Love their rolled tacos! Fries are also delicious!
Wonderful experience!! Will bring family next time
All good cooked fresh to order. Great portions for the price. Large, legible menu right when you walk in. Plenty of seating and very clean. Fully stocked salsa bar. Soda machine is behind the counter and not self serve like at other locations, but the friendly staff will refill your soft drink if needed. Adequate parking and easy to spot location from the main road. Love the beef enchiladas with red sauce and the carne asada chips.
I love that this place is 24 hours and has a large variety of food. I used to come all the time at 3 am after my night shift. Great variety of salsas at a self serve salsa bar as well. Staff has always been friendly to me. It can get crowded sometimes but it's worth it.

I've been here twice already and I've not been disappointed yet 😆, food is good, and portions are great, I like the limonade so much, and prices are great. It is just the service is good but a little slow, takes time to get your food. But besides that, a good option. 😉

Employees need to fix their attitude and long face, they seem unhappy to be there. I been coming here for years now. Food is great and delicious but that’s it.

Would give negative stars if I could. My best friend and I frequent here as we live down the street. We decided to come in this morning around 10am for their special Friday deal which is 8 beef rolled tacos for $10. We are regular customers so this is a deal we have come in for before, but this time I wanted to inquire about if I could have some of them with chicken instead. The cashier was already very hostille and rude off the bat. Instead of letting me know that the special had to be all beef, she looks at my friend and I and says "No, thats why its the special" in an extremely condescending tone. You would think if a place wanted to promote some kind of special, they would be nice to the customers asking about it. Secondly, my friend and I had walked to the establishment so I asked for my guac on the side. Hesitant to do so, for some unknown reason, the cashier added that onto the tab and we finished checking out. I had also inquired about adding an extra 4 rolled tacos on.. she then told me it was $8??!?! Ill be entirely honest and say I dont believe thats how much it really was because I come here often for the same thing. She genuinely was just trying to get me to order less food. Ontop of the rude attitude, sub par preheated food, and overall bad experience, the workers there don't seem to want to be in the building. They immediately scurried off to the back to snicker about our interaction as we just waited patiently for our food and grabbed salsa. The rolled tacos came out and I double checked our bag and my "guac on the side" she had given me was a 1oz cup for 8 rolled tacos. Are we joking? Then I had to pay extra if I wanted more? As soon as I got home and got ready to eat, I opened up the rolled taco container and there was HAIR IN MY FOOD! Oh my god above all else now I found beard or PUBE hair in my rolled tacos. Immediately gave them a call and the same womans response was "Hair???" "Thats weird" "I watched him cook" then told us we had opened it before we left almost as if we had no right to complain about literal hair in our food. This wasn't something I could quickly plant it was stuck into the cheese. There was no apology or anything, didnt even offer us a refund on the food we now can't eat because someones hair folicles were in it. I used to love this place, but after todays horrendous experience, everyone deserves to know exactly how these people treat their "loyal customers".
If I could give this negative stars I absolutely would. My friend and I went in to grab their Friday 10$ rolled taco special, I simply asked if they were also made in chicken and the lady that works there regularly was rude and impolite the rest of our time there. I go here regularly, it’s always the same people there I mean it’s literally a street away from my house. We got guacamole on the side and she gave us a tiny container with guac for 2 sets of rolled tacos?? Barely any toppings, she gave us dirty napkins and when we got home to eat, there was hair inside the cheese. So I called her and let her know, no apologies or anything she just said “that’s weird” and tried to say I was lying because she checked the tacos before they were given to us. Right so why is there a pube in my tacos? And all the toppings in the photo are only on the top layer, the bottom four are dry with nothing on them
I would’ve wrote a good review, but unfortunately I won’t be doing that now. I’ll be in from here multiple times and I decided to get pizza across the street and ask for some hot sauce, but they refuse to let me get some and said that I had to buy food in order for me to get hot sauce. I do understand this, but my issue is that they know I am a frequent customer so I didn’t think that this was a problem, but it was for them and for them it was a loss for me to just get hot sauce that probably would’ve gotten bad at the end of the day and they would’ve had to switched it out anyways this is not what you did to loyal customers bad business I also ordered a California burrito from here and the meat was cold when I got it and he had just made it so I don’t know how that was possible, but it happened to me so I didn’t like the burrito and I won’t be going back here anymore it sounds like they like taking losses and bad reviews
Very disappointed this place used to be so good and now it’s just bad Ordered a taco expecting I was going to get with the photo look like and this is what I got from one to ten I gave it a negative one taco was dry and sour couldn’t make another review, but here is for the same review I ordered TJ con Asada tacos. This is what I got. Looks like burnt food and a spoon of guacamole. Do not go here. Save your money and save yourself some time. do not eat here grade for this place negative F for disgusting
Ordered a side of rice, and they gave me this. To say the least im beyond pissed and disappointed.

