Lunch with co workers.. we ordered ahead of time but ate inside the establishment. My wing order was wrong but the food was 10/10. I ordered wing and fries, chicken was crispy and food was still hot. The young lady assisting us was amazing and had good energy, I was thoroughly pleased with the service, atmosphere (clean and almost bar type feel) and food.

My family and I went in after the Las Vegas ACES game today! We ordered 1 large pepperoni and sausage pizza, 1 pineapple and pepperoni, wings, chicken fingers, 2 cheeseburgers , double cheese steak and drinks! Everything was delicious! The guy at the counter wasn't friendly at all! The restaurant wasn't that clean and the bathrooms weren't clean at all! Next time we will order to go! The food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service was great, the female worker was super friendly and helpful. They were short staffed . But didn't seem stressed and helped everyone with patience, the wait was worth it. This was our first time eating at a Boston Pizza Vegas. Atmosphere was comfortable and the food was wonderful. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star rating was because of the atmosphere outside was not family friendly. I would only go there in the daytime with my family. Soft drinks were perfect. More bang for the buck. We would eat there again.

The best thing about this pizza is the price. We paid less than $30 for two large pizzas and 2 large drinks on a Tuesday for their deal. The quality was decent! You can't beat that price for the amount of pizza you get. We had to wait like 45 minutes in the dining area for it though. The people working the counter were very nice. The pizza was delicious, but the customer service sucked. They got irritable about asking about an allergy issue and were just all around grumpy. They don't give plates and you have to ask for napkins, which is super weird for a pizza place. Also, they need to update their menu so that it shows they have Starry instead of Sierra Mist. I would just get pizza to go or order ahead so you don't have to interact with the employees much.

Def a one-night stand; should've gotten a Roberto's burrito. Actually, everything I've tried there other than pizza was mid at best BUT Their pizza is great. I've literally spent well over $500 on 1am pizza from them. Inconsistent, but even at its worst it still pretty good - Sometimes it's an hour late, sometimes it's room temp. Whatever, heat it up a little and it's bomb. And they're the only place that delivers downtown past midnight. Dine in at like 10pm and it's awesome.

I usually never write bad reviews but my experience with delivery kind of sucked. The delivery person was nice but it took 1 hr and 30 minutes when they told me it would be 45 mins. I get that they may have been busy but when I called and spoke to the girl at the place she immediately placed me on hold for 5 minutes and was incredibly short and rude. Unsurprisingly the pizza and wings were cold when they arrived. Definitely not worth 26.70. I won’t be ordering from this place again. Also the wings were tough with most of the pieces being to overcooked to bite into.

I have been ordering from there since October because I’m in the service industry and they are one of the few places that do cash delivery. When the food is good it’s really good but when it’s bad it’s really bad. The lack of consistency in their food quality is bad but their customer service is worse. On April 30th around 11 pm there was a guy who I guess hates his job so much he just had to be rude while I trying to place a delivery order. I hung up because if you have that kind of attitude over the phone I don’t want you making my food at all. I have attached some photos from a gyro I purchased in December and it’s like they put a whole uncooked onion in it. I’m not saying don’t order here but just make sure it’s a good day cause on a bad day for them it will be a waste of your money.

Really disappointed tonight unfortunately. I’ve been coming here for awhile now and have never had this experience before… I ordered two 9 piece wings combos. One order was fine other than the fries being extremely soggy. The other combo came with my wing flavors mixed together. I didn’t mind that too much but one of my wings appear to have what looks like a bite taken out of it. This is unacceptable and unhygienic. I ordered online and would really like help with a refund if possible. I hope this can be made right because ew. Edit: Manager Erica refused to refund via Chownow. She said she is sure her staff did not bite it. Well it sure appears as such and because of that I threw my food away. I’m out my $32 I spent here and I won’t return due to the way this situation was handled. Lesson learned.
