A&W

They need to update their menu board at the drive thru. Companies cannot have a different price on the menu board from what it actually is. False advertising for the ones not paying attention. I have had this happen with multiple companies besides A&W. Make an effort to update the boards especially when the prices are not cents difference, but dollars. Root beer from here is the better than other fast food root beers.

I waited 15 minutes for 12 piece meal and not only me but everyone that came through the drive-thru had to park up front and wait for their food. I don't know what KFC is doing but it looks like they are now a " Cook to Order" restaurant. Not only did i wait, chicken was over cooked and pieces are so much smaller than they were years ago. I guess their cooking chick's or peogon cause these pieces are really small. Management and owners need to start don't their jobs

Customer service was great with exception of the fact that I didn't get mashed potatoes in my meal to go. Might have been miscommunication, but they were nice and made the effort. However....the guy putting chicken into warmer after cooking...was NOT wearing a brand net...and short as his beard was (long enough for a net though)....his chin was literally resting on the chicken as he lifted the tray into the warmer. Gross and I won't be going back for that reason.

Today, was the WORST drive-thru experience at an A&W/KFC we have ever had! And we have been to these establishments in FIVE different states. We place our order and are told through the speaker it would be a 7min wait. So we get our drinks and pull to the front, no problem. After about 12mins or so, a man brings out our order, that is only partially ours. We give back the part that is not ours and I tell my husband to eat his burger, I would wait for our kids food to come out. About 5-7 min later, a young lady comes to ask for our receipt. She says the part we kept (and partially ate) was someone else's, because they are still working on our order. (even though we both customize our burgers to our liking and they came out the way we specified) She goes back in, to come back out w/ one kids order. When I inform her that we are still missing food, she gets irritated and goes back in to retrieve it. Another 5mins pass and we get kid #2's order, but are still missing ONE last item. She asks to look at our receipt again (for the third time) she gives it back and impatiently asked if there is anything else missing. I kid you not, we wait 15 more minutes before a different lady comes to our window w/ a huge order that is obviously not ours. She asked what we were waiting for and took the recipt in. She returns rather quickly w/ our missing item. Let me also add, the nice people that were parked next to us, who got there 10min before we did, were still waiting after we left for the remainder of their order. It took a little over 35min to get our order. We never got our sauces, and my food was cold by the time our kids got their food. The food itself was good, but the experience left us never wanting to visit again. With everything going on right now, a bad night isn't completely unexpected. They should have communicated better with each other and the customers. Hope ot was a one time thing.

Why was I even made to wait for 30 minutes in the parking lot if they could have quickly made my order all along? I worked at A&W in high school and have always loved their food, but I won’t be back to this location.

This place serves raw food. My biscuit looked as if it was just popped out of Pillsbury can..NASTY..Finish cooking food before serving to customers..

Place was absolutely disgusting, went through the drive tru, the lady was taking over the speaker to other associates. When she finally acknowledged I was waiting 10mins later she got confused at my order several times. I was asked to wait out front, we waited for 45mins, at least in the mean time we got to see people walk up and shake the front door, then 5 cars came through the drive thru and left. A lady finally came out and gave us the food, we realized the meals had onions on them, after asking for no onions when my fiance is allergic, I went back thru and asked for our food to be re made but the refused to open the drive thru window and deal with us while they sat texting on there phones.

Cashier couldn't figure out how to key current special $5 box. Claimed the promotion ended even though signage for it was everywhere including on the register and outside windows. Bathrooms gross with no soap in dispenser. Total ice box inside 9pm at night and I could almost see my breath. Customer before me yelling that they'd been waiting over 30 minutes for order to be filled. Skip it!

The chili cheese fries should be on the snacks list because that too was very minimal. The root beer float was excellent even though they "did not have any frozen mugs" at the time. The chicken tenders were extremely rubbery and hard to even chew. We passed by on our way to Sacramento or else I'd have gone back for a refund. I should have just gone to the Carl's Jr next door instead.

Went to get some of the new Dill Pickle Cheese curds. There was no one there and when I asked for a large dill Pickle Cheese curd. The girl asked what size, I said again Large. She then didn't say anything for a few seconds and then asked again what size. When I went to pay, I noticed she only charged us for the regular size. I didn't complain then, just was tired of dealing with her getting it wrong. She asked us to wait up front while they made them fresh.. 20+ minutes later they finally come out with the food. They gave us Plain regular cheese curds, not the special Dill ones we came from another city to try. And no sauce given to us either. Worst experience at this location in years. So not happy.
