Nathan provided exceptional service, was very supportive of our requests, was kind and attentive. Family special is great value. Big portions. Calamari was pretty good. Beef meatballs were great. Caesar salad was a must-order. I like Chef's Signature Caesar a lot too. For main course we had Our Famous Rigatoni "D" which was my boyfriend's favorite. Lasagna was okay. The Grand Chicken Parmesan was my favorite, delicious. Beef Tenderloin Medallions was good. The deserts are okay. Not a must-try but all the food is really big portion.
I have been to this Maggiano's just a few times. This visit was excellent from the host, Felix, taking us to our booth. He was happy and professional. He made us feel welcomed! Sher was our server. She was excellent too. These two individuals were an great example of excellent service. Yes, the food was good. But the service will bring us back. From start to finish, a great experience at Maggiano's today.
Wonderful dining experience. Fantastic food and desserts !! Our wait staff was impeccable!! And yes, I mean staff, we had one main server and there were 3 others assisting him. We were a table of 5.
Chelsea was an exceptional waitress. The atmosphere is pleasant and calming - love the music. The Maggiano salad was delicious and my chicken Parm was just right. My husband loved his wagyu meatball, and our cheesecake was exceptional.
My wife and I love this place, its our favorite Italian restaurant in the city and we have an absolutely amazing time every time. Our server, Paula, was absolutely amazing. The food is great and the service is nothing short of stellar. Large portions, you will need to go boxes.
My husband and I had the most amazing date night at Maggiano’s in Downtown Summerlin. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — they truly rolled out the red carpet for us. The service was absolutely incredible, attentive without being overbearing, and everything flowed seamlessly. The wine was rich and smooth, pairing perfectly with our meal. We enjoyed a delicious spread — steak with lobster tail, lasagna, fresh bread with oil and balsamic, and to finish, the most decadent desserts (cheesecake and warm apple crostata with ice cream). Every bite was incredible, and the presentation made it even more special. Dessert and wine were the perfect ending to our night. We left feeling so cared for and celebrated. Thank you, Maggiano’s, for making our date night unforgettable — we’ll definitely be back!
What a wonderful place! Cozy, excellent service, and delicious food. It took us to another place it felt like for a Thuraday afternoon. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the yummy lemon cokies, too!
MLI is an excellent place to get authentic Italian cuisine. The service is marvelous, and the food is remarkably delicious and in abundance. Our server was Anthony, and he had exquisite ideas for our group. The food arrived at our table just as he described. From the appetizers to the entre and desserts, we were not disappointed. Oh I highly recommend trying the Italian coffee 😋. MLI 5☆Easy 💪🏾👏🏾👍🏾👌🏾🤩
Shaunte was our server, and she was absolutely delightful. She was personable and had wonderful suggestions for our dining experience. I had the Fettuccine Bolognese, which was prepared with a white wine. My business partners had Mama's Lasagna and Lemon 🍋 🌿 Herb Salmon. Both mentioned how delectable their food was. Whether health conscious or ready to indulge in Italian decadence, Maggiano hits the spot! Everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere.
One of my favorite Italian places to eat! Came here on a busy Sunday evening; there were a lot of big groups but we made reservations and were seated right away. Our waiter, Niccolo, gave us great service and was very attentive. We got the crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers and they did not disappoint. We also ordered the pomegranate martini and old fashioned and the presentation was A1 as always. The fresh bread, oil and vinegar is one of the highlights every time I come to Maggiano’s; I could eat a whole meal of it! I ordered the blackened salmon with crisped shrimp and mashed potatoes. This was my first time ordering this dish and I didn’t love it due to the spice from what I think were jalapeños but the rest of the dish was pretty good. Overall, I enjoyed our visit and would definitely return here
Dellicious food with great service. The lunch specials were priced fairly and are a great way to try various menu options. I loved the meatball sandwich, tender and flavorful. I paired it with the minestrone soup and it was terrific. If you drink wine this quickly becomes a pricey lunch but it's otherwise very affordable. A great spot for authentic Italian dining.
