We had the prongs for appetizers, Amalfi chopped salad, NY strip, Dorado fish and spinach. Everything was so good. Most of our food was recommended by our bartender since we sat at the bar, always a better experience. Don't forget to ask for the off the menu bread. Getting to pick your own fish is also an xtra when dining there. definitely be back to try other items.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. Manager JP went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was flawless, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. The service from James was truly outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the entire meal. The food was nothing short of spectacular. The crab meat eggplant meatballs were a complete revelation—rich, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The lobster cavatelli was incredibly unique, packed with bold, unforgettable flavor, and clearly crafted with creativity and precision. The Turbot was a 10/10. Between the top-tier service, standout dishes, and the stunning, one-of-a-kind venue, Amalfi delivers on every level. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience in Las Vegas that feels both luxurious and memorable, Amalfi is an absolute must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time dining at this Bobby Flay take on an Italian fish restaurant and it was enjoyable, albeit a little odd. The menu is not large but has some very interesting and inventive offerings. Appetizers are not particularly large so don’t plan on sharing. Side are moderate in size and can be shared. Pasta dishes are small and don’t really constitute a full meal so if you plan on pasta you need a side or an appetizers or two. Fish is generous and can easily be shared. You order, in essence a whole fish and it can be served tail on or fully filleted so you end up with two nice size fillets. The quality of the food, its preparation and plating were all very good. Decor is cavernous with stone, glass and leather, not great lighting but you can make out the menu. Noise level was managed nicely so even when full you could converse easily. Service was, as expected, excellent. It’s Vegas expensive and has a very good wine and beer offering. You can eat at the bar without reservations and table seating is available in both the bar area and dining room. Overall it was a very good dining experience. We give it five Google stars or four clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

I returned to Amalfi about one year after my first visit. Last time I had a steak and enjoyed it, but I felt like I missed the point on not having pasta. I fixed that this visit and upgraded my rating. First of all, hats off to our server Chris. The guy was just the perfect Vegas server. He told us how he's worked for Bobby Flay for like 20 years and explained how he's so much better to work with than the other celebrity chefs, and he actually comes personally to check in on the restaurant and knows all of the staff by name. Dope! He upsold us on the foccacia bread ($10) which was really good. Then we split the chopped salad ($20) before our main. I was stoked to get the squid ink fettucine ($38) and my friend had the pasta "rags" ($28). Everything was great all around, and I was shocked when the check came and it was under $100 for 2 people. Sure, we didn't get drinks, but this is a celebrity chef spot on the strip, so I was impressed at the value vs. the alternatives. Being Diamond I get a comped $100 dinner once a year which is what brought me in both times. I'll likely do the same with my 2026 dinner again... and I'll ask for Chris!

This was the best dinner we had during this trip to Vegas. Michelle was a great waitress and walked us through the menu. She made the whole experience 10 times better. The food was incredible. Got to pick our fish out and it paired amazing with the lemon caper sauce. And they had my favorite beer! Will definitely be back to this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely delicious from start to finish. The octopus was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and clearly handled by someone who respects seafood (no rubbery nonsense here). The whole branzino was fresh, flaky, and beautifully prepared. But let’s talk about the squid ink pasta Fra Diavolo 🔥—rich, briny, spicy in all the right ways, and unapologetically bold. The kind of dish you think about later and consider driving back to the mall just for that. Deanna was extremely knowledgeable on all aspect of every dish. she offered great suggestions and really made it an experience worth having! Great food, great atmosphere, and a meal that felt special without being stuffy. We came hungry, left happy, and will absolutely be back.

This upscale restaurant experience was just that...an experience. The charred octopus was absolutely tender and delicious. The pumpkin agnolotti was PHENOMENAL warm spices in a brown butter sauce. Bobby Flay really has a good thing here in Vegas. Now come on back to NYC sir!

the bone-in ribeye. Cooked to absolute perfection, this cut was rich, juicy, and deeply flavorful, with a beautiful sear that hinted at the chef’s precision and passion. It came out sizzling, seasoned simply to let the quality of the meat shine, and practically melted in your mouth. Paired with a glass of full-bodied Barolo, it was unforgettable. But the surprise scene-stealer was the spicy fresh-made pasta—clearly handcrafted the same day, with a tender yet al dente bite. Tossed in a vibrant Calabrian chili sauce with a hint of garlic and fresh herbs, it packed just the right amount of heat without overpowering the complexity of the dish. It was bold, fiery, and addictive—comfort food with a kick. Service was impeccable—attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without pretension. The staff knew the menu inside and out, and their wine recommendations were spot on. It wasn’t too noisy in the restaurant as well.

