Been here a few times and every time it’s been good! It’s a busy place, so food is always fresh. Staff is nice and establishment seems to be clean. Only feedback I have is that I’ve not seen unsweetened tea on the counter. I usually do half sweet half unsweetened. No big deal as I’m mainly there for the chicken 😁 Parking is easy too!

Best fried chicken spot around Sunrise. I would only change their biscuit recipe, which I find lifeless and industrial like a store brand hockey puck. Raise your game there and I will love you forever.

I won't be back to this location for 2 reasons: My order was wrong. I ordered 2Lg Beans&Rice and 1 Lg Mashed Potatoes. I received 3 Beans & Rice with hardly any beans 🤷 I didn't like having to go Into the bldg next door to pickup Take Out Mobile App order. There is no info on app that you have to go next-door and inside the bldg to pickup your order.🤦‍♂️ I love your Spicey Chicken though😋

Can’t go wrong with Popeyes. I always get extra biscuits. The line is always long so they provide you with a mini menu at the drive through so by the time you get to the window, you know what to order. Very consistent.

Went to the location off of Commercial Ave in Tamarac. The macaroni and cheese was ALL CHEESE, No macaroni on their 9 Piece special. Only 2 legs out of 9 pieces

First time trying Popeyes and it was decent. The chicken was well cooked and the breading was tasty. The deals they had were very good so we went to get the 5 piece combo with fries and mashed potatoes with gravy. The fires were nice and crunchy and the mashed potato was great.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BIG KEY WITHOUT THAT ANY BUSINESSES CAN GO DOWN.. Please teach your employees that.. It’s fast food but the attitude should be on point. I was told that I couldn’t get a receipt because the printer is down it’s been down for months well guess what why yall don’t give them working equipment. Or was I told that because I said I was going to report it to corporate… Then I come inside for waiting in the drive thru line on a 6pcs wing combo and the store is very dirty where you prepare the food at.. big general manager you need to go check your store

Horrible drive thru. Lady in a rush, they forgot a sandwich and fries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Plus the chicken sandwich was a wing and not a breast. BEWARE!

I got food poisoning the day before my birthday it was awful. I had red beans and rice with 3 tenders and a biscuit. It was so bad I had to go to urgent care and they had to give me fluids and medicine will never eat Popeyes again

The service at this location is very poor, both the drive thru and inside, both cashier and manager, they are very rude and condescending to their customers and I am going to complain until their corporate office knows. I went here 11/3/25 5:30pm

Today is the SECOND time I went through this Popeyes’ drive thru to get the 10 piece family special. The 1st time; About a month ago, they gave me 6 pieces of chicken instead of the 10 I paid for. Today they did it AGAIN… gave 8 pieces hoping the public don’t realize. I looked before I left the drive thru and told the cashier. She said it’s 10 pieces in there. I returned the box to her so she went back there while she & the manager( Haitian lady with short hair) and the rest of the staff about 4-5 of them start speaking creole and laughing like it was FUNNY. Popeyes… DO BETTER! People check your order before you leave with it!

This is disgusting! Waited 15 minutes for this mess and 2 biscuit ! Never again will I eat from this place, don’t eat from here unless you want to get sick or get extra protein from eating insects! Going in bright and early tomorrow morning demanding a refund!

This location needs a complete overhaul!! When the CHICKEN isn’t properly season it’s terrible customer service, when it’s not unseasoned chicken the chicken is burnt to a crisp, or the service is poor… or a combination of all of the above, oh and the number does not work!! We went through the drive through and placed and order and received a completely different order and NO RECEIPT, when we got home we realized that not only do we have an incorrect order, but it was burnt to a crisp and not edible. If you must go to Popeyes try the one on Oakland because this one has consistently gotten worst especially over the past year.

There was a piece of hair in my macaroni and cheese, the food was cold, and the workers attitude was horrible they get mad when a customer is asking for a correction I’m never going to that Popeyes location ever again it sucks!! They also gave me the wrong orders I would like a REFUNDDDDD the line was extremely long they continuously messed up orders this location need to get it together. Customer service skills sucks
