The food is really good and the portion sizes are large. I had the Jerk Shrimp pasta and there was a lot of shrimp and they were very tasty. The pasta was cooked just right and there was a lot of sauce. A lot of the sauce is usually at the bottom of the container so make sure that you stir it up.

The shrimp is a good amount for the mini portion, it's grilled with seasoning and cooked just right. The jerk sauce is more like spicy bbq sauce w sweetness to it. I like spicy, but this was a welcoming change. The mini portion is enough for 2 meals and good pricing. They were busy at 1AM on a Wed. This is carry out only.

Because this place has so much potential I’ll definitely be back. Barbi Fried Chicken was on point.. Rice n Peas was Also Good. Mac N cheese for 5 bucks let me down.. That Mac N Cheese reminded me of the aunt you didn’t want to eat from. But you had to be nice because your mother was giving you the death stare to not be rude. But you didn’t want to eat it because you know your momma makes the best. It was poorly mixed. They packed cheese on top.. didn’t take it out in time. Was slightly burnt.. again! Not bashing!! I am a Hard Critic. I am a Chef I mean come on lol ALL Good. Just have that passion every single plate. Don’t rush anything because you are trying to get orders out or backed up. Real people wait for good food. I always say Cook that food like your parents is eating it.. Cabbage could’ve had more flavor. Plantains Understood the assignment. Festival was on point! The Juice that’s being sold is not fresh squeezed. But it will do. Trust me.. a Glass of fresh Squeezed passion fruit is life changing. I had to give this spot a try. All the Jamaican restaurants food use to be great until they all started adding too much sugar to it. Takes away from the seasoning n spices. Like everything taste the same as I only taste sugar at this point.

I ordered fried shrimp with rice and peas, and side of sweet plantains. The shrimp over cooked and hard to eat with no seasoning. The Plaintains fried to hard and dry, tasted like was made days ago. The 2 young ladies working counter was friendly and helpful.

Tried their jerk shrimp pasta and it was a waste of money. Looks pretty but extremely bland. I was starving and couldn’t even stomach finishing it. And they know there’s nothing jerked about this.

The food is too pricey to not get a complete meal. I ordered a barbi-fry meal. No steamed vegetables. NO GRAVY one the rice. She said she had tossed salad. I said okay give me that. I don’t know where the confusion came in. When the food came it was only chicken and vegetables. I asked where the rice was. She said it came with one-side. I thought she meant one vegetable option because there is no way you’re selling a meal for $14 without it being chicken, rice and vegetables. A typical Jamaican plate. I asked for a refund. Took forever to get a resolution. She said she would give me the side of rice as a solution because her manager was not there. I took it because my uber was outside waiting forever. Get home to see them putting gravy on the rice after I stated from the jump NO GRAVY. Totally dissatisfied. First time there and last time. I will NEVER go there again or buy from there.

When I speak to the supervisor/manager, he find every excuse in the book instead of taking accountability, own the issue and offer a solution. He proceeded to say that they tried calling me to tell me that they are not sending what i ordered but they didn’t get through to my Paso they bring the wrong order to me. I told him that I don’t see a missed call from them (this appears to be a tactic to sell whatever they have left regardless of what the customer wants). I asked him if he can switch out the food for something else , he said I have to contact Uber eats because the order wasn’t placed through them. He trying to save a dollar but will in turn lose more money.

It is the primary reason for going there… To eat! The ambiance and everything else is secondary. Understanding your customer base and their expectations are of the utmost importance. Our experience at PanFyah was upsetting as our time and money was not well spent. Sometimes harsh criticism is necessary to encourage improvement. For now, we will not return.

I ordered food through the app they sized me… my first time ordering food there too. I wanted to try it out. I ordered chicken quesadillas and I got cheese only.. I felt disrespected I called the place they told me I got it. Which I didn’t. I didn’t wanna argue back and fourth with the employee so I just took my L but never again WILL I ORDER HERE keep the MONEY

I was so disappointed, I personally don't like anything sweet tasting about my jerk!!! The bowl comes with Alfredo sauce with noodles at the bottom with jerk chicken and melted cheddar cheese sprinkled on top, there is a plastic packet of jerk sauce included for you to use. There were no veggies (bell pepper, onions etc) just chicken, noodles and sauce. Long story short I ate half of my bowl trashed the rest and woke up in the middle of the night to an upset stomach with multiple runs to the bathroom to do "you know what"🚽🪠 and vomit 🤢 until I couldn't anymore. The pasta messed me up bad 😫. I hated the flavor of the jerk sauce which is why I didn't finish my bowl. Jerk sauce not supposed to be sweet or tasting anything similar to BBQ sauce in a packet 🤔🤦🏾‍♀️

Waited 1 hour and 30 mins for the food .. Mac and cheese doesn’t taste good at all, the jerk chicken pasta very watery taste like straight milk . It’s crazy because this place use to sell good food I won’t be buying from you guys again you charge a arm and leg for crap

One girl works the front only taking orders on the phone while also taking orders in person and managing the delivery orders as well.She has to step to the back to check up on the orders.Because nobody brings it to her or to the front. Therefore, every time she does step back, there takes your bit to come back to the front and the lobby is always full with people. Waiting. I was in there for 25 minutes on a DoorDash order. I feel bad for any walk in's.

I ordered two jerk chicken pastas online at 7:16pm…it’s 8:17pm and I’m still in line waiting. It’s deep in here like a club. Sorry I don’t recommend this and ain’t coming back. It is now 8:25 when I got my food. No longer hungry.

Do NOT waste your time or money here! This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. It took 50 minutes, yes, almost an hour, for them to bring out a simple grilled salmon. I had family visiting from out of town, and what should have been a special meal turned into a complete embarrassment. My cousins had already been served, and after waiting with me for another 30 minutes, they politely asked for an extra plate, only to have the manager tell them they’d have to pay for it. Absolutely outrageous! Horrible service, terrible management, and zero sense of hospitality. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
