We always get great food & service here. Our latest visit on 11/8 was delightful thanks to our cashier & server, Tyra. She was so warm, welcoming & gracious! I gave her my grandson's name for our order, and she later stopped by our table to clear our food baskets. She called him by name and asked if he'd enjoyed his dinner. Whenever she wasn't taking orders, Tyra was cleaning tables & checking on customers. She's simply amazing!! We look forward to seeing her again soon.
Great grub. Their chicken fingers are always fresh and never so crispy that that's all you taste. Their sauce is great also. Not just for their chicken, but for their fries also. It's a little pricy. A 3 piece combo and a 4 piece combo cost us $16. But even still....id highly recommend going there if you haven't tried them out. The staff is super friendly and always has a smile and greets you as soon as you walk in.
I frequent this location often. It's not near my apartment but it's the best Cane's in the area! The customer service is top notch every time I go. Last time, Sarah went above and beyond to make sure that my order was perfect (as usual). 12/10 recommend!!!!
My granddaughter and I went there for lunch. we were greeted by several staff members with a very friendly greeting. after we got our order taken our meal was out to us in minutes. as we left one of the staff members remember our names and said goodbye using them.the place was extremely clean and fully staffed with very enthusiastic workers.
Food is great, though selection is limited to how many chicken fingers you want. Every mean is chicken fingers: 3, 4, or 6. There is a chicken sandwich, but it's 3 fingers on a roll. And the dipping sauce is great. So if you want chicken fingers, this should be the only place you go.
I tried Rasing Cane's few years ago, and didn't like it. Not just me, my whole family never tried again. My son got a free meal coupon from school, and he wanted try for first time so we went. What happened? Since when they got so good? My son finished 2 kids meal. Went back again next day, and next day. I admit, they got the best ck tender.
This establishment only serves fried chicken strips, fried chicken strips sandwich, fries, cole slaw, toast, and obviously different beverage options. You got to try the Cane sauce which is prepared every morning only by the general manager. If you are looking for mashed potatoes, a beef burger, or anything else that I did not mention they have, this is not the place for you. It is chicken. Nothing special about it, but it's still great fried chicken strips. (Better than Chicken Express in my opinion) With that being said. This location is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food is ALWAYS cooked fresh to order. Ask for extra crispy fries if you don't like soft fries. Great music being played and tons of stuff to read or admire on the walls. There's a shiny disco ball hanging in the front of this lovely environment. I dare you to find the giant 1. Every Canes location has one hidden in plain sight. When I say giant, I mean taller than a door huge. Good luck and I hope you enjoy this place like I always do.
The place has great chicken fingers. They're always fresh and hot off the cooker. The fries and toasted bread are good too. Make sure you get the sweet tea with a lot of ice. Something about their ice is addicting, the type to chew. The service is quick and the staff is always friendly. Depending on the work load they might even do a jingle when they call out your name.
Yesterday when we went to eat here, the computers were down, but the people were nice and straight forward about it and we ordered our food no problem. Then we waited about 30 minutes and so we went up to the front to check on our food. We were not in a big hurry. The manager guy noticed us sitting there and was like "Have yall got your food yet"? We were like no but the manager was very polite and apologetic since the kitchen was having a bit of problems due to the computers being down. 2 minutes later they walk out with our food. It was the freshest that they had ever served us before, and everything tasted great. Then when we were almost done the manager guy comes back and gives us 4 cards for free 4 piece chicken strip dinners for being so patient with them. It was awesome! We are definitely coming back soon.
I must say that this Raising Canes manager and employees handled a very rude disrespectful woman who stopped in the drive through and let them have it. Even after she was given food she was still unhappy yelling and also held up the line causing customers to leave or go into the restauant to get their fresh food. She was loud enough to b heard over their speaker playing music outside. Big shout out to the entire staff! Hats off to the manager that stayed very calm while trying to reason with her while she kept shaking her finger at him entire rant. You Rock! You are a prime example of how management stands up for staff accommodated disgruntled customer even after you went above and beyond to please her. Keep up the great work! See you all soon! Our food was great!!!! So worth the wait!
