This location is by far me and my family’s favorite location. We can say that because we have been to all of them around the DFW metroplex. Felicity the GM makes my family feel like we’re part of her family. Our food is always correct and hot. She is running around doing just about everything, I mean she is on it! She goes above in beyond to make sure everyone in there is treated the same. Pam and Judy are always a delight to see at the front counter. They are awesome as well!! I normally order the grilled chicken club on a 9grain ciabatta bread with no honey mustard and it’s Chris’s kiss*
Ive been coming to this location for the last year and Felicity has been an amazing manager and always takes care of me and my coworkers!
The service is amazing here. They greet you, they bring the food to your table, refill your drinks and clear the table. Its like a full service restaurant but it's not. Great food options
My wife and I came in for an early lunch. We were greeted by Judy. She was an absolute angel. Her smile and friendliness was enough to make my day. We both ordered the spicy turkey melt. I had a side Caesar salad and my wife and a side of broccoli cheddar soup. Both sides were delicious. The sandwiches were toasty and delightful. They weren’t shy with the turkey or avocado and we appreciated that. It wasn’t exactly spicy but it was definitely tasty. I recommend this location. Very nice large seating area As I’m writing this review, Judy just came over and asked how we enjoyed everything. I can’t stress this enough. She is just the sweetest. I might even call ahead and make sure Judy is here before my next visit.
I love McAlister’s in Lewisville on Round Grove Road. We come every Saturday or Sunday for our family dining. The staff here is amazing and love the upbeat music. Thank you for making us feel at home

Best McAlister's I been I have gone to many McAlister's in Texas and gotta say this is the best one by far. The staff it's really friendly, the food it's warm & arrived quickly, the place it's clean, and the environment it's welcoming overall. I would definitely come here again after a gym workout 💪💪💪💪💪
Perfect! I was out looking for a place to work and get out of the house and stopped at this location. I walked in to be greeted by the nicest man, Nathan. I am assuming he was a manager. He genuinely was the most welcoming and kind person. He also brought me some tea while I was working. All of the staff were the nicest and most helpful people. Also, a lady with striking eyes came by to check on me. I realized later that she was possibly the GM as I saw her name, Felicity, on the front door. Definitely, this will be my working location moving forward. I drive by the location daily but didn’t know it was set up as a working spot as well as a deli.

When I have a taste for McAllister's this is my come to spot :) I'm ALWAYS greeted with warm welcomed and smiling faces as soon as I come in... It's always super clean, and I ALWAYS receive my food fast and fresh :) it's the consistency for me!!! That's what keep me coming back! Just a phenomenal experience every single time. Eduardo was the young man that greeted and took my order today... & I'm soooo grateful for Jessica for serving me. I literally wanted for nothing the whole time, she took care of my every need before I could even ask. They definitely represents the company well :) thanks yall
Fresh and fast. Great taste. Clean restaurant. The Crescent Chicken sandwich was great! The Chicken Salad sandwich was great! Chips are crispy. Chocolate chip cookie is delicious. But the Broccoli Cheese soup is very cheesy and the best I've had in awhile!! The Sweet Tea was awesome not too sweet!!
When I tell you McAlister's NEVER disappoint. Yall they don't. Add all the veggies you want for free (almost). I haven't had one in a while but this one was absolutely scrumptious. I was so full. They always pack the food on. It is very filling. Love love loved it.❤️ 💖 ✨ 🌟
We visited this location around lunch time and it was not busy at that time. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich that I ordered was the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch it was very flavorful; I ordered it with a side salad and couldn’t finish it the portions were very good. I would definitely be returning back in the near future to try other sandwiches.
Their tea is delicious. Also, the vibe at night makes so one of my favorite places to go and get some work done. They play that 90s early 2000s songs.
Twice have gone in, older female is always a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and always has a smile. The younger female running the pickup lane is always very helpful as well. Now that ive notated that, on to why i rated 2 overall. The past 2 times ive gone ive gotten the wrong food. Both times it seems the person giving out the food isnt actually checking what they grab and just bag it. Will unfortunately no longer bother visiting. My time is valuable and i just need lunch. Do better, theres a clear difference between Vegetarian Chili and Regular Chili.
If I could give negative stars I would...I don't eat beef or pork and haven't for 25 years. I was sure to CONFIRM my sandwich had NO beef or pork, she said it didn't. I take a couple of bites and what do I see? BACON!! Rude and disrespectful, I will NEVER eat at another McAllister's again, you can NOT trust them with your dietary needs. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!
Came here and order my food. But they forgot spcy tky melt. My daughter got her meal and found hair in her grill chicken club and also I order a kids meal and they forgot the cookie that came with the meal. Respectfully I understand everyone makes mistake but if I’m gonna pay $62.60 I at least would have liked everything in there for what I’m paying for. Another thing aswell when I went to get my food they forgot my drink so I had to remind them about it. I don’t think I will come back respectfully.
Worse McAlister in the world. I thought it was just when you order it through Uber Eats. Nope it's when you order inside as well. Worse food. And just as bad when order from this place on Uber Eats, they never fix it correctly and they leave stuff out. We decided to give them one try tonight. Wish I'd just went on to McDonald's instead. My bread was hard as a rock, unable to eat it. Not hardly and meat. It was suppose to have avocado on it. It only one have of a small slice terrible. I also ordered the sweet tea. Which wasn't sweet at all horrible. Don't call it sweet tea if it really isn't. My friend ordered the fruit salad with pecans. It looked like a hot mess. Like they just through it on there. Only 4 blueberries smh. This place wasn't even busy. Their were only a only 2(tables) other people than us. For the food and experience to be this horrible. My advice don't go here.
Do NOT eat at this nasty disgusting place! Ordered a Chicken Caesar and their was a FLY in my salad! Called the store to see who to speak to an management just told me to cal DoorDash, no “sorry for the inconvenience” or anything. Never eating here again and reporting to Corporate & Health Department blehh🤮
