Food is excellent. I go at least three times a week after work. I feel healthy after eating it. I have only done the drive-thru. The girls are excellent. For fresh made food, it comes quickly.

The food is consistently good. If you like sandwiches and soups - this is a great option. Manager's Special allows for nice choice that includes soup and sandwich. I like their Italian po' boy, steak po' boy, and club sandwich

I placed a large order for pickup. The online order process was great- so many options to choose. I ended up having to call days later and switch a few things- they were so accommodating. When I picked up this morning they were very friendly and even helped me bring everything out and load up my car! I will definitely cater with them again! Fantastic experience!!!

They have an amazing soup and sandwich selection and everything they do is super tasty. They also have lots of really good desserts and a free cracker/crouton bar. The location is always really clean and the staff is nice. I've always gotten my order really quickly. I ordered a big order online and it was ready in thirty minutes and every single item from the chips to the pickles and crackers was included.

Jason's is truly a great place to eat. You can find solid, nutritious food at a reasonable price. It's almost comfort food depending on what comforts you. With the salad bar, you can honestly get enough to eat, and even sneak out a few of their mini gingerbread muffins, but don't announce it.

I've been here a couple of times and it's always amazing food and great service. I always get the managers special with the half sandwich and cup of soup and chips. My daughter and I go to this Jason's Deli alot on our lunch breaks. Not only the food being good and selections and pricing are reasonable. But the this one checker we see all the time is the sweetest and kindest person we've encountered at a restaurant. Our food always is fresh and comes out fast. With only an hour break from work we know we can always count on this location.

Very clean restaurant, the employees were very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I was going to order and was a little ways back from the counter and I had 3 folks tell me they would be right with me. Once I ordered the food came out promptly and was fresh and delicious. Gotta love the muffaletta!

Had an issue with Uber eats where the menu item we got wasn’t being sold anymore; charging us regardless of this item not being available. Carissa was wonderful and caring as she helped us through this unfortunate situation. She immediately took action and made us food that was available. Thank you for taking the time to assist us!

I am a frequent customer at Jason’s Deli. I highly recommend going here. The staff is always friendly, the food is delicious, the restaurant is always extremely clean. Helpful staff. The young lady taking my order was polite, knowledgeable and took the time to assist me in selecting the correct meal (I was placing an order for a girlfriend and she incorrectly wrote down the wrong sandwich. With assistance from the person taking my order, we were able to determine the correct order). The restaurant was clean and well-stacked. Food was fresh and tasty.

This is a very laid back location. They do get busy and the manager is sweet. I'm so happy they finally brought back their unlimited salad bar. Although they did raise the price, it's still wallet friendly. The food is always hot and fresh, never had a bad experience here.

I totally forgot how much I love Jason’s Deli. The Hebron location was very clean staff super sweet. I had salad bar and 1/2 reuben and cup of tortilla soup. The salad bar has so many fresh options lettuce nice and crisp, I was super impressed. Love the gingerbread muffins too. The 1/2 sandwich was a nice portion and prepared to perfection, soup amazingly flavorful. I stooped in after work and grabbed dinner to go, I was so pleased when I got home! Thanks for all you do!

Wow ok great atmosphere and Super Professional Customer Service . Mr. Bill was smiling and taking orders. He knew the menu so well, and he made sure nothing was left from my order. Stopped by Jason’s Deli for a little lunch and wow… they are NOT shy with the meat. 💪🥪 The New York Yankees was absolutely stacked with corned beef — piled high and spilling out the sides. Yummy doesn’t even cover it. 🤤 Patti was happy they had gluten-free bread (huge win 🙌), and her turkey sandwich was just as solid.

First time here. My girlfriend wanted a salad and so google told me this was the place to be. We came and she was not disappointed!! Salad bar had tons of options!!! I myself love sandwiches and definitely mac and cheese. Hit on all points!!! I usually take pics but was too hungry and left my phone in the truck. Delicious food, clean environment and staff was very friendly. Will come back again for sure. Update. Been back a few more times and always as good as the last. I have to take a moment to brag on our favorite neighborhood restaurant. First I’ll say every time we ask our 4 year old and 2 year old where they want to eat out they say Jason’s deli .. so that says a lot! Second, love that the mobile app is so convenient when we’re in a hurry we can quickly add our recent items, check out, and know in less than 20 min we can be at Jason’s deli picking up our family dinner. Thank you for updating the app to now include the deli dollars in store too we love that we can get rewarded no matter how we dine! We always get a salad bar and you can see in the pictures it’s such a great value. The Jason’s deli salad bar has fresh hand cut veggies and so many great side toppings like home pasta salad, hummus, olive medley, and homemade muffins to load on top for the best salad around! This deli prepares our food with lots of care and is consistent with preparing our order accurately. I want to personally call out the supervisor Jay is there almost of every time we pick up our food or dine in and I know she’s a big part of why our order is done right. She’s always double checking it and talking to the staff about all the notes and small details. Extra bonus our boys get a little ice cream treat both when we dine in or if we’re grabbing it go. Thanks Jason’s for being a healthy and quick 2”weekly option for our family!

