I asked the employee that was making my sandwich to toast my sub bread before making it instead when she shows it to me it was barely even toasted no browning of the bread and the sandwich was made in a rush but they werent even busy at all that employee looked so mad like they didnt want to work there. here's my advice: slow down when its not busy be respectful and as a employee that makes subs ask what else would like on it and wait until they the customer is done talking dont rush a sandwich or else it turns into something else: a disaster

No matter how many people are in the store it always takes a while to get your food. There are only two sub making stations and one is dedicated to online orders. So it gets backed up very quickly. Also, it seems like a lot of staff stand around and do nothing.

What happen to Jersey Mikes? Have their subs always been so little on their meat? For $20 a large sub I’ll go back to getting my subs from Subways. It was good on the bacon because I ordered double for $3 extra. Won’t be back here.

Came in the place was empty besides one other couple who just placed thier order. I placed mine for one hot sub. Literally place got busy and watched everyone’s sub made 9 to be exact plus online orders. 25min later I got my sub and it was wrong. At this point I threw it out and walked out . Wasted my time , my money , and late to go back to work. So sad to see all the bad reviews on similar situations and still nothing is done.

Food, someone took me order before I showed up even though I was 5 minutes early. Then waited an extra 30 minutes to get my sub only for it to be wrong. Service, couldn't stopp yelling at each other long enough to get a cohesive order for any of the customers I saw there. Atmosphere, loud, messy, and just downright unpleasant.

I deliver grub hub. I came in at 12:37 on Sunday December 14th 2025, told which orders I was picking up. The staff then proceeded to make every order for the people behind me while I stood there waiting for my already paid for orders. It is now 1:05, and I still don’t have my order, and they have done 6 other orders for people behind me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. You should be ashamed. In store customers are not more important than online orders paid.

While sitting waiting for the food we watched one person working while the other two were off texting and complaining about being short staffed. Instead of helping the guy with multiple orders in front door him, that's what they chose to do lol. The guy was doing the same though, and was walking away talking about how short staffed they were instead of just doing the job. Comical but annoying, we won't be back lol. Oh and the lettuce was SUPER brown, I would never serve something like this.

We have ordered many times from Jersey Mike's in Latham. We have never had a problem. My girls ordered a tuna sub. They had spread the tuna on the sub like a light layer of mayo. They charge over $10 for half a sub and $18 for a giant. The amount of tuna wouldn't satiate a baby, let alone an adult. It is highway robbery!! They are beans counters! We will take our business elsewhere. You need to look real hard at the photo to see the tuna amongst the lettuce. Unreal!

The worse experience of my life of preferring food! I was not even greeted or acknowledged upon arriving. There was five workers doing absolutely nothing not one of them said hi to me or my husband then when we finally got greeted by a girl walking from the back, she gave us the biggest attitude as if we were unwelcome there and they wanted us to leave. As we order our food we were yelled at not to tell her that we wanted bacon on our sub because it’s not at the beginning of the line and then continued to give aggressive attitude asking what kind of bread we wanted I will never go back there again! I have worked in the restaurant business my whole life and have never treated a customer in such a rude mean manor!

What's the point of ordering online so it's ready when you come? They make no attempt to make your order while you stand there and wait while they continue to make walk in orders. Not friendly at all. Somebody needs to manage this place properly. I don't think this is how the founder expects this to operate. I'd suggest ordering from a local small business instead. I also while I stood there thinking about canceling my order watched as they went to the gluten free area and spread the mayo on regular bread. Why offer gluten free?????

Ordered mobile pick up for 1:08...didn't get made until 1:45. None of the online orders were ready and worker told me "either get in line and we'll make it for you or get a refund". Ordered the club sub (which comes with turkey ham and bacon) and instead of ham I got roast beef. A girl behind me asked for a wrap and the worker said "you can order it but I don't know how to wrap them". Second time I've come to this location and had to wait for an online order. Management either needs to schedule more people or hire more. Ridiculous and not coming back.

Waited 45 mins for my online order. I kept coming in and they had no intentions on making my sandwich anytime soon. After coming in the last time I realized how nasty it really is in there. This made me kindly ask for them to cancel my order and give me a refund. It’s very unsanitary, the department of health needs to do a surprise visit ASAP.
