Stopped by the Popeyes in Lathrop and ordered the fried pickles, tenders, and nuggets—everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! First time trying their fried pickles and let me just say… they are AMAZING! As a fried pickle lover, these hit the spot—especially dipped in the blackened ranch. Game changer! And the pickle lemonade? Easily my favorite drink... So refreshing and packed with flavor! Popeyes, I HIGHLY recommend making a frozen version for us pickle treat fans :) For the 21+ crew—pair it with a splash of whiskey... you'll thank me later! Highly recommend!

The food is always good. I just think there was a lack of communication because I actually ordered the honey, lemon pepper boneless wings and what I got was lemon pepper wings with the bone. But everything right, it was good. Anyway

Nice employees, good service! But when did Popeyes get so expensive??? $18 for one meal? Not even a large drink and only one side. And if I'm not mistaken, the biscuits and the chicken have shrunk over the years. And they got rid of the Cajun rice. :( Popeyes was one of my favorites back in early 2000s. Used to eat there once a week. I'll miss it.

I’m sorry ahead of this post. I love Popeyes. Have for at least a decade. The past few times I’ve been to this one, the chicken has not been as delicious as it usually is. Darn it! I ended up getting gas station chicken, which was much better. Even the biscuits were stellar compared to this. It makes me really sad that my favorite has fallen so far.

I ask for no ice and this is what I get? You mess it up empty some of the ice and give it to the customer like it’s okay? I almost choked on ice being that I wasn’t expecting any! I guess that explains why you handed me a cup with soda dripping from it. That’s acceptable service too I guess.

Tried the chicken sandwich. I do not get all the hype about it. Bun was chewy, chicken was small and overall taste was just average. There wasn't anything spectacular about it. As for the store, front counter was poorly managed for the relaunch of the chicken sandwich. Crazy busy day!

I have eaten at this popeye's three times now.And the chicken is always overdone and dry if I didn't know any better.I'd say it was chicken had been sitting out for a long time and it just does not have the freshness.I am used to having at popeye's so I will not be visiting this one.Any longer.

I Ordered spicy chicken strips went back to return them since they were not spicy. I was told they don't make them too spicy since customers were complaining they were too spicy. Very Disappointed, I've been going to Popeye's for 20+ years and I know spicy and they were not! I was not offered to get a refund nor another batch of tenders. Will not come here again. Quality of food very disappointed!!!

10/20/24 we ordered @drive thru for 5pc Classic Chicken. Some big Classic Chicken are not cook still blood (red) middle of the chicken. 🤮🤢Disappointed! Becareful people check your chicken before leaving the restaurant. Disappointed, Disappointed, what a waste $$$ and foods. Can't eat anymore TRASH

Beautiful manager and customer service. Horrible tasting food 😩 Red beans and rice clearly weren't seasoned according to recipe, or maybe they arrived at the restaurant that way.. The ghost pepper wings were just that. The season ghosted the wings, and I don't think that this is the location's fault, maybe the distribution, but nevertheless, they were not flavorful or good. Lastly, my 3 piece was cold 🥶

This place has a habit of serving stale food. This is the second time I’ve ordered food and the chicken was stay and black after taking a bite. Didn’t have time to go back this time but I was very upset. Done with this Popeyes
