Pretty bummed for the cost and result. Chicago deep dish arrived with loads of cheese and ZERO sauce.

I made an order online using the company website thinking that I wanted to support small businesses in the local area and save them as much as possible. Wow did I not expect the horrible customer service. As I stated earlier I placed my order online I received a text saying my order was ready but to my surprise not only was the order not ready but there was only 1 family being served and they had their food already. The person at the shop told me to come back my food wasn’t ready so I came back in 5 min to find my pizza alone and cold on the counter I wasn’t sure if it was mine but the server was checking up on the family already seated. He made a jester to me as if I was bothering him when I asked if the pizza was mine. When I look back I believe the server did not value me as a customer and since I already paid there was nothing I could do. Anyway do better and treat your customers better.

Food was as expected. Service was lacking. Our server was not in the best of moods as he was dropping our plates on the far side of the table. He never came back to see how our food was. He never came back to refill our drinks. I had to approach the counter to ask for a to-go box and the check. We felt like we were a bother to serve. Also, who cuts up a pizza into 2" squares? At some point one of the employees came out from the back wearing a sleeveless shirt as if he just came from the gym. A little unprofessional in my opinion. The atmosphere was very drab with one tv playing some weird YouTube video on random. We left as soon as I paid the check just to go get something to drink at a local gas station since we couldn't get refills here. This was our first and will most likely be our last time.

The service was nearly non existent. Had to go up to the counter to ask for a refill, even though the server had passed by out table about twice. I would rather had just ordered the pizza at the counter. Pizza itself was fine, I think the amount of ingredients added should not cost as much as they do. The least you could do would make it the first 2 ingredients free (or price them differently between veggies and protein). A small pizza should not cost over $20, but it was, because I wanted to add some veggies. The wait time, too, nearly 30 minutes. I should've just made a pizza at home instead. Also, the TVs had some Super Mario parody videos playing and there was adult themes within them. Characters depicted to be having sex and saying adult language. Not child friendly.

Pizza is just not good . Got a pizza by the slice and the crust was so thick and dry . The sauce was not that good either . I was the only one in the establishment and it took over 20 mins just to get two slices of pizza . I would not recommend .

Horrible experience. Was very excited to order Chicago style deep dish pizza at our 16th anniversary. The pizza was definitely forsaken for 10 surplus minutes of baking time. The crust was not over baked but was literally black burnt. Can't believe the person packing it up didn't notice that. Chicken wings were a bit over cooked too but were at least not burnt. Obviously, never going back again specially because they refused to take responsibility by some compensation. Good customer service is, when you make a mistake, you pay back with replacement.

My experience has been horrible! STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND FOR AN ORDER THEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED TO TAKE, YET THEY SEE NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD. THEY ARE RUDE AND AVOIDING THE REFUND. Raymond told me his boss told him to accept the order and will refund me Friday. I spoke to SAM the owner and he now denies it, he said it's been refunded yet my bank states they are still waiting on the merchant to verify the purchase. I call Rosatis Saturday to see what is going on with the refund and Raymond first says SAM is "busy", I insist on talking to him so now he says SAM is "outside". I tell him to let Sam know I need to speak to him and suddenly it's "going to be an hour wait" because SAM isn't there today. I immediately get upset and tell him I need to speak to the owner .....LOW AND BEHOLD THE OWNER ( who wasn't there 2 minutes ago) is now picking up the phone. Sam went from being busy, to outside, to an hour wait to GONE and suddenly appeared, all within a minute or 2. Luckily I paid with a card so I'm guaranteed my refund. It's not $5, it's Almost $60 so yes, I'm going to make sure I get my money back.

Definitely wish I would of taken a picture. This location has went down hill. The quality of taste is not the same. I use to visit this location often being from the Midwest and it use to hit he spot everytime. I had a bad experience and just tried it again and it disappointed me. The deep dish was dry and barely any sauce, I asked for extra cheese I didn't get it just a lot of dry, thick, no flavor. Definitely have new owners!! I will no longer spend my money here, I'll drive a few extra miles to the Flower Mound location from now on.

Me and my wife normally order from here at least 3 times a month. Today the owner delivered our pizza and salad. Called to say that my pizza was cold. Person on the phone said our order was wrong. They gave the wrong pizza. Owner approached me aggressively and told me not to order from him again. He got in my face and we really had words. If you are the owner. Not a way to build a business.

Terrible. Placed a large order for company office lunch. An ingredient was left off every pizza. They arrived slid all the way to one side of the box. Pizza tasted like it had been made the night before and simply warmed up and delivered. Arrived Luke warm, cheese already hardened. Manager called me back with attitude fully loaded before I even picked up the phone. Bad product, bad customer experience. Just bad.

Normally love this pizza. Ordered from them before and had no problems. Placed an order through Doordash, was delivered with no issues. Then I opened the box. Paid $35 for a burnt pizza with no extra cheese. Called them to report it and they said talk to Doordash. DOORDASH DIDN’T BURN MY PIZZA!! You did! You sent out an overcooked pizza for delivery! This isn’t a delivery service problem! You got lazy and sent out a sub par pizza and then blamed the people that didn’t make the pizza!! You guys are trash! Do better!

I am Sicilian and this is embarrassing , there was so much grease leaking through the boxes it ruined my clothes, also NOT AUTHENTIC AT ALL there isnt an Italian in site. All of this food was frozen and re-heated. Also Never Going Back To This Place..... The owner would not take responsibility for the food being nasty and all that grease oh yea there was so much it leaked all the way through my bra to my skin talk about yuck. THE FOOD IS GROSS

To the owners, You can not run a chain such as this with 1-2 on staff on a Sunday night. Rosaties makes some good Chicago pizza but this location, this time was not editable. There was only "one" person working and she was nice and helpful but this pizza is burnt! It was lacking a lot of cheese that they normally use on these Chicago deep dish pizzas.