Benefit of the doubt right. I order a 2 birria tacos and 3 TJ tacos. I did NOT get my Birria. And called them to let them know the issue. (see photo) they have the audacity to still argue with me. FYI the birria is more expensive, however they are good( past orders) . this is why i ordered it. Called to let them know i got the incorrect order, but the lady.. Not the receptionist but the lady in the back refuse to be in the wrong. I will not disclose the# But this is not how you should manage a business. Also, they have the audacity to ask where is the birria taco??... hello that is my question too.. thus why i contact yall. \_/ Still wondering where is my Birria Taco.... i given yall the opportunity to correct it, but ignoring a customer concerns is not the right route.
This restaurant has decided that basic human decency is optional. Unless you’re a “patron,” they refuse to let you use the restroom. Not only is this petty, it shows a complete lack of respect for the community they operate in. Access to a restroom is a fundamental courtesy every responsible business should provide. Denying someone the ability to use a restroom—especially when they’re already inside the establishment or considering spending money—is embarrassing behavior for any business. It communicates one thing very clearly: they value control more than customer service. If a restaurant can’t offer the simplest act of hospitality, why trust them with anything more complex, like food safety or cleanliness? Their priorities are completely backwards. There are plenty of places in this city that treat people with dignity. Spend your money at businesses that believe in basic courtesy. This one clearly doesn’t.
Food is expensive, they are selfish with there portions for the price you pay and when ordering sour cream or extra cheese you find out you didn't get it when your already at home. And the real kicker here is when you pay with a card they try and sneak a tip charge in without your permission. I live within a mile this restaurant and wouldn't eat here if it was free. The Mexican food restaurant by the lemon is a good choice they actually give good portions for a reasonable price.
Would give negative stars if I could. I was waiting back at home for my friends to pick up food. When they returned they were both a bit frustrated with the interaction they had with the woman working the counter. Ontop of her rude behavior, when we opened up the food to eat, there was hair in it. Most likely some beard hair or something but literal human hair. It was stuck into the cheese of the rolled tacos. My friends gave the place a call and the lady accused us of lying and said she "watched him cook" and that because my friend had checked the bag before we left that must mean its untrue. No apology or refund or anything. Mind you the food had been reheated anyways so "watching him cook" was bullshit, they just packaged the rolled tacos in like 2 seconds with my friends watching them. Pick literally any other place to eat!
Came here to try it out, and the lady behind the counter spent time having a whole conversation with the chef in the back. After 10 minutes of waiting and not being served, I left. I could see through the window, and she readily served the white man who was behind me. You don't have to tell me twice not to trust racists serving food. Would not recommend. For the owners.. it's the woman with green hair. This happened at 7:43pm 08/26/25... see who worked the counter and have a conversation with your team.
I went to this place for one specific reason to get 2 chili Relleno burritos. By the time I got home, I realize the lady did not understand my instructions. I asked them to make sure the burrito was crispy and cut in half for both of them. It was neither or on top of that. The chili was not dipped in egg yolk, like it should have been and the pepper was still crunchy, which tells me that they did not Previously let it blacken. I know how to make these type of burritos and that is not it. I am so disappointed and then on top of that I called them to explain the situation and asked to speak with the manager they they said they had no idea where the manager is And they don’t know when the manager would be back and then the lady hung up on me three different times do not go here
food is subpar. chicken in the flautas was too salty. Salsas are bland. Shrimp isn’t deveined. Guac is bland as well. Rolled tacos and flautas were soggy. Was missing an item from my order and when I asked if I could go pick it up they denied having it at the store. Just overall terrible experience. Very disappointed.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Santana’s location. The worker who helped me was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I explained that I’ve never been charged for extra beans when I leave off pico and sour cream, yet she insisted I still had to pay and argued with me instead of simply handling it. To make it worse, she began speaking to me in Spanish after I clearly told her I don’t speak Spanish, and she continued doing it in a condescending way. Completely ignorant, disrespectful, and uncalled for. If this is how they treat their customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other Mexican food spots that value their customers and don’t argue with them at the counter. Santana’s should be embarrassed to have staff like this representing their name.
Food was ehh, Chile relleno burrito was bland, barely any sour cream. No sauce on it, also the rice was old. Surf and turf fries had a no flavor and the shrimp tasted old.
