The prime rib half bird was awesome, as well as a bowl my wife had. Brownie was great too. Staff was very helpful as this was our first time to eat here. Great food and great service is hard to beat. Pretty interesting interior decor as well, they also have outdoor seating but was too cold for that today.

I like this Freebirds, as I enjoy FB more than Chipotle, but this location lacks slightly in certain areas. I've gone twice and there's only one person working the line. Their customer service is GREAT, but they can only do so much when they're slammed and alone. I feel bad for them when they get an unexpected rush. Sometimes the food on the line looks like it has been there for a while, but that's probably because I'm going at slower times. Still though, I want the freshest. The dining room....oh man, it's clean, but huge, and it has a bar area (or something idk it's so out of place) that's kind of a catch-all. They were out of lids/straws last time I went, but didn't ask the dude because again he was alone. As I said, I love Freebirds, and this location could be great with a few tweaks that would allow for fresher food, more customer service, and a lobby that is functional. Ultimately, I'll be back. It's not a bad experience at all and you can tell that the employees/management care - the place isn't in disrepair and the food is still good.

Visiting freebirds after a long time. The vegetarian rice is a bit disappointing and so are their chips. Left more than half off chips to the trash. The make your own vegan bowl and vegetarian burrito are good, well made. The service is excellent 👌👌👌.

I ordered online for pickup. no complaints about readiness & packing. but food was ice cold. we ordered 2 monster vegan & vegetarian bowl, 3 veggie taco with creamy jalapeno... the sauce was super spicy & burnt us....and spilled too much inside the taco & literally soggy unable to eat.. .. not that great !!

Theres a reason why everyone loves chipotle. And there is another reason. That is this place. Food is meh. Service is terrible. I placed a togo order. The portions were evidently different thought the items are same. Called them back only to hear they are sorry. 🥴

Food: Nothing was fresh. Everything look stale or old. We had the veggie bowl only. Maybe the non-veggie options are better but, I highly doubt it. I could have sworn freebies were better than this however, I hadn’t been there in a while. I won’t be back… Atmosphere: was okay Service: Service was good Price: horrible. We shared a small bowl and it was $15. Over priced food and was very underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location.

I really enjoy the taste of Freebirds, and I generally like the franchise as a whole. The flavors are solid, and this location has friendly, nice staff who do their best on the customer service side. Unfortunately, this specific location has ongoing issues with cleanliness. On top of that, I’ve had severe stomach issues two out of the three times I’ve eaten here, which is hard to ignore. As much as I like the food itself, I can’t really justify returning, even though the flavors are consistent with other Freebirds locations. I wish this spot were better run, because I genuinely like the brand, but these issues outweigh the positives for me.

Food was mid, service sucked really bad. The lady at the counter was super rude. And you barely get any food which sucks for the price. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE! RUDE!! They are so slow. They didnt have the food ready as the line was growing. I left and came back b/c the chicken needed 4 or 5 mins to cook. Once i xame back No one was in line and I still had to wait for them to all of a sudden cut the chicken and get more fajita veggies Which took another 10 mins. They clearly aren't working. Just standing around talking. AND STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG..NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!

Not a single good thing, genuinely, there's no music, no flavor, no life. The workers were slow and had no sense of urgency, my beans were, "from the Sahara" and I managed to get the last remaining 4 pieces of burnt end chicken that made me regret ever coming out of my apartment. Tonight's experience was a new low. The gentleman making our burritos couldn't hear us and kept getting items wrong. He probably should have taken his ear buds out. Then the steak in my burrito was cooked rare. The manager tried to gaslight me and told me that's the way they've always cooked their steak. Absolutely untrue. Edited after owner response: I have been a Freebirds customer since the 1990s in College Station. The quality over the last few years has been unacceptable. There will not be an opportunity to serve me better in the future, as I will not be returning. This could have been fixed by the manager on duty, but she refused to acknowledge that it was an issue.

First, when you walk up to the door, the realtor box is STILL on the door. I placed an online/app order. When I arrived, two men were eating in the dining space and no employees were to be seen. I walked up to the register and stood there, without anyone coming to great me. After a moment of standing there awkwardly I then called out, "Hello?!?! Anyone here?" when the young man came around the corner looking very nervous. I told him I was there for an app order and he handed me my bag. I asked for extra on mine, my gf did not. We also ordered chips. Both bags of chips has barely a handful of chips, less than 10 chips each. Our bowls are laughable. My girlfriend's bowl hardly has any food in it and mine (with extra) barely has any food in it. You can see the bottom of the bows, meaning they didn't even put enough food in for the walls of the bowl to do what bowls do. They did not even give me $10 worth of food. Ridiculous! I will not be going back and I recommend you do not spend your money here either. Update: Since the owner responded and provided the link so he/she can follow up there has been no contact or follow up from them. At least nothing that I have observed come through. Kind of disappointing considering how quickly they had reached out after the initial post. I had actually forgot about the whole thing until I considered going back and then remembered to not spend my money here.

I have been coming to this location for over ten years. Having been gone for the last two, I was extremely excited to come back. This unfortunately will be the last time I eat here. Me and my mother both ordered monster bowls with the only difference being mine was steak and had queso and hers was chicken. Beyond both of ours being incredibly under served, hers was almost 300 grams smaller than mine when weighed. This is a big shame because of how good it used to be. Don’t eat at this location. I will t give another free birds location a shot, but if it’s this poor, I won’t eat at any free birds again. Both of these bowls were $35 together. The pictures were taken right when we got home. Update: 6-7 hours after eating this gave me food poisoning. Absolutely don’t dine here.
