A great place for breakfast: coffee, hot chocolate with delicious churros, or large, rich porras (a type of fried dough pastry). The service is quick; there's a small counter inside where they serve fast, and the prices are reasonable. Whenever I go to the Los Pedroches health center, we come here for breakfast.

The porras are quality, generously sized, and perfectly cooked. They're very affordable. It's always a pleasure to have a quality breakfast with good service. We were there on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. We had 2 coffees with milk (€1.70 each), 2 cups of hot chocolate (€2 each), 5 porras (€0.50 each), and 4 churros (€0.35 each). The place is divided into several areas. Everything looked clean and tidy. We went for breakfast after reading the good reviews on Google, but although everything was good, I've had better churros/porras. They were also cold and not tender at all...

A good chocolate shop, the porras are good, although a bit oily. The set of two porras and a chocolate bar costs €2.85. The cafe is self-service; you order at a window and pick it up when they notify you, then return the empty plates and cups to the same window. The staff is friendly and smiling.

We ordered a liter of hot chocolate, it was sweet, and we also ordered porras and churros, everything was delicious. There's a room where you can enjoy the hot chocolate. We were there on Three Kings' Day and it was packed, but on other days it's quiet. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back. The hot chocolate comes in a very cute container. Although they accept cards, I recommend bringing cash; the minimum is 8 euros. The last time I went, their card machine was broken.

The owners are unpleasant and the churros are greasy. Nothing compares to Africa, especially the churros, porras, and chocolate, and the service is spectacular. It's nothing like Churrería África. They're far superior to Márquez in every way.

I've been a customer for over 20 years. When the family ran it, everything was fine. Now, there are people behind the counter who, after I asked for what I wanted and had to repeat it five minutes later, served people behind me. Then they told me I had to wait for the churros because they were all gone and would be warmer (and what about the hot chocolate you already gave me?...cold!!). What did I expect? An apology... They said curtly, "Do you want it or should I take it?" Obviously, they kept the hot chocolate and lost the customer. In my opinion, my advice is to hire more professional staff.