Nothing about this place feels like a "chain restaurant". Maggiano's in every way embodies specialty dining. We were torn on a couple meal decisions and deferred to our waiter, Nathan, to help with his suggestions. The man knew his menu and didn't disappoint! Nathan's suggestion of the Zucchini Fritte with Lemon Aioli set a high bar for the rest of the meal. It was amazing. Crunchy, flavorful and just...wow. my salmon was perfectly done, very flaky and not even a teensy bit dry. My son had the Maggiano's Chef KBs Lobster Carbonera and the flavors were incredible. Sugar peas were so crunchy and fresh and they didn't skip on the pics of lobster in the dish. Finally, my husband tried a new addition to the menu, Riserva Veal Parmesan, also suggested by Nathan. My husband swears it was the best veal parm he's ever had. While the portions were huge and we came home with leftovers, we also took dessert to go. The Butter Cake is so yummy. We'll be returning often for the food, atmosphere and Nathan!
UPDATE: Went again on Jan 3, 2026 They were just as good as the first time. We had family style this time and it was a great deal, with more than enough food to fill everyone up and have leftovers to take home. ‐------------------------------- I went here with my family, I have never eaten here but it looked really nice and I was excited. Our server was Jay, and he was amazing. He gave us great service and great recommendations. He was very gracious and accomdating to our young children. We loved him! The menu offers family style options, and they also offer a childs menu. 2 of the couples opted for the 2-person deal for 56.00, which offered an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. The kids ordered spaghetti, and 1 ordered chicken and broccoli. It also offered a dessert. The WHOLE meal was fabulous. For appetizers, we had the brusshetta, the antipasto platter, and the crispy zucchini frites. The brusshetta was already cut (so much easier to eat), which was fresh and the flavors bright. The antipasto platter was so big with the best cheese I've had in a long time. The zucchini really was so crispy and delicious. I had the chicken piccata it was flavorful, and the chicken was tender and juicy. Highly recommend! Everything I tasted from the others was also soooo good. The kids really enjoyed their meals, and it was evident by actual empty plates. The desserts that were picked the butter cake and creme brulee. Omg, to die for and quite big for 2. The kids picked either the ice cream or the lemon cookies, and it was also so good! We also had a pitcher of the red sangria. What a great addition to our meal. There were no complaints about this meal, only raves from everyone. I can highly recommend this place!
Went in today with my husband around 3. Had a reservation and was sat about five minutes after. Sergio was our server and he did a great job keeping up with refills, answering our questions and was very nice. The food was amazing! His tenderloins were cooked rare to perfection my pasta was delicious but we filled up on appetizers! The zucchini and stuffed mushrooms were fantastic. Probably were there 90 minutes and the courses were spaced out appropriately. Wonderful first time experience!
We reserved the banquet room for our rehearsal dinner of 34 people! It was amazing! The environment was so warm and romantic, the food was amazing and honestly it way surpassed my expectations. The host were amazing. Everything was so elegant and beautiful. Would totally recommend for a rehearsal dinner.
We just went here for the first time tonight. I am very impressed with the food and service. We got the 4 course meal and it was really good! We loved the salads and French bread and that we got to sample some of their best dishes and deserts. I had Leslie’s lemonade and it was the best I have ever had. They also had the best cheesecake I have ever had. This was the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to and will definitely be returning for birthday’s and celebrations!
I've eaten at Maggiano's Little Italy a few times and I realized the other day that I have never written a review about this restaurant. I recently had the opportunity to visit again on 9 Sep 2024 with my family and the experience was identical as the previous three visits...just simply phenomenal. When we walked in, I was surprised that it wasn't busy at all considering every visit in the past had the entire dining area filled. I wish I could remember all of the servers we've had in the past because the service at this restaurant has always been no less than extraordinary. Regardless, during the 9 Sep visit, our main server, Alex, did an outstanding job for the entire evening; he was highly attentive, operated efficiently, and was very friendly. The restaurant décor is always so warm and inviting which adds to the positive dining experience. The facility was clean without containing any food or trash laying on the ground as I've seen at other "popular," franchise Italian restaurants. For our recent visit, we ordered Italian Meatballs, Crab Cakes, Side of Chopped Salad, Side of Italian Tossed Salad, Fettuccine Alfredo w/Herb Roasted Chicken, and Linguine Di Mare. Everything was magnificent with the star entrées being the Linguine Di Mare and Italian Meatball. This restaurant has such a wide variety of Italian dishes and I'm sure everything is great; however, I have a difficult time going away from my Linguine Di Mare. I mean, seafood and pasta...how do you ignore that? I can't remember everything we've ordered in the previous visits, but I do recall us ordering the Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta, Mushroom Ravioli, Spaghetti and Meatball, and Chicken Piccata. Again, the food was excellent, which is why we continue to revisit this restaurant. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was perfect - you definitely get your money's worth at this restaurant! I especially respect this business for their continued support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans...thank you for that! I know there's two Maggiano's in Las Vegas with the other one located inside Fashion Show Mall. This is great for all the tourists/visitors staying in the Las Vegas strip area, because they can experience this restaurant without having to travel all the way to Summerlin to get some quality Italian dishes. Whether you're a local or a visitor, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Great Italian food! It is a bit more expensive than what I was expecting but then again I don't always dine at fine dining so I won't complain because it's very delicious. I will come back for sure!
