I found a super long hair in my burger which is disgusting, and they have this weird AI ordering system where you just talk to a computer instead of a person, I was never offered any condiments with my purchase, and the person at the drive through never said a word to me. I will never eat here again.

I got food poisoning from the breakfast burger! The bacon was pink!

Very bad experience. The food was cold, the nuggets were 50% still frozen, grilled chicken was raw. Ended up throwing up! And my kids got believe food poisoning! The men cooker was very rude to the pregnant girl and while he was doing the hamburgers he would not even wrap them good and throw them on the ready spot…

Your “AI” drive through is terrible. I experienced it before and stopped coming through because of it. I forgot today and was reminded how awful it is and won’t be coming back.

Me and my mom made an order on the app and came in they ignored us for about 5 minutes while we were standing there waiting there was only one other customer inside and two in the drive through. Finally my mom said something and she gave us our food that had been sitting on the counter. A few minutes later I went to get some sauce and a different worker initially tried to ignore me but then gave me my sauce when I looked at his hand I was disgusted on just his pinkie finger his nail was about an inch longer than the rest of his nail and looked hard and yellow.

I got sick as a dog from eating here today and I know its from here cause it was the only thing I ate. Had a double western and I never have throw up or number 2 at the same until today. I will never come back.

Horrible dine in service. No one acknowledges you and are left unattended and never came to me and asked to take my order. At the same time other customers came in and saw that no one was attending them after over 10 minutes of waiting, they then walked out. I then saw the self service where I placed my order. It took them 10 minutes to receive my order. The lady who handed me the food was rude and I saw that my strawberry milkshake was not properly mixed with the strawberry mix was spilled all over the cup. Lady did not offer to clean it and said to me in a very rude manner what else that I needed and I told her ketchup she only gave me 2 I then said I need way more and grabbed a hand full and almost threw it on my plate… Never coming to this place again. They seem the drive thru was more important than the dine in customers

Please stop with the AI. It couldn't understand me I couldn't understand the menu and then the woman answered rudely where it's like nah this could've been fixed easily with a human conversation. Instead I get cut off and assumed my order was done and I don't know if she was mocking my accent or what but I immediately drove off. I refuse to go to Carl's again if there is AI at the window.

I can to Carl’s Jr around 9:30pm to order that AI robot thing doesn’t work doesn’t get any orders right I sat there for 10 minutes trying to order then i drove up to the window to let them know what going on the lady had a bad attitude she said ur supposed to order with the AI I told her that the robot wasn’t getting my order correct that’s why I came to the window she said so you still need to order at the window and then she said what do you want I told her what I wanted and the whole time she had an attitude and was shaking her head then she tells me the total which is was $105 dlls I gave her $120 she said I don’t have change like really then she takes it and rang my stuff up then she hands me my order asked if that’s everything she said yeah I think then I parked at the parking lot looked in the bag and all the fries are dumped inside the bag I didn’t wanna bother going back in I’m never coming back to this location iam gonna warn all my friends and family this is not professional at all I work at a restaurant and this is not how you treat ur customers especially when they have a big order

This location has always been so sketch! They hardly have movement. Today I waited at the drive through in complete silence until 10 min later I finally say "hello?" Someone replied with "please wait." When finally helped, the lady asked me what I wanted, I told her I wanted a plain hamburger with nothing on it just the meat and the bun... she stayed quiet and asked me to pull forward... I told her I wasn't done with my order I also wanted to add a big carl to my order... she said pull forward. She ended up charging me 2 times to different transactions one for the plain hamburger one for the big carl... they made me go wait at the front of the restaurant because my food wasn't ready... in fact no one's food was ready, everyone was being sent to the front so they could wait on their food. Lady finally shows up with my food and it's a cheeseburger!!! I cant!! refuse to go inside after I waited so long to get my food and then have to wait again for them to get it right. No thank you, something is off about this place... Someone in corporate needs to investigate.

They gave us old food and they smashed the sandwiches. I don’t know whether they crushed them out of frustration or what happened completely unacceptable.

I was hesitant to even go to this Carl's Jr. and should have followed my instincts. Customer service was really good no problem there food quality.....BIG problem. This was the second sandwich because I took the first COLD sandwich back literally 7 minutes after I got it. This sandwich was no better I asked for a fresh hot sandwich and this was made in under 3 mins.....still cold. If I ordered a cold cut sandwich there would be no issues but I didn't! I didn't even bother for a third time. 😑😒