Loved Amalfi!!! The atmosphere and the food certainly live up to what I would expect from a Bobby Flay restaurant. My wife and I wanted a romantic dinner prior to going to see Bruno Mars concert. The food was exquisite and prepared just right. For the fish option you walk over and personally choose the fish you are going to have. The potato dish was superb. Home run dinning option in a city that has it all.

Amalfi was a standout dining experience in Vegas. Every dish was packed with amazing flavor, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The service was warm, attentive, and made the night feel special. Highly recommend if you want great food and a memorable experience.

A wonderful dining experience. My wife and I went to celebrate her birthday and we had a great time. The food was top notch, as expected and the service was great. Definitely try the charred octopus and mushroom polenta.

We had dinner at the bar and we had a great experience. The food was all phenomenal and delicious ! Would very much recommend and ideally with a reservation to get an actual table. The service was good and overall efficient but sometimes we had to wait I get someone's attention. Ambiance was good and decor is super nice but I personally hate TVs in restaurants but I guess makes sense in vegas while they played some football game.

The food is amazing in presentation and tastes delicious. I especially liked the unique 'olive oil cake' dessert that was so yummy. The ambiance is somewhat posh and elegant. The servers are extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. Overall, it was a great experience.

Dining at Amalfi was an amazing experience! The food was exceptional and the fresh pasta was OUT OF THIS WORLD. This restaurants was also elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for a special night out. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Las Vegas and want a memorable dining experience.

Absolutely amazing experience! We were just there for drinks and appetizers and sat at the bar but they were over the top fantastic ! Presentation quality and service were top-notch ! Arturo was our fabulous bartender and took care of us while we enjoyed the Blue Crab and Eggplant meatballs, Tuna Tonnato and Charred Octopus. Word got out that we were celebrating my milestone birthday and the GM JP presented me with the most mouthwatering strawberry cheesecake 😍 with a candle on top 🥳 It was light and fluffy in texture and wasn’t too rich or too sweet… If you are looking for an elegant place to enjoy a meal (especially if you enjoy fresh fish) while at Caesars Palace, look no further… You will not be disappointed…

This was my second time at Amalfi in Caesars Palace — I first came two years ago and had to come back again. The food was just as amazing as I remembered! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt elegant yet relaxed. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Vegas, and I’ll be back again on my next visit!

By far one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, sauces that are light and full of flavour. Had the most tender charred octopus, and to die for stuffed squash blossoms! The branzino had a beautiful crispy skin. It came with a choice of 3 sauces and I highly recommend the Meyer lemon with capers. Added an appetizer size agnolotti and the triple lemon layer cake. Perfect amount of food to share between 2 people.

The best fish I've ever had. Everything we ate was so good. We got: focaccia bread (not on menu, but they always have it I think), octopus, Caesar salad, gnocchi, chicken Parm, rats pasta, squid ink Alfredo (that one was just ok), crispy potatoes, branzino fish with lemon and capers, and basically one of every dessert!! For a party of 6 this was almost too much but everything was so good... Really well portioned and we wanted to try a bit of everything. All staff was super helpful, the environment was very nice, and the restaurant wasn't too difficult to find within the hotel either. Will be back next time we're in Vegas!!!

We came right when they opened with no reservation. Service was great and quick. The busser was quick to refill our water every time. Appetizer wasn’t too bad, expected a little more from the tuna tartare. For our main meal we went with pasta which was good, but not amazing. Portion is also fairly small. They also have a section where you can choose a live fish they can cook for you. Is it worth the price? Probably not.

I've eaten here twice. The first time I was drunk as hell so don't remember it specifically, but I remember thinking the salad was really good. The second time I had the octopus and burrata appetizer, both of which had been recommended to me and highly reviewed. The octopus was good, but certainly not worthy of all the hype it gets. I wouldn't order it again. The burrata on the other hand?? Outstanding. One of the best apps I've ever eaten - I will come back specifically for this dish. Vibes are cool, service is a little stuffy, I'll be back to try more dishes in the future.