I had a very delightful experience when I visited for the first time on August 5, 2023 .. The service was very professional and this was definitely the first time I have ever been to a restaurant that explained to me what was in my bag , to appropriately assure me that all my items are in there. I ordered the Salmon Lemon Herb , Wish Lemonade, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes And the food was great and worth bragging about, I also felt like it was worth what I paid for. Overall I loved everything and Maggiano's can definitely expect a future visit from me.
Excellent place to eat Italian pasta, one of the best in Las Vegas. I recommend the Fettucine Alfredo and the Chicken Marsala. Very good prices with excellent quality. I like the offer they have with food to take home included in the price. Highly recommended.
Tonight was our first time at this place, We are family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and we got the family style meal which are 2 salad, 2 starter and other 4 different kinds of main course plus we got assorted delicious dessert honestly we couldn’t finish our food and ended up on the box to go. everything was great the food and the service was amazing. Definitely 👍
Matthew was an excellent waiter. He was sweet and kind. He did all the extras and gave us a good experience. We witnessed the patrons at the table next be incredibly rude to the staff. The man at the table was aggressive and it was scary how he escalated. The managers handled the guy with ease. The lady at the table even stole the waiters tip after the man threatened the managers. Unbelievable. Dinner was yummy! Be kind people.
For just about $50 pp it's a massive Thanksgiving meal that guarantees even the most hearty appetite will walk away with leftovers. And what's a Thanksgiving meal without leftovers? That would be a rare event. Anyway the portion sizes are humongous. For party of two it seems like it's serving 4. Obviously to go boxes stacked up a few at the end. Service was mostly good but given the full house and more waiting at the front, service sometimes was slightly spotty. Overall it's a good celebration here.
Had reservations on Easter, extremely packed. However we maybe had to wait 8min for our table. The ambience was nice, a lot of seating, played great music. The prices are affordable, the food was absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to go back there. Our waiter, was a little on the slower side. We had no napkins, silverware for at least 40min. He brought out my 3yr Grandson food first. The three adults waited over 35min to get our food. I thought that was strange, being we all should of gotten our food at the same time. Had to wait for my Grandsons apple juice over 15min. My Son in Law requested refills on his soda. The first two request were prompt. However the 3rd request for a refill the waiter took his glass and never brought back his refill, until I asked about his drink, it took over 40min just to get his refill, because the waiter simply forgot his drink. We wanted to order dessert, however we knew that would of probably took over 1hr to receive the dessert. I will definitely go back, but not during a Holiday! Excellent food, great prices, not to mention a take home entree is only $5.00. I'm excited to go back again, hopefully it will be less crowded.
Me and my date came to Maggianos in Downtown Summerlin for his first time ever visiting Vegas. I told him that I adore this place and we decided to make a whole event out of it. Walked around the mall, did holiday shopping, and then sat down for a big meal. Our server, his name was Sergio, was EXTREMELY sweet. Very accommodating and had a sense of humor. We ordered an appetizer, the Zucchini Fritte, which tasted amazing, and then we ordered our main course. Now, my date and I love talking so we didn’t realize how long it had been since we ordered. Didn’t complain or even care about the wait, but after around 30 minutes of waiting for our main course, a manager came over and informed us that our meals were comped for the wait. Like I said, we didn’t complain or even notice the time had passed, especially because our appetizer came super quickly and we were eating that in the meantime. The customer service was exceptional and the food was delicious. Definitely will be coming back. Don’t have photos of the Zucchini but here’s the Ravioli and cake I got!! Definitely recommend.
Service was welcoming and amazing, very great server we had. Food was top tier, and didn't take long. Every dish was share-sized. Can feed 2 people with any of the entrees. We went with a group of 6 and had a fantastic experience. Will definitely be coming back here again. 10/10 place.
