very disappointing. They gladly remade my drink from earlier in the Morning but this was the last time I was going here.
