Brought a bus full of Baseball Boys, the Burger King Staff did a great job getting orders in and out. Very efficient and organized. No mistakes, we were in and out in under 20 minutes.

The whopper is bussin, prefer it without lettuce, bread, meat. Was eating a fine meal earlier until a group of three angry activists arrived. Man in a red shirt started kicking chairs and tables. I was in shambles, bro was a crash out indefinitely. [Nominated Reviewer] {Champion United}

Ok so first of all I have to give a five star for the service and manager! Last time I came here they were swamped with orders and they line was long but we ordered from the app so we went inside,but the thing that stood out was when they had one person coming in complaining and making a scene the manager kept her cool and talked calmly to the frustrated customer and made sure that when she left she left happy!! Definitely better than the other fast food place here in town

100% my favorite fastfood place in this known universe. Can't say I've ever had a whopper leave me with a bad taste ever, I'm biased on opinion with Burger King though, I will always be loyal to the crown of burgers.

There doing very good!! We from out of town an have gotten use to stopping in Brownfield on way to Doctor in Lubbock for B-fest an then on way back home to Seminole- we get dinner. We spend about $40-50 round trip, 2\ 3 times a month. An they are always so happy an nice an helpful! An the order is always right!! Thank y'all😁 could use some coupons in mail.

We went on an extremely busy night. They were backed up on drive thru and front counter with tons of orders but not once did anyone make an ugly face or be rude to any customers. Were people frustrated with how backed up they were yes but they still made the effort to acknowledge every guest and let them know they hadn’t been forgotten about. They kept checking the orders and if anything was wrong with the orders, they remade it as quickly as they could. I’ve been to other establishments in our town with less people in a “busy” time and received way worse service. All of the crew that was on staff tonight 12/4/25 was phenomenal and should be commended for the work they put in and keeping their spirits and morale up!

Pretty good food. Breakfast and dinner. Speed is average - like the deals.

Food was good. Service prompt. However, they had a fan in the cooking area stop working, so smoke was not good.

Only got part of the order because the grill went down and they didn't bother to tell us until we got home and checked the order. We called and they told us to come tomorrow. If we had known we would only get part we would have gone somewhere else.

Good food, good service. It's nice to know that my favorite order (original chicken sandwich) is the same at each Burger King.

It usually is a great place to eat at. Except that today i found out eating alone is very uncomfortable only because the employees stared at me a lot almost the whole time I've been here. I'd prefer to eat with my husband than being alone. But then again thats just me. Other than that its great!

The food was good and the manager was very friendly. We used to go a get coffee and breakfast every morning until a group of older men started coming in and one of them started staring at me them made a move on me by exposing himself under his table. Since then we stopped going to this location.

Levelland store....your employee that works the drive thru window should be commended...she had a smile on her face the whole time I talked to her, i appreciated feeling like my business was appreciated. I wish I knew her name so I could spread her name around!🙂 Great employee!!!!

Alright food quality. Just impressed with what they think they are accomplishing by having people put there money in a clear tub so they can take it out and using same gloves and tote put my food in tote so i can take it out. This just seems like they are accomplishing nothing by this.

They have good breakfast and good lunch/dinner. We love the fact that they 10 piece nuggets for a $1.47 can't go wrong with that. In my honest opinion I would choose they're food over McDonald's any day! Just saying.

Honest and upfront.... the crew last night got my order wrong. Something ended up on my burger that I can't have. But mistakes happen and everyone makes them. It's how you own up to it and fix it that counts. And the crew last night impressed me. The cook himself is the one that got me fixed up and on my way. No fuss, no muss. Even joked about things. Lesson here too is that if you don't act like a "Karen", you won't get a defensive response. Good folks!

Tried the Impossible Whopper. Unfortunately in my opinion it doesn't have the taste of a meat hamburger. It does have the texture and look of a meat hamburger just not the taste.

Breakfast croissants always have a chemical preservative taste to them. Hit it miss on bacon being cooked enough.

The establishment as well as the food are great as to be expected of your regular burger king. The service on the other hand was quite poor with the lady at the register cussing at a friend of mine over a simple drink while the manager consistently complained about her day in the background.

Four burgers, all were wrong. Took forever to get someone to come on to order at the drive thru. We have this kind of service every time and always try again just to be disappointed again. At least what we got was good.

