Stopped by yesterday and went to walk up window. I was met with a smile and great service by Barista Grace. Got a great drink and customer service.

Cut my finger on a shard of glass in my car and they were so kind and got me a Band-Aid and some napkins. They were amazing 10/10 people.

Consistent location, they are always friendly and quick with service specially during rush hour. Hannah did a great job at taking orders quickly out in the cold weather so there would be no line.

Came here to get my morning drink and Evan was so friendly and made my entire day with his nice words! Kimberly was able to make my drink so quick I didn’t even have time to pull up to window drink was done and perfection crazy quick. My favorite Dutch ! Thank yall!

I love ice coffee, and by far Dutch Bros is the best. I live in Corinth, TX but I go to the Lewisville, TX location because these guys at this location are so awesome! Kylee, Wendy, Julien, Vincent and Zack, just to name a few, always greet me by name, their customer service is just impeccable, and they know exactly what I want and how to make it! I feel so welcomed when I pull up to this location, not saying I don't at other locations, but this by far my favorite location. The team here is just awesome! I truly appreciate these guys! Shout out to Zach who gave me my drink and Shannon for taking my order in the cold with a smile. The coffee was sooo good and so many choices! This was my first time at this location (second time at Dutch Bros). I’m usually a Starbucks girlie but I wanted something a little easier on the budget. My first experience at Dutch Bros was the Main Street location and I wasn’t much of a fan of the coffee. However, at THIS location Cesar was VERY patient and took time understanding what I was looking for, and then the drinks he delivered were so good. My daughter wanted a Frappuccino similar to a cinnamon dolce from Starbucks and what he gave her lit her face UP. He gave me some kind of mocha iced something and it was so good. Because of him I’ll be returning.

This place sucks. And i hate saying that, but it’s only this location. They add so much ice you’re done with your drink in two sips! It never tastes like what you ordered. I feel like they just mix ingredients together.

I normally don’t post reviews but this is already 3rd time they’ve messed up. This time I went I asked for extra strawberry soft top and they only put a tablespoon size of soft top. Even if I wouldn’t have asked for extra soft top it shouldn’t be that little since the other drink I got had triple the amount of soft top than the other two drinks. I love Dutch bros but this is unacceptable. If you guys want better I recommend the Dutch bros in 407! I’m only saying this because this issue has happened to me 3 times in a row already. Other than that the coffee still taste good they just messed up the orders keep that in mind.

I order this all the time at other locations and have never had it be so far away from full. It also tasted different (not good) than my same order from other locations. They offered no remedy at all so I just left. Bad experience, will not return.

First off, the line took forever and when I finally pulled up to the window the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than making drinks. They also messed up my order and seemed annoyed when I asked them to remake it. I hate being that person. I understand they get busy but I just don't want a drink I didn’t order. When I finally got my drink, I could tell it was rushed and wasn't made very well and by the time I drove away I realized they didn't give me a straw, but I guess I also forgot to so that's on me. Unfortunately I will be taking the extra 6 minutes to go to the Hebron location from now on.