I was enjoying my lunch at Jason's Deli today as I always do when the cleaning crew decided to clean my area where I was the only person sitting in. Is there not a way to sweep floors without scraping all the chairs? So much for my quiet lunch. 🤨

I like this Jason's Deli, it is big, people move through the line quickly and they are very quick to help with an issue with an order. The salad bar is always fresh, their sandwiches loaded. The baked potatoes are small and don't have many toppings but this is a casual dining location so no big concern. I am allergic to dairy but free ice cream for when you are done with your meal!

I purchased a chicken wrap. I didn't like the sauce. I saw more lettuce, then meat. The baked potatoe was large. I gave my husband some. He enjoyed it.

The more I return the better it gets. If you need a late place to eat stop by. Employees are not upset to see you come in at 9:30p. And the salad bar is still available! Ice cream too! I love Jason!

This place was super busy, had to pull out of the drive through to fix an order because I forgot something, but service is great. Much to my surprise....I when I bit the chicken salad sandwich my mouth/taste buds were like WT*! The strangest taste in my mouth. I don't like chicken salad hardly ever order it but this was GREAT! I've never had chicken salad with pineapple. Their sandwich definitely changed my mind about chicken salad....I will definitely be going back and purposely ordering it.

This was my second time to eat at a Jason’s Deli after a poor experience. Overall, the establishment was clean and the service was friendly. My only complaint was how long it took to receive my food. I was eating with a friend - we ordered the same meal seconds apart - but she received her meal in about five minutes and I waited about fifteen. It was a bit irritating, because she was practically done before I even started eating. Otherwise, the experience was good.

The food is fresh and good here. The salad bar was really clean, and so were the restrooms. I did notice that there was a lot of dust on the window sills, lights/cords, and edges of the ceiling. Those could definitely use some attention, but other than that, good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff at the counter was friendly, and the salads at the salad bar were fresh. However, I was a bit disappointed because the ice cream machine was broken during my visit. For me, the best part of dining at Jason’s Deli is enjoying healthy salads and then satisfying my sweet tooth with ice cream at the end. Hey, it's Jason's Deli. Ssurely I don't have to tell you about Jason's deli. On this particular visit I was on a soft food diet after gum surgery. So I got the baked potato, hold the bacon bits! The potato was good it was pretty darn big and I had all the fixings I wanted (except of course bacon bits). The price was right. Honestly, I'm not real sure where this location was. But they're all pretty similar. If you're familiar with Jason's deli I can't really tell you anything. And if you haven't been to Jason's deli, just go! From baked potatoes to soups to salad bar to sandwiches you're sure to find something to please you. You won't "write home about it", but you won't be disappointed

I've been eating at one or more Jason's Deli for more than 25 years. Starting with the one on Belt line in Addison, which is no longer there. Always loved the BBQ baked potato and muffaletta sandwiches! Unfortunately this location hasn't met the old Jason's standards with their sandwiches. I recently had a turkey muffaletta and it was cold and sparse with the ingredients. It was more like I was eating a sandwich from Schlotzsky's. last week I came in and thought I'd try their chicken panini sandwich. Same problem, the sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted and instead of a nice piece of chicken there were 3 or 4 little pieces zizsawed together and if you didn't hold the sandwich just right everything fell out of the sandwich. Though in both cases I had the seafood gumbo along with the sandwiches and it was good! Yesterday I decided to try Jason one more time and have my old favorite, the Texas Style Spud. Finally I wasn't disappointed. It was just as big as they were 25 years ago! It came hot and stayed hot with all that melted cheese and BBQ beef to the very end! I thoroughly enjoyed it! So I've enjoyed their seafood gumbo and their baked potato but not so sure about their sandwiches any more!

Came in for a quick bite while running around during the holiday rush. The cashier was friendly and greeted us when she saw us. She answered a couple of questions we had about the menu. I ordered the hot pastrami on rye with the gumbo soup. I didn’t realize I would get a side of potato chips with the sandwich. The gumbo had an overpowering fishy taste which I understand but it was stronger than expected. When I received the pastrami sandwich, it wasn’t hot at all. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I sent it back to get it warmed up. I was told that it was only the meat and not the sandwich that was heated up but I know that everything was cold. They fixed my sandwich but then the bread was still cold compared to the meat and melted cheese. The restaurant was clean. I might try this place again to see how it is a second time but for now I’d say try it at your own risk.

This was our favorite Jason's. We were eating here 3-4 times a week. Until we got to the bottom of salad and I pulled long hairs from my mouth mixed with salad. All of us in the house have short hair. The manager refunded us over the phone but it ruined Jason's for us. It was so gross we should be getting free Jason's for the next 6 months. Everyone was nauseous after. It was the grossest thing to experience. My family threw away their uneaten sandwiches which meant I had to figure out dinner after I had driven there for that very purpose. Check your food before eating. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered the Bigger Better BLT. There was nothing bigger or better about it!! There were 3 tiny, fatty slices of bacon and they were barely cooked. Our order was for carry out. The lady who took our order told us to have a seat if we wanted while we wait. We did. No one let us know our order was ready. I went to the counter and the bag with our food was just sitting there alone. This was one of the worst Jason's Deli experiences I've ever had. Will most likely just go to McAlister's from now on.

