BJ’s offers great flavor and value, but what truly sets this experience apart is its exceptional staff. Krystal, Chandler, Robert, and Vanessa are the most talented and hospitable servers I’ve ever encountered. They are not only attentive but also incredibly funny and entertaining. Mangers Michael and Michael make certain you experience the best. The daily specials are fantastic, and the portions are generous. However, don’t miss out on the “off menu” suggestions from your server. They often have some of the best dishes. Thank you, BJ’s, for consistently providing a rewarding dining experience.

A bunch of friends and I decided to have an impromptu get together for New Year's Eve, and chose this restaurant for our meal. Latoya N was our server and she was great!! She was very engaging, didn't rush us at any point during our meal, and she had a great sense of humor. Her service was prompt without being overbearing. She took our drink and appetizer order, and everything came out great! I ordered the Deep Dish Nachos with chicken for our appetizer, and it was delicious! I especially loved how fresh and cold the guacamole was, and there was no shortage of grilled chicken and melted cheese. For our entrees, I ordered the smokehouse burger, and my dining partner ordered the Seared Ahi Salad. Both choices were excellent! My only complaint is that we didn't save room for a pizookie. Maybe next time. If you're in the area, and you choose this restaurant, be prepared for a great meal and great experience!

Camryn tonight was our server and after a long flight and travel me and my girlfriend wanted to relax with a nice drink and food. We told her dealer's choice on drinks and for our wings. All came out excellent and 5 stars are not even enough to describe her customer service. The drinks were amazing. The margarita and snowman drink were to die for. Pictures don't give them justice. 5 stars to Camryn who was our waitress and Taylor who was the hostess. I can't describe how their genuine hospitality made our night. Between the drinks, amazing food and atmosphere it wowed us. I will for sure be coming back again. *update Went back again and same as last time had a great and amazing time with Camryn. Thank you again for making it a great experience. These are the types of people who make the service industry great. I'd hire her in a minute. *update So now being back several times the last time unfortunately was not the best. Hostess right out the gate was awesome. The server now... not the best. She was either having a bad day or she's not miss sunshine at all and that's who she is. Food came out ok but the snowman drink looked like it had 8 eyes and no face. Just little quirky things that made this experience off. Will still continue to come and see Camryn but if she's not there not sure we will stay.

I went during the happy hour and had a big margarita for 7$ which is awesome. Also the appetizers were 7$ mozzarella sticks which can be a meal by themselves. The burger with brisket was really tasty. Great service, great prices, definitely would recommend for visiting.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at BJ’s Restaurant in Lewisville! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch. The food was good (as always)! A big part of what made our visit exceptional was the wonderful team. Manager Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in personally and creating a welcoming environment. And our server, Jessica, was friendly and helpful. She kept everything running smoothly and made us feel truly taken care of. Thanks to Alex, Jessica, and the entire team, this visit was another great visit. If you’re in the Lewisville area, BJ’s is definitely worth a stop, you’ll be well taken care of!!!!! Alex is the man!!!!!!

Unique was the hostess who welcomed me, she was friendly and told me to check their daily lunch specials and even told me that Vanessa was going to be my server. Vanessa was also attentive and friendly; truly appreciated it because service is what makes the dining experience A+. Check out the rootbeer and ginger beer to go; they have lunch specials and lunch deals based on each day of the week. I tried the chicken bowl and it was delicious, healthy and i will return to eat it again particularly at $12.99. Great pricing…This BJ has great location, the restaurant was clean and offered great playlist.

Krystal is awesome. This is the second time we have had her serve us at the bar and are quickly becoming regulars. She makes a perfect French 75 every time and always goes above and beyond. Thanks Krystal you Rock!

I haven't been to BJ's in forever but we decided to come in just on a whim. We did the $13 pizookie meal deal going on right now (Oct 2025) and Kassidy was our server. We genuinely had an amazing experience, the food was way better than I remember and Kassidy was honestly one of the best servers we've had; super attentive but not over bearing. If you're like me and haven't been in awhile, I highly recommend checking it out 🫡

Latoya was wonderful and I’m so happy we had her as our server for our first visit at BJ’s. Friendly and just excellent service. Each of my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) had something different, and each was super happy with our food. Beer very good also. Ended with a yummy triple chocolate piz-ookie. Wonderful place to celebrate some Girl Scout accomplishments and we will definitely be back. Only tweak I’d make would be less powerful A/C as we all got cold.
