This is an excellent place to buy cakes at affordable prices. If you have an idea in mind, they can bring it to life. They've evolved tremendously in terms of decoration, so comments about "not expecting elaborate decorations" are completely unfounded, as they can create even the most sophisticated cakes. I encourage you to try them and order custom cakes for your events; you'll love them. As for the staff, they are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent cake shop; they definitely have the 3 Bs: good, beautiful, and cheap. Don't expect fancy decorations, but for the price, it's quite good, and they're incredibly delicious. Just be aware that on holidays (May 10th, February 14th, etc.), you'll likely have to wait in a long line to buy one.

I love the cakes they sell 😍 They taste delicious. In all the years I've bought from them, I've never had a cake that was sour or spoiled (at least not personally)... since I've noticed they bring out new cakes every day. They sell: *Cupcakes *Cakes *Sweet rolls *Swiss braids *Large sweet rolls *Pound cakes *Three Kings' Day bread (in January) *Jellies *Chocolate mice *Carlota (a type of Mexican dessert) *Chocoflan (a chocolate flan) And you can reserve your cake or order it however you like, as long as you do so in advance. However, the service isn't great. A smile wouldn't cost them much, and if they already have customers, they could certainly benefit from a few more and become even more highly recommended.

Bad service and terrible customer service. I bought cupcakes, and when I went to pick them up, they asked me if I had "any junk" since they were delivered loose. There were 20 pieces. Then they handed them to me on a piece of plywood, just like that. I had to go buy some containers from a well-known candy store to be able to move and deliver the cupcakes. It's a shame; their products are good, but their customer service and care are almost nonexistent.
