The service was good, but there wasn't anything I wanted to order, and to top it off, it was incredibly hot because the air conditioners weren't working. The place really needs maintenance. After a long time, I came back. It's much better now. The air conditioners work, and there was what I wanted. 👌

This place has a lot of problems with water; sometimes there's no water in the bathrooms, not even to wash your hands, but that's a problem in the area. I advise against eating or drinking too much because you'll almost certainly end up using a bathroom without water.
The place is very good, but it's important that the staff be more attentive to customer service, in the sense of being more attentive in case we need anything else from the menu. Other than that, everything is fine.

This place had its heyday, but it's not as good now. The menu is very limited. There are no paninis, even though they mention them on the menu. Cold drinks are limited. There's no water in the bathrooms (you have to get a bucket from a separate tank), even for washing your hands. Hopefully, things will improve soon.
There was no water in the toilets, the place smelled pretty bad, and the air conditioning didn't work well. Or at least it didn't work properly. They didn't have everything they offered on the menu.

Terrible service. I don't know if the staff are always in a bad mood, but I've been there several times and they don't even acknowledge my greeting or thank you. Besides, if they don't have change, they make you wait when it's their responsibility to have that planned for. I understand that this sometimes happens, but the proper way to ask is to give. In my opinion, as a customer, I don't deserve to receive such treatment.
The place is nice, the female employee was very rude with us and the rest of the patrons looks like she didn't want to be there. This place is in las choapas, Veracruz.
What terrible service. The employees are chatting. We walked in for an hour and were sitting there. They never took our order.

The service is terrible, they take forever to serve you, and the staff chats away and even if you're staring at them, they only come when they feel like it. It's a shame they don't take their jobs seriously.