Just delicious fast food...plain and simple. One of two excellent fast food chicken options (Chick-Fil-A will always be king).
Everything was great. The fries and sweet tea was the best I've tasted at any Canes I've been to. The tenders were fresh because the stream coming from each tender was evident.
I came to dine in today at 7:30 pm today and the guy at the register was really polite and friendly made my order and even brought it to the table definitely deserves a raise and food was fresh too thank you for the experience
Everyone is professional. You can tell they enjoy being there. Bianca is the best. She takes great care of our company catering requests for Two years in a row. We love the food and the service. More years to continuing doing business with them.
Regardless of whatever Raising Cane's I go to, I always get great service and delicious hot food. Their Cane's special sauce has tiny bits of heaven in it! They have a small menu but everything on it is so good. Try their lemonade! JR
George was very helpful with any and all of my canes needs
Raising Cane's is known for one thing, and they do it exceptionally well: chicken fingers. The menu is simple—just tenders, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and the signature Cane's sauce. The chicken is always hot, tender, and juicy, encased in a light, flavorful breading. The crinkle-cut fries are perfectly salty, and the Texas toast is buttery perfection. The real star, however, is that tangy, peppery, creamy sauce—it elevates the whole experience. While I typically skip the coleslaw, the overall value and consistency keep me coming back for a quick, satisfying meal. It’s a guaranteed hit for fast-food comfort.
The food is always good and they provide quick friendly service.
Great location, the food was fresh, my grandchildren enjoyed the food. They also enjoyed having extra.
Had an amazing experience tonight. The gentleman taking our order was helpful and polite. He came around and checked on us and came back later to give us some swag. I will definitely be back. Food was hot and perfectly made
I picked up the grandkids yesterday from school and needed to take them for an early dinner since they were attending a band concert. I asked where they wanted to eat and they unanimously said Raising Cane‘s. They love this place. We had dinner at the Lewisville location off of Hebron Parkway. The food was served hot and fresh, and the service was excellent and staff very accommodating and friendly.
I usually dont like fast food or cains to be honest but today at about 5 I went in to drop my friend off for work and got food because I was hungry and its pretty cheap, the guy at the counter was genuinely one of the best counter workers I've ever had an experience with ( DJ) shouldn't be working at this cains he should be running it, super respectful, kind, and has very strong hospitality skills 10/10 customer service.
This was the fastest I’ve ever gotten my food anywhere I ordered and the food was out as I was getting ice in my cup holy Jesus very good employees here
Hiking to eat on Friday October the 17th 2025. I command the staff at 12:39 p.m. they are all wonderful smiling and pleasant and when they're not busy they're out and about cleaning tables and asking customers if there's anything else I would like I really really love that
I always receive the BEST from these genuinely courteous group of people!! The gentleman who seemed to be training today at 12:20 did excellent and made sure the order was correct before charging me which i just admire! Issac is also always great when he gets to help me!
I got off a very long flight the other day and wanted something quick and satisfying. Cane's will ALWAYS hit the spot! This is one of my favorite locations. Great staff, resturaunt is always well maintained, and food comes out hot and in a timely manner.
Oh my stars, I went to that Raising Cane’s place with my grandson the other day — what a treat! I don’t usually eat out much, but he insisted I try the chicken fingers. And let me tell you, they were something else. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — just how I used to make ’em back in the day, only these don’t leave a mess in my kitchen! The sauce — oh honey, that sauce! I don’t know what they put in it, but I was dipping everything in there. Even my toast! Speaking of which, that Texas toast was soft and buttery, just the way I like it. I asked for extra coleslaw but they let me swap it for more toast instead. Bless their hearts! The young folks working there were so polite too. One of them even held the door open for me. I told him he was raised right. All in all, I’d say Cane’s gets two thumbs up and a little happy dance from this grandma. I might not understand all the hype these days, but now I get why the kids love it so much!