ALWAYS gets the order wrong. Today I asked for a whopper with lettuce only, and what did I receive? A whopper with everything. This has happened multiple times and they forgot my fries. Good people though.

During this time of needing to be sanitary, the BK in Levelland is using the same tray over and over again to hand customers their order out of the drive thru window. Using the same little basket to give customers their change. Never ever did we see them sanitize it. Then the person in the vehicle in front of us grabbed the entire basket, took it in his car, then put it back...... Keep the change BK. Taking unnecessary extra steps that will spread disease and illness, rather than just handing someone their bag of food or handing them their change with disposable gloves on. Poor management or uneducated and or untrained employees.

Placed an online order - get there only to be told they were "out" of the brisket burger. They could sub a whopper jr, etc. Fine - not what I want but I'd already paid online as well. There is a price difference involved but no offer of a refund or upgrade. The $1 isn't really worth arguing about but it was disappointing to get a mediocre burger for more than the menu price. I simply won't go back.

I don’t know what is going on with Burger King but they are getting really bad at getting orders out at it efficient time. Just now left on a Tuesday evening, there were people in the drive-through only, which was all the way out to the street. Sat there and waited for a good 15 minutes before I realized the line wasn’t moving. So I decided to go in, not a single person was eating inside. All of a sudden traffic through the drive-through starts going through every single one of those people got their orders before we did and then when we asked for certain sauces they were out.

They messed up my order and when I called to let them know they ignored it worst service ever. This is one Burger King I will never go to again me or my family.

Order was wrong. Maple waffles were awful. Tasted like cardboard, no flavor.

People here are so rude, even got sick after eating the food I ordered. Never going back.

Not a fan! Vegetables always seem to taste like a garbage can of vegetables smell. I guess it depends on the individual. I would say that if your a Wal-Mart person you are probably a burger king person too.

The cooks need to go back to school, they can't count higher then 2. It's really bad if the cooks don't know the difference from a single and a double.

I went to ladies room to wash up before ordering and they were out of paper towels and soap. I felt so gross there to think the employees weren't washing thier hands so it killed the moment for me. I went elsewhere to eat. I will not be coming back here.

The breakfast crew is absolutely pathetic! Had to wait 27 mins from pull in at the drive thru to driving away with the food. And there was only one vehicle on line before me. The one in front had to wait a little under 10 mins before they let him take his order. Then I pulled up started my order at the menu and immediately told me to wait. I sat there for 6 mins with no one in front of me at that point. I waited so long to order the guy in front of me already drove away with his food and they still didn't take my order. The morning crew leaders are absolutely at fault.

Ordered the impossible burger with no bread. All was good until I kept eating an out of nowhere start tasting grease! Clearly you should not cook these burgers next to the regular burgers! I ended up throwing my food away I couldnt eat it!

Avoid this place if possible. Jamie and Tiffany are the perfect definition of how to provide horrible customer service. Messed up my order twice And on third visit slammed the drive thru window on me several times. Would do 0 stars if possible.

Staff is outside smoking, while orders are waiting 15. I waited in line 15 minutes for my order, while 3 employees were outside smoking, and the girl at the window was not professional at all.

Every time they ask you if you want salt pepper ketchup and what sauce you want they don't never give it to you so why I ask

My menu item was listed one price 1.99 and I was charged 2.49..when I asked why ..the response I think the prices shown are wrong ?? Really no apologies..no we will honor the listed price . And honestly an item listed as 2 for 5.98 each .. who thought that confusing price up .cause no it cost 11:88 for 2 .. or 1 for 5.98.. Something is failing to monitor the pricing at least at the levelland location..

We ordered chicken tenders and chicken fries. We asked for bbq sauce and buffalo sauce which we received none so I go and ask for it and they give you 1 of each and we're told they only give 1 at a time service was very poor today . We waited for our order after 10 minutes we noticed an order up there so went and asked and sure enough it was ours...very disappointing

Came to eat and very dirty. We ask the worker if she could clean a spill in the lay ground area. And she just comment. "I can clean all day and it doesn't stay clean". And just ignored the situation. Then She came in area and looked at it and just went to gather trays only and walked off. Dining area dirty floor and tables needed cleaning. And thts cuz they weren't even busy. And on top of that employees dont greet customers or even smile it's nt so bad sometimes just to smile or even say Hi or HELLO... But our experience wasn't a good one I give them a 1 today...