Had an amazing experience here, largely thanks to our servers John and Alex. Both were absolutely fantastic and attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. You could tell they actually cared about making sure we had a great time, not just checking boxes. Service was smooth, timing was on point, and they made the whole experience feel effortless. Give those two a raise because they’re doing the most 👏🏽 Will definitely be back.
They had ruined the way they do family style for a minute there. I left the negative review below and a few weeks later they had changed it again to make it not suck anymore. Not sure if my one crybaby review had anything to do with it, or if it was just a coincidence. But either way my complaint was addressed. I had them cater my holiday party and it was a big hit. So. Hey. Thanks for listening. I was going to do family style for my birthday a couple months ago. It had changed and the changes ruined it so I cancelled and left a lukewarm review complaining about it. Then a couple weeks later I checked their website and they had addressed all my complaints. I’m not sure it had anything to do with me. But maybe me and some other people complained. Anyway they seem to have fixed it. So that’s cool. Family style at maggianos was always a birthday staple in our family. I recently called to make a reservation for my birthday. Then afterward I went online to make sure it was still similar. Man what a disappointment it is now. You used to be able to choose 8 or 10 dishes. Now they choose all the apps and salad for you and it’s all stuff I wouldn’t order. And they removed several of the things I always ordered from the few choices you actually have. And it’s 50 bucks now. I get that times are hard but charging more for a lesser version is the wrong tactic. Everything’s more expensive these days so that’s to be expected. But let us pick our own stuff. Anyway I cancelled the reservation and I guess we won’t be doing family style there anymore. It’s a huge bummer. It was fun while it lasted but it sucks now.
We were there celebrating 2-50th anniversaries and a birthday. Lexi and Roman was our servers greeting us with their big smiles, they were both very attentive and caring and made our experience great, the food was awesome, because you brought back the eggplant parmesan that made 2 of our gst very happy. The beef medallions is always good. Thank you Maggiano's and Lexi & Roman for making our Celebration a great experience.
Not my first time. My good friend asked his young lady last night 10/25/25 to marry him. She said Yes. I contacted the restaurant ahead of time. The staff was amazing. Our server Johnny was great. His attention to detail was awesome. Maggiano’s is truly a gem of Summerlin. Last night was a great evening. Want to Thank all that were there for allowing the proposal to be remarkable. Thank you allowing us to interrupt for a few minutes. Las Vegas residents are amazing. The Chef came to greet us. Sir your dishes were truly delicious. Sorry for backing up service lol. Thank you
We had dinner here with a larger group of family and the food/service was excellent! The appetizers came on time and the main dishes were large portuy. Highly recommend!
Yeah, it's a chain, but it's a nice one. The food was excellent, and our waitress Cher was very attentive and friendly. It felt like I was talking to a friend who happened to be really knowledgeable about the menu, rather than purely transactional.
If I could give more stars, I would! John was our waiter and he did a fabulous job! Every staff member that walked past our table was very attentive. It's common to receive good service, but these guys went above and beyond for us! It's been a very long time since I received that great of service! I will certainly be back!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — they truly rolled out the red carpet for us. The service was remarkable; the staff was wonderfully attentive but never intrusive, and the entire evening was perfectly orchestrated. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and promptly seated at our table overlooking the bustling city below. The ambiance was elegant, with soft lighting and gentle music creating a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. We enjoyed a delicious spread — my wife ordered a seafood assortment, which arrived beautifully presented with a variety of fresh catches, including succulent grilled prawns, delicate seared scallops, and a perfectly cooked lobster tail. I opted for their cheese ravioli, which was cooked al dente and bathed in a creamy, flavorful sauce. We were also served fresh bread, the perfect accompaniment to our meal. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Drinks were refilled promptly, and the plates were cleared with efficiency and grace. To finish, we were offered a selection of after-dinner drinks and coffee. I would have ordered dessert but couldn’t finish my main course, let alone dessert. The portions were generous, and the overall experience was simply delightful. Considering the high cost of dining out in Las Vegas, I found the price very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service. You’ll definitely need to make reservations during peak service times.
