Oh how I love Guptill’s ice cream. Very creamy and large servings! I usually go for the chocolate soft serve or mint chip (mmm) on a cone. Absolutely delicious! Great place to go with friends and family.

So many flavors! Decided to go with classic, Vanilla soft ice cream in a waffle cone. I think this is the first ice cream in a cone I enjoyed so much. The cone was perfect, toasty, vanilla was creamy, enjoyed it on a warm summers night till the last bite, without rushing or the ice cream falling off the sides and cone getting destroyed lol.

It was a good experience, only cash and do have ATM. They have big setup for large crowds, have many windows to take care of customers. We ordered for almost 8 ppl, they were quick with ice creams and took little while for shakes. Good review for ice cream and shakes was just ok, not sure somebody did bad job or what but over all it was a good experience. I heard they were pricey but I believe that is not true, for us 8 ppl it was around $34 cash. Must try it

Super great ice cream! The place was backed and we still got our ice cream it what seemed like less than a minute. The young lady who took our order was very nice and welcoming. They have a huge selection of different flavors; especially so many different flavors of soft serves ive never seen before! Can't want to go back snd try other flavors! I love that they offer dairy free options, too! Lots of parking, great location, clean, loved it!

Service was prompt, ice cream quality was off the charts, prices were very fair, and atmosphere was very fun! So many choices that it was overwhelming at first. I visited with my family of four adults and two children, and everyone was completely satisfied.. Personally I ordered a large chocolate sprinkled waffle cone with banana hard ice cream with chocolate sprinkles on top.. I was blown away at the size, it was literally like 16" tall!! The server offered a dish to go along with it, which was brilliant.. good call! Five stars all the way! We visited the roller skating rink to use the restrooms afterwards, and that was amazing by itself. It was literally like going back in time. Definitely a "must-return-to" trip in the future!! Kudos to the owners and staff. I saw the article on CBS Sunday Morning Show a short while back, and was very excited for your family and heritage. Guptill's is the real deal, and is definitely worth the trip from wherever you are!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was good with a lot of opinions. Atmosphere was nice and quiet despite having a lot of people there. Worth noting that we arent big eaters so we asked for a small. Three small cones was over $20 and they weren't at all small. If you are looking for a light treat I would say go with the kiddie. Also they didn't have any kind of wash sink or bathroom so we left quite sticky. Other than that it was very nice.

I tried Guptil's ice cream for the first time after hearing so much about their soft serve, and I had to give it a shot. I opted for the coffee-vanilla mix, and it was great—so creamy and rich! I also loveeeedddd the generous amount of ice cream they put on my cone; Guptil's definitely doesn’t skimp! My friend had an enormous sundae, and he really enjoyed it. The staff was patient and sweet, and I was surprised by how many people were waiting for ice cream at 9:30 PM. However, the staff was super quick, so the line moved fast. They offer a huge variety—sundaes, soft serve, hard ice cream, shakes, and malts. Just a heads-up, Guptil's is cash only, but they do have an ATM on-site.

I purchased a single scoop cone at Guptill’s in Latham, which costs 5$. I definitely gave the young lady $20 and she stated that I gave her $5. So, I paid $20 for a single scoop cone. I could have and should have had her count her drawer, but I let it go.

Way overpriced. I paid almost $27 for 2 KIDDIE size regular hot fudge sundaes and 1 kiddie size vanilla ice cream in a dish (no cone). Terrible!!