Went with the fam around 2pm on a Saturday so the lunch rush had finished. The gentlemen as the cashier was very attentive to my orders and so nice. We sat down and food was brought to us. Never had that done at any Canes. The fries were the best I had bc of the salt added. Most Canes are missing the salt. Best Canes I've been too. Thx
Seriously amazing Raising Cane's! Raising Cane's company is probably the only restaurant in the US that can hire great people at every location. The young people that took my order, made sure my order was correct (one of them told the people in the back to redo the order), and packed my order up. Really great employees. Great location! Highly recommended!
Decent chicken with some pretty good sauce (I'm talking about the three chicken fingers combo) the food here is pretty good over all. This place kinda reminds me of a fast food restaurant but with a bit more quality, that's just my general review for this food chain. This is my first time at this restaurant after all. The place looks nice, picture frames and posters all over the place but wasn't a mess. As far as I could tell it was well kept and clean. The staff is really nice here. When I came they were in a bit of a hurry because I can with a group so they were focused on getting our orders quickly but they still treated us well and ever joined in a few conversations which is always nice. Pricing depends on what you are getting. If you are getting a combo meal then you are looking at about 5$-13ish$. If you just want something small (like one chicken fingers) the you could spend 1$-5$.
Updated review: we used to love coming here. The chicken tenders were always fat and juicy. But the past few times we have come here, the chicken tenders are skimpy and dried out (tough/rubbery like they have been cooked over and over). My husband says every time we try to figure out dinner plans "just not Cane's". Not sure why such the drastic change in quality... but if I do go back, it will probably just be to get their TX toast and Cane's sauce... to add to a meal I get elsewhere. ----- Everyone is always very friendly here. They never forget anything in my order and they are very quick to get orders out! The last time I came through the drive-thru they even gave my dog a treat! Definitely try making a sandwich out of their texas toast and chicken fingers... loaded up with their amazing [and possibly addictive] Cane's sauce. And don't forget to order their lemonade plus a side of fries!
I love everything about this place except for the fact that they always want to charge me for a refill on my Arnold Palmer. I get that you squeeze your lemons fresh and all, but let's be honest... No one comes here just for the lemonade; they come here for the amazing food! I'm a Denver transplant and we have nothing even remotely as good as Cane's or some of the other great Texas fast food chains. This place definitely stands out in every way and is what I would consider to be a Texas staple. Everything is ALWAYS fresh. Nothing is ever hit or miss. I never have to wait. These guys rock at what they do! Especially so at this location. I probably come here 3 times a week for the box combo and I brag to my out of state friends every time I do. I'd never suggest sacrificing your quality for a second because that's what truly sets your restaurants apart. Water that lemonade down a little bit though if you gotta bc no one likes paying extra for refills ;) Keep up the amazing work!
I've been here multiple times and I've had varying service. Sometimes they are excellent and everything is fresh, other times I've gotten colder food and incorrect food. Kinda a coin toss. Also their tea tastes different from past, I thought they changed tea types, but my boyfriend thought the off taste was soap residue on tea canisters. Honestly, I'll keep going because the box combo is hard to beat.
Good tasting chicken and excellent costumer service. Nice AND fast. Only hitch was that by the time I made it home @ 5 minutes away the hot chicken had sweat so much in the styrofoam that it was soggy not crispy. If the packaging was changed or styrofoam was eliminated in favor of always using boxes, it would make for a better experience.
Been coming here for a while, at least 10+ visits to this location. Most of the time they are good, but every now and then there is a slipup. On one of my recent visits, my cane sauce cup was only half full and every now and then I’ll get soggy fries and maybe even soggy chicken, on dine in. Mistakes happen, but overall most of the time the order is correct and made well.
Good service, the chicken is good, and the food is fresh. While I do like the sauce, it seems a bit over-rated. This is my second time trying Canes I will say it was less of a let down than the first time but I wouldn't go out of my way for Canes as there are a few other chicken places I do like better or that have a better value for the price.
I found the chicken finger combo reasonably priced and tasty for fast food. The tenders and fries were crispy like I like them. Their signature sauce is the reason to go as it is flavorful and adds to the taste of the chicken. The service was quick and friendly.
Still not a fan of the Cole slaw, but the strips and crinkle ff are so good.
