Generous portions, absolutely affordable prices for the quality of the food, and the spectacular view make this restaurant worthy of the accolades it deserves. I discovered it by chance during a beautiful stroll through the hilly streets of the various valleys north of Bergamo.

The experience starts well as soon as we walk down the beautiful, narrow street leading to the restaurant, which already exudes a sense of authenticity. Arriving at the restaurant, we're amazed by the beauty of the location, with a stunning panoramic view enhanced by a flower-filled terrace with meticulous attention to detail. The service is absolutely friendly and cheerful, and the food is worthy of a true trattoria, the kind that are sadly becoming rarer. Homemade pasta, tasty, and plentiful dishes. What can I say? Five stars, for me, translates to a 10 out of 10. Thank you, and see you next time.

A few years ago, my wife and I discovered this osteria, almost lost in the woods of Leffe, almost by chance. It can only be reached by a very narrow, dead-end road, and we fell in love with it, returning several times. However, we hadn't been back for a few years, and tonight we really wanted to return to this simple yet welcoming place, always well-kept by the very kind Mrs. Marilena, who has run this business with such passion for 42 years. We couldn't help but start dinner with a rich and abundant mixed appetizer of pickled vegetables (of which both my wife and I are particularly fond of the spectacular chestnuts with mushrooms) and local cured meats. Then we moved on to the first courses. I opted for Mrs. Marilena's homemade casoncelli alla bergamasca, delicious as always, while my wife tried the fresh tagliatelle with walnut sauce, also very good! The portions are generous and the prices fair. The wait staff is attentive and very friendly, and Mrs. Marilena proves once again to be a reliable source of quality! Highly recommended!!!

Welcoming, family-friendly, and spotlessly clean place! Surrounded by greenery, the view is breathtaking. The food is simply excellent, all strictly homemade, generous portions, and fair prices. Kudos also to the staff, who are very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Thanks also to the owner, who is very kind and helpful. What more can I say... we'll definitely be back.

We went last night, my boyfriend, my dog, and I. We had a great time, the portions were generous, but if you're a foodie, you'll need at least four people to try everything, because two people with one portion each will fill you up quickly. The dessert was good too. The only thing is that it's quite hard to find; we found it by chance while looking at Google Maps.

The road to this tavern is a single-lane, uphill road with limited parking. If another car approaches from the opposite direction, be patient and have a strong nerve. Be very careful if you have a large car. There's a parking lot for customers just outside the entrance. Unfortunately, we drove to no avail, despite trying to call several times. They only answer during the hours listed on Google. When we arrived, there was no space. Too bad, we'll try again.

Location in a fairytale place in the middle of the mountains and greenery, in summer you can also have lunch outdoors, dishes cooked exclusively by the owner Mrs. Marilena, an excellent cook and very nice to try for those who want to taste the Bergamo cuisine 🥰🥰🥰

A charming and well-kept location surrounded by greenery, somewhat cramped spaces, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley. Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. As for the food, the appetizers were delicious and top-quality; the first courses (including risotto, tagliatelle with walnut sauce, and casoncelli) weren't particularly flavorful and were a bit overcooked; the second courses, based on polenta and various meats, were very good; the homemade desserts were delicious; and the portions were generous. Cost per person was €30-35. I would return.

The road is really narrow... but it's worth it... beautiful scenery, you're in the middle of nature also because the road ends, nice parking, nice location classic Bergamo osteria, the dishes: good, homemade, local..... friendly and kind owner, price for lunch more than fair... first time I've been, ate very good casoncelli and an excellent stew.... The desserts were not up to par... MUST TRY.