They always get my order wrong, and the food is cold half the time. Burger King is good, just not this location.

We just got food and two of the cheeseburgers buns were super stale and hard. My daughter is missing her chicken nuggets and the food is cold!! We aren't a family that gets to go out to eat often. So when we do we fully expect the food to be good. Really disappointed to have spent our money and got this quality of food. Made me sad honestly.

My order was messed up and the lady that handed the food out the window made an obscene "shaking dice" gesture to me and closed the window in my face without saying anything after I said "thank you". This act was obviously intended to discourage me from going back through the get what I actually PAID FOR. This is the most disrespected I've ever been by fast food staff anywhere.

Don’t hesitate to sit there and go thru your bag at the window because they can’t count to 12 here. It was me and one other person in line and we waited about 15 minutes and for there not to be the right amount of things in the bag baffles me. Learn to count and expedite. Simple.

I went through the drive thru and ordered three burgers, two were double meat, double cheeseburgers a junior cheese burger with three order of fries. I live 15 miles away, when I get home in the bag was two regular cheese burgers and one plain and dry burger. No mayo, no ketchup on the burgers and only two fries. My ticket was right but order was not, very disappointed.

I had a really bad experience at Burger King. The service was slow and inattentive, and to make things worse, they got our entire order wrong. Several items were missing, including the fries, and what we did get wasn’t what we ordered. When we tried to address it, the staff didn’t seem very interested in fixing the issue. They definitely need to improve their customer service and double-check orders before handing them out.

I hardly ever make reviews .. but …The last few times I went to this location the food is cold and seems like they throw whatever in your bag. I asked for no ketchup twice and no cheese. Still Got both on my burger. I also asked for a cheeseburger with only cheese...they still gave a burger with the works. The burger looked old too. I think they just grab food to get you out of the drivethru. THEN to top it off, the fries 😒 were old and cold. I’m not sure if they know how to read or just being LAZY. I also asked for extra veggies and was charged for them, but did not receive my extra veggies. How hard is it to provide good customer service and make your food correctly? Especially when you’re the only car in line?? Be real. Please do better 😒

Never again! Sent my son to get me a late night meal, lobby should have been open for 10 more minutes and it was closed early. They won't let him ride thru the drive thru, he doesn't drive a car, but a bike. Anyway, another day I go there. Some dude at the drive thru with a full on head band covering his whole face, wore dark sunglasses and "sagging"? Never said one word to me, I stood there shouting for five minutes he wouldn't even look at me. I went around and said "hello" Is anyone here? Guy at drive thru, still no aknowledgement, never even looked at me. And he never spoke to anyone. Pretty strange people they have working there now. when I was finally helped, the gentleman was really nice, but I had to wait over five minutes. They guy at the drive thru needs fired. They need to step this place up, What a burger is going to kill them!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Went through drive, ordered a Rodeo King (2 patties, 2 cheese, bacon, onion rings, bbq sauce, and mayo) I got, (1 patty, 1 cheese, no bacon, onion rings, barely any bbq sauce and mayo). Also ordered chicken fries with zesty sauce and got no sauce. In case a worker wants to know how a Rodeo King should look, I attached a photo. Maybe y’all get it right <3

Worst service yet. Went through drive through had to wait 5 minutes to talk to someone, cash only - guess it was too far to walk to the other registers, waited 25 minutes to get the wrong order, had to tell them what I ordered but they had already taken my money. 2 people behind me drove off, tired of waiting. I couldn't because I had already paid. This place is continuing to go downhill. So much for fast food and good service. And they only had 3 cars that had people inside.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Whopper meals. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. When I got home (about a 3 minute drive) the food was cold. This is the last time I eat at Burger King.

Every time I go they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I keep going back hoping they will get it right. I’ve even tried ordering on the app so I know the wrong orders weren’t on my side. But even then still WRONG. They are also very rude inside and through the drive thru. Get it together Burger King!!

The Levelland store used to be the best one but here lately the evenings are horrible. We place online orders and pick them up immediately, but always have at least a 15-20 minute wait, then the food is cold, not prepared correctly and tastes old!! Do better BK! The mornings are great! Fresh, hot food and the staff are awesome. The evening staff are rude and flat just dont care and it shows.