It's not bad fast food, just incredibly overpriced for what you get and it's just "meh". The coleslaw is awful. They should should leave that off the menu. My son absolutely loves the chicken, so that's why we go there and they are truly fast in the drive thru! They do great in their marketing strategy so you have to give them that!
The food is always good and the drive-thru moves very fast. The service could be better. Bianca gave me the best service just a simple hello from the drive thru staff would really improve the customer experience. I hope she can spend time with the evening drive-thru crew to help them get to her level.
The food was good overall. The chicken pieces were smaller than sual, which was unexpected. The toast was amazing, and the coleslaw tasted great, but the portion was way too smal for a 6-piece chicken meal.
Fast efficient service at the drive-thru. Enjoyed the meal so much!
Food was delicious, but my tea was watery, or under brewed? Either way, I do love Canes in general, just had an off day with the tea
First time at Raising Cane’s and I do love how their food is freshly cooked. If you’re going to eat fast food make sure they cook their food fresh and avoid chemicals. The chicken was good but not as crispy. The fries were good and so was the garlic bread. Good portion for a decent price. Friendly and fast service.
This particular location seems to be struggling with taking orders correctly. There is about a 60% chance that they will get your order wrong. I have gone there several times and have left with the wrong drink or with the wrong order. When you do receive the right order, the food tastes great though. The employees are also really nice. The drive thru is very fast, but I would recommend checking your order before driving off.
Place to pick up order. It was sealed in a styrofoam container. That's everything. Was soggy the tenders the fries, the bread soggy.
My favorite fried chicken place is losing quality. I was very disappointed today to see that they have Reduce the size of their tenders, reduced the size of the sauce and the quality of the fries was also off. I don't know if this is just cost cutting or this is the beginning of the end. Me and my family have it very often but with this quality I will be thinking twice before ordering.
I guess I don't get what the buzz is about. The chicken tenders we're fine. The fries were fine. The toast was actually quite good. But I absolutely didn't like the dipping sauce that comes with the order (tasted like some variation on thousand island dressing). And the dipping sauce is really necessary. You can eat the tenders dry, but they are a little plain (could use some seasoning). It'll do in a pinch, but I won't seek out Raising Canes again.
Very out of the ordinary for Rasin Canes, with rude and unfriendly staff, never has happened to me before, probably just for this location. Dirty tables and charge and extra for refills. Wille waiting for our food we heard a kitchen staff squeeze her lung out wich was very discusting It's Deffenly worth the drive to another store
We love Raising Cane's, it use to be a weekly treat for the family. Recently we've all noticed a change in the quality of chicken we get at this location. Lots of tendons, fatty skin pieces, once found a bone. Other locations seem to have better selections of chicken.
If I ask for light ice please just give me that. I asked when I ordered and at the window and she literally gave me the same cup 😅 Yall be stuffing ice down.
The two stars is simply bc the food is good. The service here is GARBAGE. These kids they have working have zero manners and for this place being rated one of the best to work at, you’d think the attitude would be a lot happier. They never smile, they always answer with attitude, even when THEY mess up an order. GET NEW EMPLOYEES!!!
They forgot to add the signature sauce twice. And the the lady taking orders was really not patient. Because of her impatience I couldn't find the information I want. Sge just expects you place orders lije regulars and move on to next customer.. I ll try some other store. maybe.
very disappointed with the food i received. the chicken & fries were extra crispy. the tenders barely had any chicken to it as it was overcooked, it tasted burnt! also the fries were on the hard side. best thing out of my meal was the soda.
The line was a little long but it went by fast. My problem with todays visit is that the nice young women repeated my order, looked at my order then gave me my bag and I went on my way. I got home opened my box of chicken to find a chicken sandwich instead of a box combo with no slaw, extra fries and two extra sauce. It’s 12:05 and I’m not driving 15-20 minutes one way to get my correct order.