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and potatoe soup last time and it was really good , decided to reorder again today and get the Chicken Alfredo and chicken noodle soup this time. Was pretty disappointed by the chicken soup, pretty sure it went bad, had to toss it. Thought it was just oversalted at first so tried to add some water but no it the soup. *Edit: Don't want to call but if you want to make up for it just refund the chicken noodle soup I ordered on 10/21 (510038) and that's cool. The chicken Alfredo is good, I'll just order a different food next time.

This was just bad. My girlfriend ordered the salad bar and I got a baked potato with grilled chicken. After ordering, we went down to the station were you have your ticket so they can give her a bowl for her salad and we just stood there as three employees ignored us and wiped down trays while chatting. They looked straight at us several times, and then would just look away. Eventually after a minute of this I held the ticket up and asked if we could get her tray. Two of them walked away, while the third sighed and dramatically threw his rag down to take the receipt. He grunted and put a bowl in a tray, then walked off. Bad day I guess. I went and got drinks (after grabbing cups myself since he didn't provide them) and then sat down. Shortly after, my potato was delivered. This is why I decided to write this review. The chicken in the potato was grey. It looked like it had been boiled a week ago, then just warmed up every day until someone ordered it. I tried a bite and the texture was almost like stringy taffy. It was chewy and stringy at the same time. The taste was so bad it turned my stomach I tried eating around the chicken, but I had a large potato with a spoonful of cheese and sour cream on top. Ultimately, cooked potato without things on top isn't the best flavor. Not to mention I can buy a potato at the store for under $1, and this cost me around $10. The chicken is the huge problem here, but the lack of thought out into preparing the rest of the plate, and the attitude of the folks behind the counter was icing on the cake. They say customer service has suffered since COVID. But there are plenty of places out there that have friendly folks, that there is just no reason to deal with people having a perpetual bad day while serving up food that wouldn't even make it in our prison system

She was unprofessional about things no apologies. She didnt want to take my information down to give to corporate, I told her I have a pen and asked what did she need to submit to corporate. After giving her my info I spike to the Managing partner Bill. His tone was not better and he had a attitude. This was odd behavior coming from two people in management. He it would be issued from corporate.I'm still waiting on a refund for their mistake. As of today I spoke with corporate explained my concern of how I was treated and my food complaint. I was told the manager bill at this location has to issue my refund. They both should not be in any manager roles treating customers in this manner. I'm still waiting for a refund on a order they did incorrect, they have the food but Bill refuses to do his job as a partner in the company. He should have the ability to not take things personally when someone comes to him with a complaint, this is business. I will never fo back here. Dont eat here they will not take accountability if they mess up on your order! Also to add when I places my order with cashier Miriam I was very specific with my order and she confirmed the order before I paid. so the question is the order was done intentionally wrong in my view. But the manager over the weekend stated someone may have been ready to go home quickly and done it wrong.

It looks like someone aggressively made my sandwich, awful presentation. & I’m pretty sure my avocado is supposed to be sliced.

Wrong order . We ordered a southwest wrap and *NEW* avocado toast with soup. The wrap was okay, the chicken soup was too much salty and taste more like canned soup. the main surprise was the avocado toast- It was just bread with butter, and no avocado and cheese anywhere, believe me I searched the whole box, the paper bag, even the plastic bag, thinking it was packed on the side . So i paid ~7$ for bread and butter . LOL! Jason's Deli team, very disappointing service! It's a discredit for a renowned deli to not deliver what the customer ordered for .

Missed instructions and messed up my sandwich. Now they are closed and I can’t get my right order

Terrible experience! We ordered online to get our food delivered to us. One sandwich that was supposed to be grilled was cold and the cheese was still in the wrapper. Another sandwich had brown avocado and the chicken tasted funny. Definitely a waste of time and money. Not at the standard that we expect from Jason's Deli.

I'm done this is not acceptable

The past few times we have received food from this location they forget our sides, forgot the salsa that comes with the chipotle chicken and avocado panini, which was also not made correctly. The chicken noodle soup tasted like it had gone bad, this is the second time in a row having a bad experience from this particular spot and will not be getting anything from here moving forward.

every single time i get a sandwich on croissant its BURNT. even when i dont ask for it to be heated or toasted they still send burnt sandwiches out to customers who arent eating inside the restaurant. whether its pick up or drive thru, you should look at your sandwich before you leave. i'll never visit this location again, i notified the manager and he didnt seem apologetic or concerned with my dissatisfaction. without us you'd have no job.

I ordered a Shelley's deli chick sandwich which is supposed to be on a croissant. It was on gluten free bread instead and I added Swiss cheese and was charged for it but did not get it. Not sure what happened but it was so bad I couldn't finish.

I love Jason's Deli and I LOVE the chicken salad sandwhich, but i am not accustom to the lewisville area. This is by far the saddest looking sandwich i have ever recieved from Jason's Deli. When you purchase a sandwhich from a sandwhich shop...you expect a little more than this. Especially with the price hikes. Shame on yall for the rip off, now i know how why i got my order in less than 5 minutes. Wont go back!