I ordered catering from this location rather than the Strip location for ease of access. While it's still pretty far from me, it's much more accessible than the one on the Strip. They called me earlier on the day of pickup to confirm everything I needed and they were so great when I needed to make a slight change (added cheese back in since our vegan wasn't coming). My husband picked up the order an had no issues, quick and easy! The food was amazing and was a hit with our guests! I mean who doesn't like a pasta party?! We popped everything in the oven to keep it warm while setup finished and once we opened it, my stomach was growling for that food. We ended up getting the spaghetti w/ wagyu meatballs and the four cheese ravioli. The spaghetti was really good! You could see the basil and taste how fresh it was. And the ravioli, wooooo! It was in a sort of creamy pesto sauce and I was sure to keep any leftovers because I knew I would want to eat that for days. When pricing everything out, I thought Maggiano's had the best value for the food you are getting and the cost. We ordered the 2 pasta catering option for 8 to 10 people. We had 8 people and lots of leftovers. Don't sleep on Maggiano's for your catering needs, absolutely worth it and you'll seem really fancy!
Thank you so much to our server Anthony! We truly appreciate your kindness, hospitality, and excellent service. Anthony made us feel so welcome, attentive, and cared for, without ever being disruptive. Every time we dine here, we leave feeling completely satisfied. The food is delicious, with great flavors in every dish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for any occasion with friends or family. We always feel well taken care of, and we can’t wait to come back again soon.
Been going to Maggianos since the 90s in Cali, and this one at DTS here in Las Vegas since it opened. Love the food, service, atmosphere and just think it's an all around great outfit. The reason Im writing tonight specifically is because I must recognize two wonderful people who work here. Edith might be THE sweetest person ever. No joke. I was crying, having a terribly sad day today due to a number of different reasons and she could see me falling apart and went out of her way to comfort me and you can tell it was so genuine and sincere. What a beautiful human being this restaurant is lucky enough to have!!! Hope they appreciate her. Daphne was also very kind and caring. They are a great team working the to go orders which is not easy I promise you. They are 2 extra special cuties that really made me feel a lot better just by being THEMSELVES!! May Gd bless them with exactly what they deserve!!
Overall, would recommend and will go back again. We went twice recently. The first time we did regular dining room seating. Our server was super friendly but a little overbearing. I want to eat dinner, not look at photos on the server's phone. 🙄 We had wagyu stuffed shells with ricotta (yummy, creamy, the wagyu blend had a lot of celery/filler; I'd rather have all meat and not spend money for "wagyu" if it's mostly filler), blackened salmon with shrimp (delicious sauce! And definitely has a kick if you like heat; salmon was overcooked but the shrimp were perfect), bruschetta (the highlight of our meal, honestly. The bread had the right amount of toastiness, the tomatoes were super fresh, and the pesto was tasty). We went back again about 2 weeks later and did bar seating. We ordered chicken parm (super crunchy crust! And the plate was big enough to share), bruschetta again, calamari (lots of "babies", not just rings, and great flavor), and roasted asparagus (nice! But thin spears). We also got a mule that packed a serious boozy punch, a rye old fashioned, and a blackberry bourbon lemonade that was very refreshing although I am pretty sure they forgot to put the alcohol in it.
I haven't been here since covid Everything about Maggiano that I remember has changed. Its not the same warm feeling 😕 and more. Its like going to Applebee's The meat ball spaghetti 🍝 was okay Dish came out luck warm. I just miss the old Maggianos
Excellent service. Great value. We took lots of food home for lunch the next day. Delicious options. We had several appetizers, 4 entrees, bread, sangria and wonderful desserts. It was a lovely setting with delicious food and exceptional and attentive servers.
We came here for dinner right after the Chinese New Year's parade 2025. It wasn't very busy, but then everyone started to make a line. Our server Jay was fantastic and very promt. The only issue was the shrimp, and most of the seafood was overcooked. The bread is pretty dry. Calamari was pretty good.
Update: Met a friend here for lunch. It has been a minute since I last ate here. What we ordered: 1.) Meatball appetizer $16.50 this was delicious meatballs were cooked right and moist. 2.) Spaghetti and meatballs $25.50 My hubby said it was bland and his meatball was over done. 3.) Rigatoni Bolognese $27.50 My friend said it was just ok and over priced in her opinion. 4.) Mushroom Ravioli $25.50 this was just ok also and the ravioli skin was thicker more than I expected. 5.) Lemon Cookies $7.00 for six Located at Downtown Summerlin right next to a beautiful water fountain and across the street from H&M. Dinner night out with a friend and Adam was our server. He was very friendly, attentive and personable. What we ordered: 1.) Meatball appetizer. The meatballs tasted good but a bit over cooked and the Marinara sauce was a bit tart. 2.) Dinner Salad lettuce and ingredients were fresh. 3.) Angel hair pasta with clams and white sauce. The clams were good the pasta was a bit over done not Al Dante. 4.) Lasagna my friend said it was tasty. 5.) lemon Cookies for dessert still yummy but the size of them have gotten smaller. Not bad for a chain restaurant.