I usually order drive thru but went inside today. Huge mistake now I'm home eating cold food when I ordered dine in. You can't hear named called over loud music especially when guy with sweet voice calls it. Put some bass in your voice and customers might hear you. You work at canes so lose attitude. You chose to work there sweet boy
It may look like your average Cane's but don't let that fool you. Go to any other Cane's. On 7/2 at around 9pm, my family went in and ordered two 3 piece, 2 extra orders of fries and 3 extra bread and drinks. The girl who took our order seemed rather annoyed to deal with us, but it wasn't overly bad. When we finally got our order 20 minutes later, (mind you we were the only people in the place but the drive through was a little busy) we were shorted an order of fries. When I went to the counter with my food and receipt still in place, the guy at the counter apologized and asked the lady in the kitchen for another order of fries. She tried swearing up and down that she gave us the right amount of fries when obviously she didn't. She argued with the guy for a couple minutes before someone else in the back just put more fries in the window! It's just fries lady! On top of that, our chicken was really dry for Cane's quality and my pieces were very small. My three was more like 1 1/2. Given the issue with had with the fries, I wasn't comfortable with complaining about our chicken. We just ate and left and went somewhere else to get more food cuz we were still hungry. If this was my only experience with a Cane's, I would not go back. Definitely won't be going back to this one.
Came to this location on 10/12/23 at 11:30pm for drive thru service and the lady taking my order was rude and disrespectful. When asking if I wanted drinks that already come with a combo I responded “yes please” and as I was deciding on my drink choices the lady responded “we don’t have yes please as a drink” with attitude trying to be smart with me. You could can hear her coworkers in the back all laughing along with the lady taking my order. Poor customer service that is just unnecessary.
I looked up food near me and was happy to find raising Cane's was open until 12 a.m. so, with my mouth all fixed and ready for some Canes, I headed there and arrived right at 11:45 only to find the employees decided they would close the store an entire 15 MINUTES EARLY! I do understand it could be an inconvenience to have customers pull up 3 to 5 minutes before you're closing and also a bit inconsiderate on the customer's part but 15 minutes? That is just wrong and I personally three people in addition to myself who got there with 15 minutes to spare and had to leave with no food. I definitely won't be back to this location because I can't imagine what the customer service is like from people who would clothes and establishment 15 minutes before it's time to be closed.
This location is normally good, but on this day the fries were cood too fast and VERY salty might I add and my tenders were not even warm! I know this probably was an off day I definitely will be back to try it again... y'all still have the best staff and hospitality
The chicken tenders themselves are good, what would be better and 5 stars is if they had a selection of dipping sauce! I like to dip my tenders in Buffalo sauce. How do you open a chicken tender restaurant without BBQ, Buffalo and other sauces??? That would be common sense in my opinion. Zaxbys has awesome selection of sauces but the tenders are not as good
I love Canes Chicken. However, this time, all of my food was cold, and there is nothing worse than your cold fries or chicken for that matter. The person waiting on me was clueless as to what she was doing and didn't even listen to me. I will not return to this location. To pay this much for your food and you have to heat it when you get home is unacceptable. 😤 😒
I order food here at the drive through around 2pm on a Friday. There wasn’t anyone else in line, I received my food pulled into one of their parking spots and it was like the food I ordered was sitting in the box for a while. All the food was cold, the steam from the food made everything wet. I could not eat and had to go elsewhere.
We are a decitated raising Cane's family. However after today we will not be . We ordered a 25 pack of chicken and 2 sides of fries. Somehow we got off tasting old chicken mixed in with fresh and heavily salted fries and sauces spilled out. I call today and informed all I can get is to pay for a remake with free fries and no tax and to call corrupt.
Night shift sucks. They got my order completely wrong and somehow forgot the canes sauce. $7 for the wrong drink and a tiny box with 2 tenders and some fries with NO SAUCE is a ripoff
We ordered canes last night for my daughter and she was throwing up all night long and couldn’t sleep. We are having to take her to urgent care to see if it’s food poisoning. Very upset because we love Canes
They say on the website they close at 1AM but really they they stop at 12:30 maybe dinner than that I don’t know for sure. I know I pulled up around 12:30pm and they had people in the kitchen but nobody didn’t even bother coming to the speaker. I can’t answer any of the other questions below bc I wasn’t able to get anything
The manager is a joke at this location. The cashier, Tiedrice, took my order at the drive-through. I ordered an extra Texas Toast and I double-checked with the cashier at the window to make sure I got that extra toast(yes, they charged me for that). I opened the box, and it was missing that extra toast. I called the store, and the manager picked it up. He was telling me I can come back to get that extra toast, or they will issue a partial refund for that missing toast if I come back. First, I think telling a customer to come back for the mistake that restaurant made is a really bad reaction. Second, the manager wouldn't apologize. Third, the manager explicitly said, "If you think it is worth to come back just for that toast, you are more than welcome to." At this point, I think they purposely left that toast out of my box. I am going to report this to the client relations tomorrow.
