This is a good Fast & Furious even though I'm still partial to the Las Colinas location. I normally get a steak & chicken combo cooked spicy and mushroom poppers. The food is tasty expect the mushroom poppers which seemed a touch bland; maybe could have used more sauce on top. The portion sizes were good. Coming after lunch on a Saturday is perfect as it was not busy.

I’ve tested this theory many times…. The Fort Worth location by my work gives more than double the amount of meat, whether it’s chicken or steak. This Lewisville location by my house skimps out hard. Bummer because I love this place but it never fills me up when I go to this one.

The food was good. However, they ran out of vegetable, in which we found out when they were handing us our food. I really wish they would have told us so we could have decided if we still wanted it or just try it another day. The portion size was pretty good, adult and children. The mushroom poppers are great, the jalapeño popper are just ok. I was looking for heat with the jalapeño, and it didn’t deliver at all. Overall I will definitely go back and hope and pray they have veggies.

The food here isn't great but it isn't horrible! The jalapeño poppers and mushroom poppers are great but I think they could get better with a little more special sauce drizzled on them. The texture of the poppers are perfection and they were nice and hot. The flavor was great but that special sauce will take it to excellent. The meal that I got was a rice bowl: fried rice, sweet and spicy chicken, with vegetables. I tasted each item individually and the flavor profile was off. Didn't taste sweet nor spicy nor blan! It confused my tastebuds but it wasn't good at all! This is the second time I went here and got the same thing just to make sure I wasn't being too judgemental. Maybe one day I'll try something different!

We recently tried F&F Japanese Grill and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food felt overpriced for what we received and overall was pretty mediocre. What really stood out was the lack of customer service. There was no greeting when we walked in, and we felt rushed while ordering. I had a question about the shrimp because it looked good, and the response I got was simply, “Yeah. It’s $2.99 a shrimp,” which caught me off guard and didn’t feel very welcoming. To make matters worse, my mom felt sick almost immediately after eating the food, which made the whole visit even more concerning. Sadly, this is not a place we would return to or recommend based on our experience.

Picked up my food and was looking forward to digging in but found a piece of plastic AND a strand of hair in my food! 🤢 I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my meal. I spent too much money for poor quality.

First visit — disappointing experience. 1. Steak Quality: The steak was significantly overcooked and did not meet the “premium” description on the menu. Although the restaurant advertises premium steak cooked to a medium temperature, I requested medium-rare for one of my two orders. Both were delivered extremely well-done, and the cut resembled a basic choice sirloin rather than anything that could reasonably be considered premium. 2. Service: When I arrived, only one other customer was dining, yet this did not translate into prompt service. The two employees at the register were engaged with their phones and socializing, and did not acknowledge my presence. Another staff member eventually came from the back to hand me my order. 3. Atmosphere: The overall feel of the restaurant suggested a business in decline. The lack of attentiveness from staff and the subpar food quality reinforced this impression.

Not worth the price….. got a steak and shrimp bowl…. Legit got 4 pieces of shrimp ? Waste of money and the flavor ain’t it to top it off. Service was ok…

This place was recommended to me by multiple people. However, for $15 a plate I expected more. I bought two plates, fried shrimp, and gyoza’s for almost $60. This is what my plate looked like when I opened it. The lack of meat and shrimp compared to the photos online is ridiculous. I truly expected more.