Been to Maggiano's several times on the strip. Came to this one in summerlin for the first time. I'll start with the positive. Our waiter and staff were awesome. They made my little boy's birthday special especially the cake with candles. The appetizers were awesome. But then the main entrees arrived, the food wasn't that good. The fish didn't taste fresh, the shellfish in my pasta was salty in my linguine de mare and the pasta sauce wasn't that flavorful. The manager and our waiter were notified and they made us feel better by working something out for us at the end which is why I didn't give a lower rating. The parking is horrible especially on a Friday night. So make sure you get there early especially on the weekend.
We went at lunch time and seem to only have one person working there playing bartender, waiter, and cook. He made great efforts to support us but was incredibly slow and hard to find when we needed support because he seemed to be there alone. Maybe this place is better at peak.
My family has visited Maggiano’s several times and the service and food have always been excellent! We ordered to go for Thanksgiving a few years back and it was also great. We unfortunately had a horrible experience for a large family to-go order on 12/27/25. The food was ready for pickup on time and we received a nice quantity of food. Other than this we were so disappointed and embarrassed to serve the food to our guests. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms absolutely, they had no flavor; very bland. The salad was decent. The chicken parmesan was burnt and very, very dry and there was not nearly enough sauce on it. The shrimp Alfredo had overcooked/rubbery/bland shrimp and the noodles also did not have nearly enough sauce. The tiramisu was also okay. We would still eat at the restaurant but will never order a large meal again.
Our server was kind. Food runners had the orders mixed up, but not too big of a deal. The portions were disappointing. My Italian grandmother would be furious! My lasagna was quite dry Calamari could have more seasoning, zucchini was great, the dressing for it too tangy though. The atmosphere was okay. The tables are crammed a bit, and our 9 person party was seated at an 8 person table with AC extra chair squeezed in. My biggest complaint is the tipping assistance chart on the receipt. They include tax in the calculation for the tip. It is not now, and never has been, normal to tip on taxes.
The food is typically good, but this time around everything was so salty and I literally had to douse my mouth with water just to get the saltiness out of my mouth. We were really disappointed because we have never had that experience ever. Service was good but slow, it was a Friday late lunch time. Strawberry lemonade was on point tho.
We ordered two mains & two appetizers (for pick-up); regretfully, the food was downright awful. I really do hate to say negative things, but management and other customers deserve to know. Overall, my wife and I gave the food quality a 3 out of 10. Neither of us finished anything, and sadly just threw most of the $140 meal away (I've never done that before in my life). With all bad things, I have to say something good: Out of the things we ordered, the Zucchini Fritté we're pretty okay [6/10 🤷♂️]. Sorry @Maggiano's
Maggiano's home of the Bone Dry Chicken. Does chicken parm not come with sauce? Marinara? Something?? I ordered three orders of chicken parm for delivery last night. All three of them were bone dry. Is the marinara extra? Do I need to specifically ask for it? Are they sending another driver with the sauce? Oh, and the bread. I guess this place doesn't serve bread anymore either. Curiously the pasta looks like it met some marinara at some point, though there was none included in any of these containers. I should have ordered from Olive Garden. Their marinara is terrible, but bad sauce is better than none at all. This place lost a customer. If you are looking for a chicken cutlet with a dollop of cheese melted on it, and nothing else, Maggiano's is for you.
I have no comment on the service, but the takeout meal was absolutely atrocious. I should have listened to my gut about driving 25 minutes here, but I had to listen to it anyway after I ate some of it! I had the ‘finest’ Fettucine Alfredo. It wasn’t seasoned, the chicken was undercooked, the noodles were soggy. I had to season it myself when I got home. Imagine having to season your own $30 meal, I paid YOU PEOPLE to season it! Also, it wasn’t fresh. It tasted like it was made hours earlier, refrigerated and then reheated again when I ordered it. If that is the case, it is diabolical to charge someone $30 for a microwaved meal, could have went to the frozen section of the grocery store and saved myself $25. I will never go to this location again and will just pay the extra dollar for a plate on the Strip. Disgusting.
