Fast food workers don't get enough appreciation. After a long day of moving, I needed to feed my kids. Diego was very helpful since I'm not familiar with the menu, and he helped me make a selection that would work best for what I was ordering. The kindness is definitely appreciated! The store was clean and I got my food quickly. Everything was delicious, and I had happy and fed kids. Thank you!

This place has only been around for a couple years now and it's a good addition to lemon Grove. Food is good with good service, nice clean environment. It's only a few blocks the 94 freeway exit so easy to get to.

The sandwich was good, fried chicken itself was very dry on the outside (not crispy just dry) they have some good sauces too.. overall it’s an ok fried chicken.. there are some way better fried chicken than this one

We love Popeyes but this location needs to get better. They are always out of chicken or fries. Either they don’t have enough personal or they just don’t care. Hopefully they get employees that want to work.

Ordered online. Still took forever. Then he tried to give me the wrong order. They had no sense of urgency. Fries were cold. Chicken was luke warm.

The food was just okay I had never been there before but was disappointed and it's very over priced! I'd rather go to KFC or Dave's.

Don’t eat at this location. Ordered the five nights at Freddy’s box- can’t order it through drive through or at the counter only the kiosk. And then you still gotta pay at the counter. They forgot our items and didn’t offer to compensate us. Horrible customer service. The manager is quite incompetent. Been here twice ever, glad this was my reminder to not return.

Order came with large sides and they gave me the smallest size sides. Even the label clearly says Large. Either they're not paying attention or didnt bother to fix the mistake and then sealed the bag.

Just went through the drive through. Only 2 cars in front of me yet took 20 minutes. Not even faster than sit down. Got my food, they gave me half of what I asked for. Asked for honey mustard and they put every sauce in EXCEPT honey mustard to make the bag feel heavy. Then I opened my 2 measly slices of chicken (should’ve been 4) and there’s a hair in it. I can’t even go back to ask for more because the line is 10 cars long now and I don’t have 2 hours to burn. Awesome

Not gonna lie, it was pretty annoying to have your order cancelled while you already wasted time and gas to go pick up an order that gets cancelled on you with no explanation as to why. Had a order pick up for 10pm, arrived at 9:20pm just to find out the order would be getting cancelled at 9:25pm. Its crazy that it got cancelled 35 minutes before it was originally supposed to be ready when I ordered it 6 hours earlier. Come on Popeyes, get it together. And then you get the generic “sorry for the inconvenience” And “come back and order again soon” Yeah, no thank you.

After i made it home with my take out.Mac and Cheese was a very small amount, paid 50 cents more for way less. filled less than half of the single service container. I was shorted a biscuit also.The phone number on this website is for a Jack in the box!

Review update: 04 August 2025 I try time and time again to give this location the benefit of the doubt but I've alerted them of an issue with their IN APP mobile orders where it's not allowing people to order immediately, their location forces you to order ahead of time... I will opt for other fast food competitors simply for this principle. This location constantly has their fries turned off of their online ordering. Staff acts dumb like they don't know what's going on and constantly talking down to customers. Do better Popeyes.
