I had a really bad experience at Burger King. The service was slow and inattentive, and to make things worse, they got our entire order wrong. Several items were missing, including the fries, and what we did get wasn’t what we ordered. When we tried to address it, the staff didn’t seem very interested in fixing the issue. They definitely need to improve their customer service and double-check orders before handing them out.

Old nuggets. Roach crawling on counter. Decided we won't be going back. Tired of trying to go and enjoy places just to be disappointed every time. And this time disgusted.

I hardly ever make reviews .. but …The last few times I went to this location the food is cold and seems like they throw whatever in your bag. I asked for no ketchup twice and no cheese. Still Got both on my burger. I also asked for a cheeseburger with only cheese...they still gave a burger with the works. The burger looked old too. I think they just grab food to get you out of the drivethru. THEN to top it off, the fries 😒 were old and cold. I’m not sure if they know how to read or just being LAZY. I also asked for extra veggies and was charged for them, but did not receive my extra veggies. How hard is it to provide good customer service and make your food correctly? Especially when you’re the only car in line?? Be real. Please do better 😒

Never again! Sent my son to get me a late night meal, lobby should have been open for 10 more minutes and it was closed early. They won't let him ride thru the drive thru, he doesn't drive a car, but a bike. Anyway, another day I go there. Some dude at the drive thru with a full on head band covering his whole face, wore dark sunglasses and "sagging"? Never said one word to me, I stood there shouting for five minutes he wouldn't even look at me. I went around and said "hello" Is anyone here? Guy at drive thru, still no aknowledgement, never even looked at me. And he never spoke to anyone. Pretty strange people they have working there now. when I was finally helped, the gentleman was really nice, but I had to wait over five minutes. They guy at the drive thru needs fired. They need to step this place up, What a burger is going to kill them!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Went through drive, ordered a Rodeo King (2 patties, 2 cheese, bacon, onion rings, bbq sauce, and mayo) I got, (1 patty, 1 cheese, no bacon, onion rings, barely any bbq sauce and mayo). Also ordered chicken fries with zesty sauce and got no sauce. In case a worker wants to know how a Rodeo King should look, I attached a photo. Maybe y’all get it right <3

Worst service yet. Went through drive through had to wait 5 minutes to talk to someone, cash only - guess it was too far to walk to the other registers, waited 25 minutes to get the wrong order, had to tell them what I ordered but they had already taken my money. 2 people behind me drove off, tired of waiting. I couldn't because I had already paid. This place is continuing to go downhill. So much for fast food and good service. And they only had 3 cars that had people inside.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Whopper meals. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. When I got home (about a 3 minute drive) the food was cold. This is the last time I eat at Burger King.

Every time I go they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I keep going back hoping they will get it right. I’ve even tried ordering on the app so I know the wrong orders weren’t on my side. But even then still WRONG. They are also very rude inside and through the drive thru. Get it together Burger King!!

Got a couple of chicken sandwiches and did order both without mayo just lettuce. One was wrong came with mayo and the other just had old lettuce.

The Levelland store used to be the best one but here lately the evenings are horrible. We place online orders and pick them up immediately, but always have at least a 15-20 minute wait, then the food is cold, not prepared correctly and tastes old!! Do better BK! The mornings are great! Fresh, hot food and the staff are awesome. The evening staff are rude and flat just dont care and it shows.