I figured moving to a different state, Cane's might be better, guess I was wrong. Ordered a box combo that the lady verified with me when I pulled up and got a 3 piece. To make it worse, it was cold, both the chicken and fries. It's under a mile from work. The quality and quantity have been decreasing significantly since the pandemic. I miss the good Cane's.
Update !!!! Al I asked is to have my toast done right Rasing Cane use to care I dont knownwhat the heck is going on Now!!! Wish I could give a half star!!!!😡😡👀🤦♀️🤦♀️ lworked at this location and I know the manager wouldn't be happy with the food I received.. Cane's y'all can do better than that. I was supper surprised to see that a manager on duty would eve sell the food I got.. I guess the kids don't matter.. one dark one light half the breading gone off one.. it wasn't even hot.. I order toast and it was cold and not evenly toasted hell it wasn't toasted at all maybe warmed up..
I got there to pick up my wife and yes I do Park in the way but when I pick her up there's nobody there is nobody want two cars ever come around and then the manager gets mad at me thinking that I'm I should be parking but too scared to come outside and tell me so it's okay if I park in the way and you want me to move a park Be a man tell me man to man
February 22, 2026, around 9:45 PM Waited an unusually long time just to get a response at the drive-thru. While waiting, I could clearly hear employees on the microphone joking around and making noises instead of taking orders. After finally ordering, I was left waiting again at the window with no explanation, even though the line wasn’t moving. Unprofessional behavior and poor communication made what should’ve been a quick stop frustrating. Disappointing experience overall.
This place is so inconsistent with their orders its crazy, sometimes they nail it on the head and sometimes they’re not even in the same ballpark. I paid for a caniac combo with 4 extra fingers (I have it on the receipt). I open the box to see they had 3 fingers in side it, with 5 in a small box, meaning I got 8 fingers, Idc like I can survive with 8 but they charged me for the full extra fingers I ordered. I’ll start going to the one on main.
Caucasian manager was very hostile and rude. I honestly forgot today you all closed at 12. There were several people buying food however the manager felt the need to voice her irritation towards me.
After waiting 20 minutes in line behind someone else, which I was actually fine with seeing as it’s 12:30 in the morning and maybe it was just a slow night, I get to the window just for the cashier to greet me with my total, after giving her the money, she turned around back to her friends and said so anyway, and finished her story which I thought was extremely rude and uncalled for, she has extremely long, stiletto pointy nails that cannot be sanitary and Able to be properly washed underneath she couldn’t even pick up my change and verbally stated that. Irritated at the entire experience I took my change and left upon me driving away. I heard her say well OK then and mumble something else I backed up to ask what she had said because at this point, I was furious and she said oh nothing I said have a great night whoever the teenagers you have working tonight at 12:30 in the morning specifically the one with jet black hair and extremely long nails you won’t be able to miss her is extremely unprofessional and this being my first time at that location I will make sure not to go back.
It’s not the first time they messed up my order. Ordered 25 pieces finger & 2 toast… When I opened the box at home, it’s 25 coleslaw..with bunch of forks. When I took it back, the manager came out and didn’t really know how to handle it but blamed his employee. Just double check customer’s order before hand it out! Will never come to this location again.
Worst Raising Canes I've ever been to. The floors are sticky, counters are disgusting. All tables were dirty. Most workers were young and they were rude. Even the manager had awful remarks about my concerns. Yes that's a huge cockroach on the wall. We got a refund and left. Manager thought my concerns were worth her time.
